Inspection: Gabe showed up and did a great job.
We had any scheduling challenges at which I gave him a poor review but he made it right

I had a fantastic customer experience and have used this business. I recently had a water copy in my back yard for the next time, and so I contacted them. I was relieved to hear that he would have the ability to come that same night but late. So I explained it would okay I was anxious to look after the issue. He text me that it may be too late to get him and that he can arrive in the afternoon. I informed him it was fine. Morning comes.... No call. No display. I call text and a couple times a couple times to see what is going on. Oh well! He must have been up front, if he could not perform the task. It list needed a snake to clean the pipe.

I really don't see how he got any good reviews with the service I had been provided (or lack thereof). The first problem really got him to show up. Supposed to get there at. No text or call until 2:00pm, he said if we still needed our leaks today he could show up by 5:00 pm, his truck broke down and said. He ended up arriving at 6:30pm. He replaced two regular hoses which connect from the aluminum lines from the wall, to the faucet, following a visit to the hardware store, then said he'd need to come back tomorrow to correct the P-trap since he did not have the parts and now the hardware store has been closed. Fine.
Update: I have attached Gabe's message in response to my critique that's backhanded and threatening to my spouse along with me. I'd love for him to come back to my house and see how his apology goes over
He said he'd be back between 8:00 to 9:00am. 9:00 comes and goes and I get a text around 11:00. He hoped he could reschedule for tomorrow 8:00 to 9:00am. Fine.
9:00 comes and goes. Get a txt around 12:00 with an"upgrade" that he should be arriving at 12:25 that it ends up meant 2:00pm. And I kid you not, the"supplies" he needed from the hardware store was black electric tape that he used to tape around the leaking relations!!!!! I have attached the message thread along with a picture of my"fixed" sink. As far as I am concerned, Gabe likely wrote those two testimonials. The way he has a permit is beyond me.

I got a plumber using Gabe. Going forward he will be the plumber I want to call.

We contacted following our pipes started backing up and leaking Gabe at about 9 PM. He was our home in about an hour and answered our phone. He was really pleasant to work with and repaired everything very quickly. We'll be contacting him again if we need to!

Reputable and reliable plumber. He did an incredible job within our bathroom remodel with our plumbing needs and he's on time and made certain detail and such a job was promised as expected.

The worst contractor I had come from my property. Hours late to his appointment and flaked multiple times on a follow up visit to finish the work. It was never completed and matters I cancelled my home warranty contract.

2 new sinks were installed by gabe in our residence. He had a positive attitude and checked all of his work the whole time not 1 complaint! I strongly recommend him as he helped us did a fantastic job and stay under funding. We will use him over and over!

We were not sure if we there was a leak in the pipes or simply wanted valves and had a leak behind our washing machine. Gabe came out two weeks and then came back to repair the problem. We are going to call him the second time, and he was courteous and professional we want a plumber!

Water heater failed and was connected to Gabe (owner, operator) via home warranty business. He replaced it in an afternoon and did a fantastic job. Cleaned up after everything, took away box and the old for the new. Gabe is friendly and personable and a man who owns a small business and takes pride in knowing that it is his title (literally) on his card. Would absolutely employ him next time I've plumbing needs.

Gabe did some work and we were impressed with the quality of work and the amount of care and attention to detail. Would use Gabe again.
