European Prestige

Here's the Project Scenario: The downstairs lights in my house did not go together very well, also were ok, but had been bought one at a time. My outlets in the house were loose and on occasion the plug would only fall out, if you tried to plug something in. We had two areas from the house on the walls, that had texturing, patching and paint. Inside my head, I truly wanted to include brushed nickel handles into the kitchen cabinets, then make the hinges changed out to match.
Well, I have 2 high-drive and active dogs that are not overly thrilled with men and women in the house that do not belong there. But Chris took the time to get to know the dogs also connect would be possible with their mindset with the circumstance. . .and each time they saw him, they would get very happy. Woof!
My husband is hard to impress, and he states it the result is beyond what he had every anticipated. The house is. And we still have money in the bank. We all know where to go to find the best, if we ever want anything done in our house! You rock!
It took them two weeks to do my residence. We had a work website and all the Small Projects done in precisely the exact same time block, which meant we lived in the master bedroom while the house was blocked off with vinyl and all the Major Projects.
When all is said and done, his crew and Chris took every project, polished off and done to the nth level with finesse and sparkle. E.V.E.R.Y.T.H.I.N.G. I.S. F.A.B.U.L.O.U.S.

Brief version of the story in a soundbite: I am happy with the job that European Prestige can't say enough good things about them personally and did for me. And yes, I consider this an unbiased review because it is candid, honest, and out of the center.
I am on a budget, but my fantasies are not. Here is my story and this is my experience and I hope it helps you! :)
Pretty much all the men and women who gave me their bids and came through my house, were nice enough, but they had a variety of price and a range of attributes. As I squeezed them to make a match, I moved represented in their online info, and mused within the general feelings I had as I looked in every choice. As I compared every one, as well, the photos that were available for the job were very helpful.
Now think of all the Major and Small Projects... recall my budget. Yeah. Well. . I did not believe after I did the significant projects, the projects that are tiny would fit into my money fact. But still. It had been. . .Time to get bids!
Here's that the Major Project Scenario: My kitchen had the 1984 square tile on the counters and the backsplash. We'd painted the cupboards a couple years back but couldn't manage to do the whole thing. Ugh! Jill upstairs bath and my Jack had everything that is old and tile in precisely the time zone. Both had cracked tile with grout that is chipped, old and I've 2 fireplaces and they needed updating. One of them had a measure we wanted to rip out.
Chris and his crew were polite and professional. Every day they'd come within their trucks, and also prepare my house into their work website, with drop cloths, tools, more vinyl over everything . .and get going on the job at hand. They worked in a pace that was fantastic and skillfully. What would most likely be a wreck in the end of their construction day. . Every night before they left was always cleaned up. They would vacuum, sweep, clean poof, and all of it! Disappear until the morning.
This was a process, that I did not expect. It's similar to the bucket of water moment. Can we make this occur? Just when I was not convinced...I realized that Chris and Monika Fodor's European Prestige firm, came through in spades. Cost fair point and amazing? CHECK! Photographs? CHECK! Energy and all that good stuff? TRIPLE CHECK!
So I hired them and the procedure began. Before the job began walked through the steps. Step by step of what to order for the job inspirations to consider as I proposed my vision. Ironically, of boxing in with my budget, his opinions and expertise, as I'd thought, blew the box open and left me that I could get everything done, and with more frosting I had thought possible.

They show up on time and work long and hard to find the job done. I don't need to stand them over to supervise. . .they know what they're doing and make suggestions which are better than what I thought I wanted.

Not only can they perform a fantastic job with vinyl and pipes, they do a fantastic job cleaning up after themselves! These guys are real professionals!

We utilized Chris to eliminate about 700 sq feet of tile linoleum, and a carpet and replace it. Kitchen, bath, laundry, hallway and entryway, all connected. A few issues were that when pointed out were cared for with absolutely no issues. Communication and time frame was outstanding. His price was the best of these quotes and we are glad we went . We'd use him again.

I am so happy I discovered European Prestige! I had a backsplash in my kitchen at a affordable price. Chris was very helpful and did a great job that is super! He was patient and friendly , even during my queries. The marble backsplash I chose was not an easy one to install, but he did it beautifully and at the right price! I won't hesitate to phone him for any remodeling in the future. Look through his website and you'll see comments!

His bid on our project undercut the bid of S&G and we're largely thrilled due to our absolute confidence in his job.
We just wanted because you can't put a dollar figure on such kind of service and professionalism, he worked on more than bathroom and kitchen remodels.
S&G initially had the contract but they left so many mistakes on our project--attracted the incorrect tile their first time outside, then on the next effort never revealed because they"forgot to put us on the schedule"--that we ultimately cancelled the job got our money back. Though because Chris agreed to do the task must have been moved intervention, and we're going to save a hell of a lot of money.
He was skilled, professional, and very careful. He worked with us every step along the way and supplied incredible service. His job was so phenomenal and his costs were so cheap (undercut Lowes' quotation by 50%!) . He is highly recommended by us. We're having him do another project because even more significant than the mad affordability of his solutions, we value his professionalism: he showed up when he said he would, replied every question/email immediately, and finished the task in the specific amount of time he stated it might take and with barely any disruption to our lives!

European Prestige is a companion for the needs. Chris and his staff are very educated when it comes to remodeling. I had my master shower redone by my wife along with Chris and I are extremely impressed with the caliber of craftsmanship and work. They take pride in their work rather than leave you out. Chris explains the steps that have to be taken in your project and also answers any questions you may have about the remodel. My wife and I felt that Chris treated our home because it had been his home and that meant a great deal. The entire group were helpful and was easy to speak to.
