Bottom line neighborhood team that did quality work on a website for a price that is competitive and provided customer attention. I bought a new residence that demanded structure/location along with sewer lateral replacement of the pipes wasn't as simple as many. It required a reasonable amount of excavation regardless of the trenchless strategy. Tsering came to my house to show me explicitly the challenges and took time and what I could expect; they each one of the hardscape in a really reasonable timeframe for an extremely competitive price and completed the task. Honestly could not have been exceeded all expectation.

Everest Plumbing gave me a quote for a sewer lateral replacement. The job was finished on time, and most of follow-ups done. They were quite reliable. I didn't fulfill with some of them however, Lhakpa responded via email and gave directions. Highly recommended!

Love Everest Plumbing. We've used them many times, and the owners are kind and extremely sweet. They do good work and the rates are fair. I would absolutely recommend. Now they simply conduct sewer lateral work at this moment, as I understand.

Lhakpa provided me with clear instructions about what to do/expect about the day of the sewer lateral replacement and was very responsive. The other businesses that I'd communicated with either didn't respond after supplying a quote to me or took to respond, and these were other east bay businesses that were highly rated on Yelp. I signed the estimate/proposal that I was provided by Everest thanks to their promptness and thoroughness.

Lhakpa/Tsering cared for procuring all the permits and EBMUD testing and made the procedure very seamless. Their hard work is valued and I wouldn't hesitate to work together again.
Before I took off to work at the morning around 8:30 am, I met up with Tsering on the day of the job. His workers were in the process of blocking off a portion of the street and were all there. He gave me a telephone in the day to let me know the work was completed and I got an email shortly after from Lhakpa with a copy of the EBMUD sewer lateral certificate.

These folks rock! Of the 3 estimates we got to our sewer lateral work, they had been undoubtedly the. The crew was incredible - worked and remained out of our way. Tsering is an excellent man, and gave us upgrades. I was blown away by how much work they did time. Will hire them again without hesitation next time we need plumbing-related work!

We knew we had to do our sewer lateral and estimated it would cost anywhere in 5,500-8k After we purchased our house in November. (The bidding with our disclosures was 5,999).
A deposit check was mailed by me and we scheduled a date but rescheduled before due. Lhakpa had alternatives ready for mepersonally, and affirmed the day prior. My quote remained the same despite the depth that was unexpected. I believe they worked for a minimum of 10 hours. I gave them a tip for the extra labor/time also it was well worthwhile. (To note, we had three sewer outputs - can not remember the particular term - from our house to our sewer line and by what I understood there's usually one so this may have added to our quote and time).
Tsering and his crew were so professional and explained everything. The inspector arrived and gave consent. Everything was coordinated by tsering with the City on his end. They also did a very clean job on the concrete refill/patching of our driveway and street. When they were done everything cleaned. One they left no one would have understood that half our drive was excavated.
Before he'd accept my test, one last note, Tsering also wished to make sure I had my review certificate in my email. Seriously, so thoughtful and professional start to finish. We could not have been more happy with utilizing them.
After exploring and quoting four pipes solutions, Tsering and Lhakpa stood out from the rest of their thoughtful and real approach. They were incredibly receptive over email (I believe Lhapka and that I emailed over 8x and she would respond within the hour) and phone. Tsering arrived to look at our house double - examining the basement, etc, making notes, and emailed a comprehensive estimate of $6500. This was very much on par with the three other plumbers. Why choose them? Because I felt good giving our money to them. Hard-working.

I had a sewer lateral to get our 1914 Berkeley home. The clay pipes were shifting, leading to big clogs now and then. Tsering and his team did a required evaluation to get a home my daughter bought in Kensington, and that I was impressed in the speed and neatness of the job. Be advised that Everest does outside work, that is their specialization. Tsering called back after I arrived to examine the job each day later and left a message. It was about 80 + of main line and another 25 with 2 more points for kitchen and basement, of a secondary lateral drains. He explained it would take and my ferns could be worked around by them without damage. I scheduled it for a week when we would be out of town ( the home drains cannot be utilized while they work.) The cost was quite reasonable. Two bids were have by me but Tsering is somebody I really reliable off. The completed the task by 3 pm the next day. As soon as I came back I discovered the plants undamaged, a new clean outside along the line, and two in back. The lawn looked better than when they began. Without raising the bid they not only fixed my gate, but put in a brand new side-by-side pipe. That was actually going the extra mile.

Tsering & his capable team just finished installing our sewer . UNBELIEVABLE!! What a company- on time clean thorough & certificate of compliance all in the blink of an eye! Really professional. I am quite disappointed in my experience with Everest Plumbing up to now. My spouse and I bought a home recently and the seller refused to find the sewer lateral inspected/repaired. As a result of this we needed to deposit the 4500 to EBMUD until the work was completed.
Hopefully it works out.
It's been 2 days and I have not heard back from them. We've got $4500 tied up that we will need to utilize for renovation work. Lame.
They refused to admit the mistake was theirs until I mentioned it was quite clearly said in my confirmation and got our appointment date wrong.
We contacted Everest plumbing, and scheduled our work. As we had been having fumigation scheduled for the next 3 17, the date was quite important. When I contacted them to confirm our appointment on the day the individual on the phone told me that I had gotten the date wrong. Nope, I have proof. She attempted to act like it was a scheduling mistake on the end and stated they would try to fit us , but would not give me an appointment window. Again, nope.

I'd read Yasmin V.'s review and anything she wrote, I'd second. We just closed on our first home ever, and PSL was our project. Book them early (we booked them closed and even delivered the deposit check to Everest before closure ). If all our upcoming renovations go as smoothly as it moved with Everest Plumbing, the renovations gods will have blessed us. Got the compliance certification the night that work was finished. Surprisingly smooth.

We predicted several places for quotations Everest was the price in the area and gave a description of this occupation when we had to do our sewer lateral. Tsering was punctual, easy to work with, and did everything. I would certainly recommend them.

Good company! Quick responses to emails and phone calls. Quite workers, got the work done in 1 day. And fantastic prices! I could not locate a company that did a fantastic job and had prices that are low! I would def recommend them!

We asked from companies for quotes for a essential sewer lateral. Everest had also and the lowest price five stars. They offered to perform the job. They showed up on time. They did the work and were done before schedule. Everything was cleaner than it was before the setup.
They handled all of the licenses and they informed the city that our sewer lateral was in place. Ten days later we had our $4500 bond back from El Cerrito. Everything was smooth, and Tsering and his office staff were a joy to use - what they all did. Even the patch on the street appears good.

It arrived with a quote, before we purchased our home. I decided to look around and found Everest Plumbing here. They came outside to supply an estimate, during which I showed them the quote we got from the broker of the seller. Tsering something was wrong. He requested in which they were likely to dig to replace the sewer lateral me to ask another company. I called them but they were not able to reply Tsering's query, nor did they return my phone. He noticed our lateral extends outside the back of our home and also to the road. The company only did the inspection that is video to the corner of the house's front. Tsering said when the lateral was replaced in the corner of our home to the 22, it wouldn't pass inspection. Tsering offered to do the work only $500 more than that which another company quoted and we hired him on the spot.
They kept me posted on their progress. They started at 8 AM punctually and were finished by 2 PM. We passed inspection and were issued the EBMUD compliance certification the exact same day thanks to the cautious eye of Tsering. We're grateful to his team and Tsering !

I can't say enough great things about Everest Plumbing. We obtained 5 estimates in Berkeley from sewer lateral firms - Everest Plumbing was priced. The work has been done efficiently and very quickly, and Tsering managed every aspect of getting City approval. Absolutely the best we could have hoped for in the sewer lateral process!

I was actually impressed by this company. They are knowledgeable and honest and clearly care about their clients. They arrived and took a picture of my sewer lateral line (I did not need to be home or do whatever ) then promptly called to talk me through the procedure. They advised that I should take the video and at the end really did it. My sewer passed that I did not think I am extremely relieved and that it would. I will absolutely recommend them to family and friends for any outdoor plumbing job that needs to be done. They saved the day and actually were pleasant to work with.
