Alex came right now. He most importantly made my drain emptied and was clean and courteous. I wouldnt hesitate to call them again.
I had a washing machine drain. I put up an appointment for the following day and called late in the day.
I booked an appointment for 8:30am (they gave window for 8:30-9:30) and from 9:30 nobody had showed up. So I called once 28, I phoned and was told they tried to get to the tech but still hadn't returned my phone. Receptionist could not get to the tech but understood he was"on his manner ." Eventually hear back from her 9:45 that she touched base with him and he is on his way. I am sitting in my kitchen STILL waiting for its own 10:20 am and the plumber. Absolutely terrible service and reliability and bottom point is TWO hours after I am still waiting to get a plumber.
Watch out for Aram! He is a crook! Can you imagine a plumber asking for more than 1,000 to do a 250 garbage disposal replacement? He did! And with the rest of the negative reviews here, what does that say about owner and the company? Beware! Use at danger! Stay away!
Do not use this company!! By telling you which you need services, they try to rip you off. First of all that he made and was rude inappropriate remarks to my spouse who was alone!! Then he said that he needed to use a camera at the sewer pipe so it was going to cost more. (He ran the snake way through the pipe and stopped prior to the clog). Without using a camera that will be more $ $32, Getting lazy he didn't conduct the snake all the way telling me he can't fix the issue. I told him I really don't need a camera so that he left scratching my timber bed frame since he moved the machine!! Plus they were double the cost of the company I called next!
They don't even deserve 1 star but yelp won't let you do that.
They're SCAMMERS! I phoned them for the $49 Rooter Job for a clogged toilet sink. The"Supervisor Johnny" and also the"tech Jack" showed up with a sewer viewing camera, advised me the pipe had been damaged and caved in, and lent $12K (or much more ) to jackhammer my toilet and re-route the sewer system or else I would wind up needing to jackhammer the interior of my house over the whole sewer line. The camera perspective really looked terrible. He was very messy, haughty, used my power tools without consent, and he left so that the toilet plumbing couldn't be put with no further plumbing work the pipes cut too short. I phoned my homeowner's insurance company to appraise the damages against the sewer, and guess what? NO DAMAGES. The pictures on the assessors' camera did not look anything and was clean they showed me the video to trick me to fix what wasn't broken. All I wanted was just a rooter job. I had been told Jack's work ought to have taken in material for approximately 2 hrs and approximately $50. They charged me and took $1800. I've reported them and was told they have received complaints from other people, too. I'm shocked they are in business.
Horrible company! Charged $1000 to replace a garbage disposal. Criminal, avoid at all costs!
My home seems to know that it is being sold. Everything that may fall apart is doing now. The disasters was a kitchen faucet that is leaking. I called Express Plumbing, my go-to plumber. Alex, who has helped me in the past of other occupations, was the technician. I advised when to expect him and was known as an hour. He was on time, friendly, helpful, and most importantly, capable. Both the company and Alex are great: pricing awarded upfront, same-day service, and the job is repaired. Very pleasant experience.
After talking to customer service and exploring plumbing companies, we picked Express Plumbing & Rooter with Andres Velasquez. Equipment was clean and service was prompt. Using a camera, big tree roots and a pipe were. The team was efficient and we were satisfied and happy with Andre's service and demeanor. A pipe has been put clear to the town pipe. We are back in business and would recommend Andres and this company.
Before I tried to pipes compines, I was not happy. My neighbor urged me Express plumbing & rooter. To get this job and they did job I used them. I will phone them & for certain will recommend to family & my friends.
