Now in a Small panic situation I Phoned Efficient Systems for a electrician and Talked with the Operations Manager John New and he got in contact Service Manager Rob Baber. Both were prepared and instant to help, not knowing my full situation. The issue ended up being resolved without needing an appointment but the way was treated and the way they saw my scenario as a priority goes a long way in the electrical industry. My anxiety calmed over the telephone. Thank you Efficient Systems Electrical Team now your help now. Would suggest applying this team for all your electrical needs.

I phoned them to repair the AC for our carriage home rental flat. They arrived that day (that was great!) And the initial agreement was $95 fee. He listened to my description and in about two minutes told me he needed to replace both the compressor and the fan motor. He spent approximately 30 minutes explaining their annual maintenance fee I could buy (nearly $600/year for our full systems), taking photos and sending people to his store, speaking to them on the phone from his van. He showed me and then returned a first quote of roughly $560 which included an itemized $75 fee for him to get the parts. He asked him if this included the ceremony fee. He said,"parts, labor, everything." I agreed. He clicked the cost and the accent button jumped to ~$780. He explained the increase was due to the extended diagnostic time demanded, since he was here over half an hour assessing the problem (although included a sales pitch for a maintenance deal!) I inquired why I was charged more later agreeing to a price, when he diagnosed the problem so quickly and spent the majority of his time at the van composing up the quote and seeking to sell a maintenance plan when he had been able to tell me minutes which parts needed replacement. He said he does not like the system either but that's what they do. I stated the cost may be fair but it seems shady after I accept before my eyes to raise the cost. He also called his manager told me the best he can do is 600. He would not allow me to speak to any boss. I said okay, but it feels unethical to increase the cost after an offer. He then clicked to accept the cost went up to $698.46. He apologized, said it is their system and he has no control on it. I paid price to them and went ahead. He did the repair. It didn't work. He took it apart and said he had crossed some cables. He attached them another way and then it worked. He stated that was 130 support he do for free and sprayed it down. It was a very odd approach and based on their increased prices I felt cheated, since they apparently charged me . They knew that it was a hot day and I'd pay anything they asked. I don't believe I was cheated by Ryan, but I believe their system is outside of his control rather than honest up front. If they needed to charge nearly $800 they ought to have just charged that up front. That they ought to have told me up front if my complicated problem risked an diagnostic fee. I do not feel comfortable asking them to reunite for any other providers.

In all, it seems like the water heater has been right in their wheelhouse; simple plumbing alterations , not so much.
I hired Efficient Systems to deal at the home I rent out near Garfield Park with my water heater. The pilot lighting kept winking out whenever the burner would stop at the end of a heating cycle. I had pulled out my hair and spent most . They explained it was likely the amount of lime at the tank exuding more warmth than the pilot lighting thermocouple could take and becoming hot. This made sense, and it wasn't worth trying to fix that water heater, so that I had them install a new one. They did it to get a flat ~$1350 or so.
Additionally, I asked them to substitute the old shutoff valve to the home that is aged to the point where it leaks for a little while after being used, and while they were in it, to eliminate the old bypass valve to a departed water softener that a former owner used to possess. I wanted them to install a shutoff valve with a few threaded pipe to ensure a water softener could be installed by someone later on with less trouble than when it was all sweat fitted. Well, they didn't come ready to do it when the water heater was replaced by them. It was just like they had no record of that I was or anything about what I said I wanted. Instead of a pain when they'd had two guys working on the water heater, which is literally 12 inches from skip and the shutoff, two weeks prior. It's pretty obviously not going to be worth the hassle to have them do it at this stage; I'll either call a normal plumber or do it , probably the former.

Efficient Systems is a great company! They are reliable, punctual, kind, pleasant, clean, professional and very knowledgeable and seasoned! We can highly recommend them. It is very difficult to discover an excellent a/c and heating company. Adam V., Rob B., Brian P. along with the owner Sean Smith were extraordinary! We're super happy with the job!

'Twas -11 my man isn't nifty; the heater was broken and when throughout the house, it was 50. An internet search was created, and efficient arrived to our aide. With also the ring of a telephone along with the press of a button, Rob was ready and at the zone. He had tinkering a smile along with tools ready to work for awhile, but before we knew it, Salagadoola mechicka boola Bibbidi-bobbidi-bobippity boppity boo, put them together and what do you have? HEAT. Okay I am not a poet and I've completely confused poem and song, but Effiecient was that: Efficient. They were and resolved the matter. They're close. Moreover, they give a maintenance plan to check your furnace and AC in the spring, and that we're taking advantage of and in the fall. I just serenaded them so what do you believe? Of course I do!
