I utilize Epic on a regular basis and there is nobody else I will head to now. For starters they ALWAYS call me back. Between their quick response, their educated team and their ability and problem solve they get the job. I recommend Epic.

These guys showed up and evaluated the situation. We had such a rough time finding a plumber who would even look at our occupation that is little. And the few that did come out wanted to do much more work than we were looking for and charge us thousands. These guys got the work done on schedule and did it correctly!

I called late in the day, and the telephone was answered by Mark . I was contacted within minutes by William, who arrived. He worked efficiently and quickly, and was reasonably priced. Stress free support!

Our work with Mark was like a"dream come true" experience. They gave us a 14k quote left us with warm water and no heating. I was referred to Mark and anticipated that he may have the ability to conquer the 14k quote, but presumed he'd need to replace it. Well, Mark came and he'd our system ready to go in 15 minutes, giving me with a clear assessment of its status. He spent an extra 90 minutes here in order to fix an assortment of issues connected with our pipes. He insisted to charge me his hourly fee, although I offered a test, as I was grateful to Mark. It was uncommon to find somebody to honest and definitely skilled/smart and up-front, needing to ensure that he treated us.

Came out looked in the job a month never heard back. Left messages and'm still waiting.

I had been needing a plumber, never seeming to get luck with previous hires. I came across Epic Plumbing & Heating, Inc., what struck me about this business was not the amount of reviews but what was said in them. These reviews were powerful enough for me to call to schedule an appointment. I am extremely happy to say I now have a go-to plumber that I cannot recommend highly enough. Mark was honest, professional and educated. He was able to finish the task in one day, setup appointment and returned my call. Plumbing prices are not cheap however I feel because finding a knowledgeable plumber is priceless Epic's rates are fair and competitive.

Due to budgetary restraints, I spent the past several years placing Band-Aids over our gas heating system that was overworked. I interviewed plenty of contractors, plumbers, and HVAC, As it came time to bite the bullet and replace it. I received an intriguing range of a few crazy ideas and quotations about the best way to fix my heater problem. Some contractor showed up, some didn't. Mark was by far my favorite. His knowledge was extensive which was necessary given the fact that I had to have ductwork installed correctly, piping rerouted and stretched from 1 side of the house to another two zones as one not worked, mended, along with a ventilation issue that is difficult. This was on top of getting the new gas furnace installed. I now have an system that was installed before the cold weather set in. Mark was good to work with and extremely educated about plumbing petrol and HVAC. He managed to work around my schedule and get the job done quickly, cleanly and based on code. He pulled on the licenses, also installed a high-efficiency heater, and did everything required to get me up and running in a short amount of time. Now I have a have a heater installed with the proper zoning and ductwork that is new. It is much quieter, was done correctly and works perfectly. - I needed to have some work done in my own house with a different contractor, and he took a look at the new heater installation and was impressed with the install and Mark's ability to work around a very small space to be able to make the heating work as economically as you can. I would highly recommend Epic and Mark Plumbing for your upcoming heating needs.
