We called Expert to get a quote on cleaning the ducts at our home.They came out, evaluated the circumstance, explained the process, and gave us a quotation. We accepted the quotation that we thought was scheduled the project and affordable. Two of their agents finished the job and came out. They were efficient and polite and the job was finished. We were satisfied with the price and also the job done.
We've used expert heating and cooling for a air conditioner and 2 furnaces. They've canceled appointments with us after spending nearly 10 million dollars over the previous five years with this company. Once I took work off the day after thanksgiving they didn't show up, then again in December and now again yesterday. The owner or manager Joe is dreadful at customer service. He is rude and attacks customers did he apologize or provide to wave the commission or give a discount follow through. Terrible customer service. Spend your hard earned money else where I know I will.

They had a BB evaluation Yelp testimonials that are dreadful, of an F, so their title changed and believed no one would notice!
12 a. m? No issue. They answered the phone and dispatched a technician who came by 12:40 a.m. Got my heating briefly and will be back first thing in the morning with the part to get my Furnace thru winter. Reasonable price.
I would if I could give no stars. My tennant had a furnace issue of heat that is intermittent and I had been outside of town. I told them to get in touch with a HVAC company. I requested when he discovered the issue that the technician call me. I was told by the tech he would need to replace the blower motor and shroud to your furnace. The cost would be an additional $571 to the 129 for the service call and they would not be able to complete the task. It was not itemized except for stating $571 draft inducer assembly and a 4% credit card service fee and $129 service call, when I got the bill. . How easy that the invoice happened to be $700 and service fee. No itemization for parts and labour. As previously mentioned, the part replaced was a draft inducer motor not the blower motor and shroud. A draft inducer motor could be purchased by me for about $80 to $115 by a HVAC supplier. The fix is removal of a couple screws and electric connection which takes around 15 minutes. Had I been in town to look after this myself the cost would have been $80 to $115. I believe their charge of 728 was completely out of line and a rip off.
I do not post but I believe everyone should be conscious of the predatory prices. Additionally no warranty on part or workmanship was granted.
This firm has installed 2 air conditioners and one furnace . There's a reason why I continue to use them, quality and expert service at a price that is reasonable. Without hesitation, I would recommend any to call expert heating and plumbing
