Arrived on time as scheduled polite and professional. Cleaned. Our pipes in our house is kind of a problem but they got the work done. We were quoted at every step of the way and gave approval before it had been done, although we required a little more work than we believed. They came through for us although It's hard to locate a plumber on a Sunday day.

We've used him to install a new water heater from becoming a home owner along with other random plumbing problems that have popped up through the past few years. I'll never forget when I watched him ACE hardware One day and was so excited and shouted hey Freddy! It caught him off guard and he probably thought that I was a woman, but I felt like I saw a friend when I watched him.

They wanted 275 dollars for an easy snake throughout the kitchen drain plus plumbing masters attempted, I told them I was sorry to waste their time. I contacted Freddie via text and yelp message the same day, and he made me time. I contacted him around 2:30 pm and that he made time to get me around 4:30 pm which was very impressive. He did exactly the same work I asked plumbing masters to do but only for 99 dollars as advertised. Please support this guy owns his own small business, and quick to respond. I will call him.

Freddy was detailed in diagnosing the problem, did a great job solving our problem, and left the place looking better than he found it. He had been careful to reveal all of the problems, so we understood what the problems were and how we needed to repair it. Super nice guy too!

I would highly recommend going with someone else. We achieved before purchasing a home to get a review. He asked if he had been done and may leave while I asked questions and had been rushed the whole time. He looked at a shower drain which supported and has been blocked with absolute confidence that the only issue was hair. It was actually filled with grout and cement that after moving , I needed to pay hundreds of dollars to solve. Proceed with someone that offers quality customer service and takes time in assessing your problems.

There's never a fantastic time for a water heater to die on you but 3 times before New Years Day is particularly bad!!
Thank you Freddy and Michael (I believe that was his helper's name) for eliminating the old water heater and replacing it on quite short notice. My cat who is very skittish liked Freddy.
Luckily for me Freddy wasn't just open but returned my phone AND came within 2 hours. I understand very little about water heaters and my husband was in the office. I do not like to deal with household repairs on my own since I feel like a few guys try to make the most of my lack of knowledge although not Freddy. He explained it didn't make sense to invest the money since the heater was in and so old a week or so it would die. I phoned my husband and Freddy explained everything. Five hours later we have a brand spanking new water heater using a 6 year guarantee. It is so pretty too.

We had a kitchen sink back up 1 evening last week, and the next morning began calling plumbers to have the sink emptied. I called 4 plumbers (two of them have yet to call me ) and scheduled the appointment together with Freddie. He was quick to respond and within the hourwe had an appointment. Freddie got to the situation and was friendly, professional. I'd certainly recommend.

We reside in CA and have a rental home in AZ, so taking care of plumbing issues is quite challenging. Our tenants had contacted a plumber . He explained we had a leak in our water heater. He went to replace the water heater to find the real problem was a leak from the wall. Because of mold issues, he advised us to contact somebody else. A simple guy. Want customer service and dependability? He came out to assist us fitting us into his schedule because matters were backed up and it was a mess. Telephone Freddy - he's more than fair in his treatment for our pipes issues and even went an excess mile for us an eye helping out after he mended our pipes in line that was backed up prior to leaving. In such times should you attempt to find someone assist you and to look at your issue they pay that and charge perhaps someone in triple digit incomes and substantial amounts of money. However, the prices of Freddy are fair, he's professional, knowledgeable and clean. You won't be disappointed. Five stars all of the way!!
