Other plumbing groups weren't inclined to chat with me or provide a quote. Ehrhardt Bros.. Quality...y'all are great. Keep it up.
From 7:30AM the next morning I received a response. And it was not only a Hello, it had been a response that is thorough welcoming and enlightening. The team asked me gave me guidance questions, offered a quote and eased my thoughts -- all. In a day, someone was fixing up everything at a price that is affordable.
After reading all the stellar reviews, I reached out to this team via Yelp one evening last week. I had to figure out a toilet issue which was damaging the ceiling on the second floor. And that I needed help fast!
I cannot rave about them enough. They know how to provide customer service, and they're clearly. . .by meeting the client.

Simply on the basis of this knowledge and attention I received from Tracy on the phone, they would be highly recommended by me. It isn't everyone that will try to assist you figure out what your difficulty is making a sale or a service call.
I will definitely have them be my pipes people, if she's representative of their team.

Sunday I discovered I had a leak under my kitchen sink known as my Nephew for hints and he advocated Ehrhardt. I received a response with pricing and which sort of garbage disposal they'd replace mine for and achieved to Ehrhardt Plumbing through yelp. I called their office and Tracy setup an appointment and by 30 minutes job was complete and Tuesday afternoon Rob arrived to my house got right down to business! Tracy is awesome and Rob made me feel as though I hired job well done , complete confidence and the company! I'll utilize Ehrhardt for any plumbing difficulties that are upcoming ! Had Eghardrt brother out to my house to fix a clogged tub. Vince unclogged the clogged pipes. Reassembled the trap that I had taken and stuck about to test and be certain that the pope was unclogged. Very friendly, cleaned up any clutter and finished the work. I will call them next time we have an problem.

Vince discovered the problem and they scheduled and fixed it within an hour. Friendly, knowledgable and polite. Will use them and recommend to everyone.

Called Ehrhardt Brothers to repair a bathtub drain. They were busy but were still able to fit us in on short notice. Was exceptionally knowledgeable and polite. Very moderately priced, highly recommend!

Desired a plumber (not an emergency) to replace the water valve below the kitchen sink in order to install a new dishwasher. Rob came over exactly on time for our appointment. He had been productive and friendly. Replacement valve was completed in less than an hour, plus he left two distinct connector valves so the dishwasher would possess the one he needed to us.
We have used Ehrhardt Plumbing after before with excellent results, therefore we understood this minor job would be done right. We highly recommend them if you need a plumber in Fulton areas or even the Clarksville, Columbia, Ellicott City.

As a realtor, your referrals are gold. If I recommend also my client and a ceremony has a bad experience, I will not maintain that client. I had a problem with my drains being clogged and everything from my kitchen sink was coming out into my master bedroom bathtub and hallway bathroom tub. My tech came out and assessed the matter and immediately got to work. He did a fantastic job and within less than an hour had my unclogged that is drained and I had been back in action. Wow, Mike the proprietor was serious. He said his firm was conscientious. He said they wouldn't overcharge or hang around eating yo the hour. He said we so are knowledgeable about pipes and people and have the lowest prices. Well, a plumber named Rob just came to my house. And, even the owner promised these things to me weeks ago. Rob came over quickly, worked quickly, and also did a fantastic job!

Within 20 min the repair technician had diagnosed the source of a water pressure problem that had stumped a different plumbing firm. He was also good about explaining things.

Vince was wonderful. He was very professional and pleasant. He came on time and managed to identify our difficulty. We highly suggest Ehrhardt!

In the future I hope I can count on them to utilize specialist steps to protect my carpet from the dirt and grime. Booties should be worn when walking steps and through the house. Without the sewage problem, it was rainy outside and we don't walk in our own home with filthy shoes. This was the very first time that I've experienced anything negative.
I shall edit my review to include this although I think respect and more care might have been shown to my home last time, they did finish the work in a decent way. That was no exception. The men did their job and were polite and pleasant. It was not the simplest of jobs and I appreciate their work.

I've used these guys a couple of times today. Their service is exceptional and the rates are fair. Keith was our guy today and he was awesome. Did whatever he could save us some cash and explained the issue on the way. I highly recommend!

I have hired Ehrhardt Brothers in the calendar year, once and once to replace a gate valve using a ball valve beneath my kitchen sink to fasten my 2nd- and - 3rd-level bathrooms, which were rocking slightly. Their job has been impeccable far. The plumber took the time to answer them when I had questions.

I thought our problems would be complicated and costly to fix (old house), but Keith seen the problems immediately, fixed them immediately. 1 fix he needed to be inventive with, because components aren't available for our old bathtub faucet. It works now! He coated his shoes each time he entered, explained everything thoroughly and even got along with my annoying dog. Whom I adore very much. I'll use Ehrhardt again if needing a plumber!
