I was in a pinch and needed some assistance with a shower Another day. I went to Home Depot with no chance on finding. I called the Plumbing of Fuller. This handsome guy named Jeff Fuller arrived ( he must be the boy ) with in the hour and fixed our difficulty. We will definitely use this company for our plumbing needs in the future

Since the handle from the spigot that is old broke, I had Tim look to replacing the spigot. The spigot was soldered on but near a T matching and the T fitting would also heat. It would be best to enter the wall to replace the pipes behind the wall to repair it. Rather, he simply substituted the valve/handle of this spigot itself and found a spigot from the manufacturer. A cost savings.

A leak was found by the renter in the toilet on a single side of a duplex. She got all my details and made an appointment the next day (Saturday). Tim (plumber) came into diagnose a leak that I believed would be a serious problem since it was a leak from under the tub when the shower was on for over 5 minutes. Tim turned within minutes and on the shower/tub faucet detected water was coming out against the wall of the side of the tub faucet. He detected that the connection inside the faucet had been splashing and obstruct water back into the wall and eliminated the tub faucet. It was the origin of the water. Relief...

Got to say, these guys were amazing, begin to finish! I didn't even receive a call until 3:30 pm into them. By 5:15, they were able to have someone out to repair a gas valve. Although it was after hours, Tim and Elena said they would be charging the standard labour rate, and not the. Tim was great. Since we were planning to spend money on the hour of time, he offered to examine a slow draining tub. I'll definitely be calling Fuller for any plumbing needs.

Called Fuller's on a Friday day vacation weekend (July 1), following Takagi tankless water heater went outside....Steve Fuller arrived by within 2 hours, took a look, could not find anything that was evident....unit was 15 years old so recommendation was substitute. Steve had provided an estimate about 1 year prior for full replacement of unit, and honored that quote this weekend. The timing of this was unfortunate, as it was a holiday weekend....but Steve and his staff made sure we didn't go with hot water for the weekend.

I went to Fuller's looking for fixing our shower. We have a very old house and they do make a piece we wanted it to. Was helpful and nice. He spent like 30 minutes looking and seeking to custom match a piece for our shower. We had been so worried in the days trying to create things that were unique match. After bringing home the custom slice I was given by him, we had been happy. It completely worked. Thank you so much! I really don't know when this really is a family company, but it is run like you. Excellent service, really pleasant and helpful. I will return and would recommend this place.

Steve spent an hour talking to me was really beneficial and were. Steve emailed the estimate and followed through w a call. That I called a whole lot of places and I needed a plumber to get a property in San Diego and they would not offer the exact time of day to me. Elena was nice and helpful and always followed up with me As soon as I called the Pipes of Fuller. I was very satisfied.

Great experience....both bathroom toilets not working. Telephone at 2:30pm came at 4:00pm. Jeff solved the problem and spent several hours. Very professional and high quality of service excellent. I strongly recommend Fuller Plumbing.

I phoned the Plumbing of Fuller today to replace baskets and of the pipes under my sink from metal to PVC, and they did a awesome job! I can't think how great it looks compared to this jumble I had. They mended the gas valve moving to my dryer saving me. I will suggest the Plumbing of Fuller!

Since I needed a re-pipe quote I called Fuller Plumbing. I talked on the phone to Elaina, we put up the appointment. No one revealed although I made certain to be home all day! Steve did and never was supposed to show up. They called, they just didn't show up.

I'm a plumber. I had been told Fuller's has fix components and they came highly recommended. Deciding to visit to obtain some components, I met with Robert who tried to help me. After identifying the make and model of the components I need he showed me a catalog and told me when the components I needed weren't in the catalog, they are discontinued and are no longer available. He didn't find them in the catalog (one thing he said could be ordered, but not another 6) and he sent me on my way. I moved to another place nearby and they'd EVERYTHING I had to finish the task for my customer. I can't say I wasn't helped by Fuller's, they tried, but I don't appreciate being told exactly what I'm looking for does not exist, especially when the components I needed were up the road. I felt like I was being pushed off because they had better stuff.

Produced an appointment the day before 11am. After waiting for 20min called to see where they were and was told that the attorney, Steve, would be there in 10-20 min. Finally after waiting 15 min and 1 hour called back and was told that they had no notion where the plumber had been. I then get a phone call stating they would be another 40min and essentially that was courtesy call. . .ummm no there been would have a courtesy call 11 letting me know they were going to be 2 hrs late. At the end said they did not care that I was canceling my appt.

I was impressed from the beginning by my initial phone contact once I called to set up the appointment, and even more pleased that they were able to come by in only a couple of hours. The job was done and they were easy to speak to when I asked questions about what was going on. Altogether professional and a smooth interaction.

Takagi Tankless Waterheaters urged Fuller's to descale my furnace in the loft. I phoned and, after describing my service needs, the very nice office manager stated that Mr. Fuller was the very best there was and he would call me back. She detailed the service fees: $99 per hour and $20 for transport. The workplace manager subsequently called me to say that Mr. Fuller did not think it worthwhile to descale my furnace but he would be happy to install a new heater for $3,200. Incidentally, the drains are available from eBay for about $800.

My parents were dealing for many years there was a problem. My Mother living after dropping my dad a year ago, had a backed and now 84. Fullers were called by her of course! The same day, steve Fuller came out, he removed her garbage disposal and obtained the kitchen sink running again. Two days later after I went to check on her, I found that her bathtub was backed a stinking mess that was huge up! More will fill up, when you turned to the water in the kitchen sink. I phoned Fuller and requested to talk to a manager, Steve Fuller came online. We would conduct business with him As soon as I said if this was his mindset. He hung me up!!! Really this is not a company I'd recommend, if they treat somebody 84 like that can you imagine what they could do to you

Fuller's was taking care of me. When I was a kid his dad cared for my parents. I have been happy with their service. I find that their prices are reasonable. They did some custom gas lineup for me -to convert my wood fireplace into a gaslog fireplace. Guys doing work that is honest.
