Excellent!! I called just to get a scheduled appointment at 3:30 in the day today (Monday December 17). I told the owner it was not an emergency. I had a leak under the kitchen sink probably pertaining to this disposal. He asked me if I had been home today? Yes!! Robert and were out the door by 4:15 pm and Jason arrived within 15 minutes, remedied my situation! Talk about service! Robert understood right away what the problem was and I'm leak free! I would suggest Kretsch & Frost to ANYONE! Because he was unavailable right now, I called the owner back to thank him and left a voicemail. He had been so considerate to call me back. Offering Kretsch & You Frost, I will be back with any of my plumbing needs. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Dave and his team at Kretsch & Frost are actually one of the best we've ever worked with. Happy to take my call, can always make it work when something unforeseen comes up and beyond affordable for the quality of job they do. They've taken the time to educate me and have answered any questions I've had without ruling. I've hired them at least 6 or 7 days as well. These guys are the best.

Worst service ever! The man over the phone was rude and narcissistic! The technician did not finish the job saying that it wasn't mentioned in the work order (even though it was one issue combined) and he will not get paid so I want to call back to have a work sequence done and he will return to finish the job. He flung and left stool all over the place. I wouldn't recommend this corporation.

John Adams in Frost & Kretsch cane and did a great job cleaning our pipes . He was professional, helpful, quick, friendly and prompt. Would recommend again.

I relied upon F&K to come out and fix our difficulties when faced with a significant sewer problem at our home caused by a mistake produced by the gas company. The gas company contractors didn't make the job or the interaction on site very easy however Brandon of F&K handled the situation like a true professional and took care of the circumstance, mended the sewer line and cleaned up as good as you can, all in a day! This is only a fraction of the story but suffice to say I would recommend F&K to anyone based on the degree of professionalism, service and value of their employees and work. Thank you!

We'd Frost & Kretsch outside to our rental home to work out a water leak. The tech did not complete the work he stated he ended. The result was water leaking into the subfloor. When I called the owner to notify of this incomplete work of the tech (to not request any compensation) I received a rude response the tech swore he did his job completely and "It is not their fault I have idle tenants who have to have just begun using the dishwasher ". I recommend avoiding this company.

I am giving 3 stars the proprietor was a duesche that is Real, If it was not for David Kretsch Being Really Polite to us later Mark was an Ass we'd have went somewhere else for the job. But Because Of David we chose to hang in there with them. Did a fantastic job and he did a follow up call just to be sure everything was great.

Was prompt and friendly. He came to resolve an outside pvc pipe that has been connected to sump pump. It had been spewing water out. He used the camera to look down into the pipes and then he noticed there was a lot that were cracked under the patio so he awakened an area of cement making a complete mess of the patio though I asked him if you could make it a little more even but he did not. There were cracks along the pipeline but he figured when he substituted then perhaps it would help fix the problem until we had the lineup to be rerouted by the 4000. I should've just told him to forget it as it did nothing except make a mess of my concrete. I see on the invoice he was to haul away dirt and concrete and bring in Pee gravel for fill but he never brought in any Pee gravel. He did leave a PVC pipe also explained that when we the water spewed out afterward we could link the pvc pipe into the pipe that spewed water out and it could reroute the water into the grass. So we paid $1300 split a lot of our cement up and to have somebody come over.

If I could give 10 stars I would! John and Dave both were in our home! John worked a hour and a half and was able to cut through clay which was obstructing the tap of the drain! Yesterday we left us with a backed up sewer and had another company come out and quoted us $15,000 for repairs! I cannot day enough about Frost and Kretsch!

Spectacular - after spending a great deal of time hoping to find a true outfit to perform a power flush to get a waste line blocked with 10 years of roots and grease, Dave returned my phone, answered my questions intelligently, followed up and came by the following day. He did this filthy & time consuming job for $745- far less than the rude, sloppy hack outfits after giving me attitude lent me. Thanks Frost & Kretsch!

Our office had a leaky 2nd floor bathroom. Left a voicemail they said they could be here between 3:00 and 1:00 returned my call at 10:00 a they had been here at noon and completed with the job by 1:00p. Talk about customer service!!!! THANK YOU KRETSCH & FROST!!!!

There are a few instances in life where you need to trust someone to do something you know nothing about. You read the reviews, you get recommendations, and finally you decide if you can trust someone.
I assure you that we will never ever use these folks again or recommend them to anyone, friend or enemy.
Well, we would have been better hiring Stevie Wonder. Did they think we would not observe that they neglected to secure the pipes in the walls? Or that we would not observe that they didn't connect the toilets into the sewage system? Incredible. When you point the issue out? Poof!

Once they stated they would showed up, did a fantastic job snaking my main drain, then pulled out a clump of roots. Cleaned up after themselves. Recommend.

Had them come make some repairs to our house in Grosse Pointe. Very professional and courteous staff. They have been very flexible with scheduling appointments, and are there to pick up the phone at all hours. The technicians also made sure we knew what they do, and how it affected the pipes. Haven't had any issues once they came.
Would recommend for any pipes problems.

Frosty was here today. In and out quickly and took care of our issue. We have called out them earlier on another issue. They reasonably priced and are friendly, understanding. If need be, I wouldn't hesitate to call for any problems.

I had to have my water heater, and also had some plumbing issues with my condo. Kretsch and frost was amazing as well as fixing my plumbing issues. They even did some little work which I requested them to fix for no cost to me! Their price was reasonable, and all of my issues are solved. I would highly suggest Kretsch and Frost to anyone searching for a plumbing firm.

I can not remember the name of the man who came out. Anyway, he invested the time to ensure the drains were snaked correctly and was really nice. He cleaned his mess. Nobody has done ! They snake and leave a trail for me to clean. Hopefully next time this occurs the man will return!
