So perhaps that is why it felt generous. Or perhaps it's because I had an extract on Friday that shook out me and I could barley get downstairs, from my bed into the couch, or so the idea of getting everything packed up to leave for the night and day tomorrow was daunting.
I keep the house at 72 or colder normally because my body stopped cooling properly a few short years ago. Summer is leaving the house has been an battle this season and hard on me. I officially pass out if I get overheated. However, before I humiliate myself and turning tomato red - sufficient to seem like I must have some , vague communicable fever disease that is horrible.
Our a/c went out late this morning, so I called to get an appointment. Brittany, the dispatcher, guaranteed a tech would be at my house allowing me know it could be about the side. I felt fortunate to get.
I dun. But regardless, George did not know any of that. He is just an superb employee that works for a business that is good enough to maintain an employee and a nice person. He was so generous and took something I said in passing as a justification because I was embarrassed.
I was texting my parents so I move over and could pack up myself. Dogs, children, and my husband were independently. It is every person for himself. ‍
George and another tech arrived after 7 and got to it. They were professional and friendly. They determined that the motor was poor and it was under warranty because I had purchased a motor a few years ago. They came in and George tell me he'd do everything possible to have it so he could switch out it and that he'd order a new automobile away, but a chance was that the part may not be in until Thursday. I'd get a brand-new motor and only pay for labour and also the service call, which prices were clear and fair.
I'm uncomfortable with being sick and embarrassed by it and how it affects me personally. I never ask for lodging and never expect anything.
He explained before the part came he couldn't leave me like that, so they were likely to temporarily replace the motor that was broken they had about the vehicle. And then they are going to return if the new motor is here and change out the"loaner" a part for the pricier one we'd initially purchased which has been under warranty.
I believe Kevin and his spouse are a family that is local-to-Cave-Creek. I hope you'll consider supporting this enterprise. Like I saidI was a happy customer and I have been recommending them but that really is above and beyond that going forward, I couldn't imagine using another company.
They explained they'd gather the service fee when they return whenever they perform the replacement, so I could just pay it along with the labour fee.
They stayed an extra half an hour and worked until 8:00 at night, doing something they did not need to perform. I was not about having to wait in any way angry with them. Ac units break! That's life. It simply occurs to affect me negatively, but that is the issue of no one else.
The vents are being poured out by PS freezing cold air and I am one happy camper in my bed!
When George came in, that is. George had been on the telephone, ordering parts, and They'd been out in the back into the front a few times and where the unit is, I had assumed.
She called just after 5 to allow me to know we'd been forgotten. Then she called at 6:15 to let me know that a tech was on the way from Tempe. Awesome very friendly and communication!
I must notice that it was 87 at the house by then and I had been sitting on the couch, literally dripping wet with sweat, with wash fabrics re-dipping was kept by my children in ice water. Not a pretty sight.
Anyhow! 87 was an about-to-black-out-level-10-things-are-bad situation. Because you must have seen me I was ashamed. I apologized and well asked if they could attempt to squeeze us tomorrow if the part was available because chemo and steroids and immunosuppressants make me feel and look as though I have run a marathon... in my couch... when I get hot. He promised me he'd do. I was appreciative.
Just kidding. I would not leave the dogs at these conditions.
A different company in 2014 replaced our a/c unit , soon before we purchased this house. We have (solely) used Four Seasons a few times over the past few years any time we've had a/c problems. I've recommended, and we've always had good experiences with Kevin, the owner the company about NextDoor when folks ask and in our Facebook group. He was educated.

Hands down the company you'll find. Honest work and great pricing. The tech has been very thorough and did a great job. Described everything in detail. Took the opportunity to explain every minor detail and in the day's conclusion got a lifelong client. Britni was a pleasure to address for scheduling and pricing and Chris was the tech that came out. Dont waste your time with different businesses, go for the 1!!!!

I had a problem and was becoming frustrated with getting different answers. Called and spoke with Kevin and he provided excellent customer support, I would strongly recommend this provider!

From scheduling to clean up very positive experience. Britni managed to schedule. I previously conversed but after 2 failures to reveal I surprised to find a slot so fast and changed to four seasons. Chris who came in for the song up was also super fine and thorough and while pointed out findings (wear and tear from use) didn't suggest any unnecessary extra costs to mend but only a timeframe and proposed solutions if and when the time comes. Painless, honest and fast. . I am planning to get in their upkeep plan as they've won my trust through good and dependable services.

We bought our house in Paradise Valley and have been known at Four Seasons to Jessica and Kevin. They have provided outstanding support to us. They are diligent in responding to situations and are always on time, receptive to our requirements. Finally, they are a pleasure to use, accommodating and friendly!!

We had this business come to support our AC. Scheduling was effortless, and the appointment was right on time. Our support Technician, chris, was one with. He was precise concerning the repair job that had to be performed, even left corrections in job, and did everything. Chris even offered suggestions to us to maintain our units running most efficiently.
We wanted a GREAT Technician who would be familiar with our gear for care, and we found one! This company, and also this particular Technician, are #1 in our book!

Four Seasons Home Services were fantastic to work with! They answered the phone straight away and they were discovered by us Groupon for an A/C Tune Up and were able to schedule a morning appointment the following week. They came in the hour time frame they promised unlike the usual 4 hour time slot that was greatly valued. They were very efficient and even found things past A/C song up technicians from other businesses. They flushed the warmth line and then washed our condenser coil/evaporator coil. They had the chance to check at ourselves or even took pictures to show us areas we could not see. Thank you Four Seasons Home Services!

Techs went to be done and came in period that was allotted. I allowed them to create once done Jorge made suggestions for preventative maintenance while they had been here. Had a capacitor that was under warranty took care of the issue right there. Highly recommend this company and would use them again.

After when our unit switched for the first time this year, only to get no cooling, carlos and his wife arrived out on short notice. The techs were effective more friendly, and best of all successful! We have air.

Purchased a Groupon online for an HVAC inspection and cleaning. The technician Carlos came within the window. Carlos was very courteous and explained everything he was going to do. He was extremely comprehensive with the inspection and coil cleaning (was here to get 90 minutes!) . Most firms would hurry the job and attempt to parts because it was a Groupon. Carlos did the opposite, and in the end told me my unit was in great working condition (amazing, because it is an older unit). Very firm as represented by the technician Carlos. In an ocean of shysters in this industry, Four Seasons is oyster with a pearl!

It was starting to give me a problem. Four Seasons sent Chris and Carlos come out to my property to two of the employees. They did a fantastic job, hard and honest working men that are super. My A.C. needed a new motor and I ended up getting a one year support with Four Seasons cause they did great work. I trust that they will do great job in long run for me personally. I super pleased and also recommend this company to my friends and family giving to give them an opportunity to demonstrate their work to you.

Just two estimates I had were not bit better and great than their price.
They also added special pads beneath the unit (something that the other firms I called did not provide ) to make it more quiet and it was much quieter than my previous unit which actually amazed me considering another two firms explained that my new unit would be as dumb as my old one.
They were very neat and considerate and I would use them again.

Calling a builder always comes with reservation. In the very first interaction Four Seasons differs. It is pretty clear that their focus is the client. Everyone goes out of their way to provide fast service that is fair.

I needed to have my air-conditioning units serviced before moving. Four seasons home services provided customer service over the telephone and in person. I felt cared for from the minute I received a call back to schedule my appointment. Both technicians; Carlos & Romario were vey patient in finding my house (Not an easy address to locate ), they stayed curteous and respectful in walking throughout the house with their equipment and communicated with me as they were completing the job. They worked to complete cleaning and the service of my AC units and completed an honest occupation. I would suggest the company along with these technicians to anybody who needs to have a ceremony completed efficiently and timely!

Very quick service, technician (Carlos) was punctually, honest and had good customer service skills. He was quite efficient at fixing and troubleshooting my issue. I recommend Four Seasons for your AC/HVAC problems. That is my second time with them and I am a very satisfied customer.

Had to have my own A/C inspected and washed. Located a bargain for $49 and it was so worth it. Customer service was exceptional, they advised my service in a couple of days and courteous. The technician did a complete inspection and maintenance and was on time. Even went in loft to inspect air handler. He recommended a few minor things which we purchased. Carlos was informative and very honest describing all parts of inspection. I would use Four Seasons again.

We moved in the East Valley to Carefree and called the A/C firm that we had used prior to come out and service our A/C Unit and as they don't service the area that I asked when they had another firm they would urge, and they recommended Four Seasons Home Services, and now I know why! I must state that I was very impressed with Romario and Carlos along with Professionalism, Attention to Detail's level and the willingness to go the Extra Mile in Customer Service! Called Kevin in Four Seasons to Perform tune up in my A/C. He was honest, prompt, thorough, and professional. He did not try to upsell me I was quite reasonably priced and did not need. I do recommend you give a phone to Four Seasons if you need a service or any kind of A/C work.

Jessica & kevin are a great team in Seasons! From the first call to being prompt to completing the job right with the appointment they had been friendly & reliable. We had an exceptional issue with a part in our A/C (so infrequent that Lennox had not heard of the issue occurring frequently ). Kevin needed to visit Lennox times to find the part we had. Until he got the one that fixed our issue that is actual, he did not bill us for the parts. He & his staff were knowledgable, friendly & devoted to getting the repair done. We purchased a service care program from Four Seasons that we have diminished in the past from businesses. I would certainly recommend Four Seasons to my friends & loved ones!
