That is what I call Customer Services. He was prompt, courteous, and a job that is great!
General Solar simply installed a water heater that was new. He was outside of town, but answered his mobile phone, As soon as I called Kent. He said he would call me. He phoned me and came out the very next day and replaced my broken heater.

General solar came out and solved my issue faster and simpler than I expected. Turns out all I had was a method recharge. Maybe best of all, the price was quite reasonable.
They did a good job of assessing thoroughly for issues that are possible, but also didn't make me feel as if they tried to push any unnecessary repairs . They were attentive to making sure that the job was done right. Customer support was great and they explained in detail what was going on, and so were friendly but professional and knowledgeable. Considering that my biggest complaint was that they were approximately 15 minutes late, it was a great visit.
I'm quite happy with the attitude of this business that is little and the customer support. They are quick to explain what they are doing and answer inquiries.
I have used this business for more than 20 decades. We inherited a water system when we moved into our house. We ignored it for some time but then wondered what upkeep required to be carried out. Kent checked it out and arrived on his way home. Stated we didn't require anything and Inform us what things to watch for done at the moment. In 2010 we needed to replace the system which was installed in 1986. We called General Solar and they were prompt in coming out and installing a brand new system. The City allowing was done without issue. Now I'm getting offers stating they can do upkeep. I'm not likely to use. I predicted General Solar and they came out at a couple of days to get a maintenance test. Said the system seemed great and made a couple. I saw the rod because after they pulled at it decided to get the antifreeze done and that knowing me I would forget to get another maintenance check for another 10 decades.
I had a water heater installed with another company 2 decades back. I was not pleased with their customer services. Of course they were great if selling you the product then not so much once you have issues. Anyways I called the company that was Sun-Earth and I was referred by them to General Solar. They arrived the next day and I called, diagnosed my problem about 90 minutes, had the correct part on the truck and replaced it in about 25 minutes. Problem solved and I have a resource should problems arise in the future. I would strongly recommend them.
I called in this morning at 9am and by 10:45am they were out at our house. Steve and kent were fantastic! They were extremely informative and very professional . I will recommend them to anybody with concerns that are solar and will continue to use them for support calls.
