I feel fortunate I Discovered Good and Jean Men. I wanted someone to replace a water heater. Jean was an superb communicator in the very first email and kept me up to date with all the work which would be carried out. Not just that, he also offered the best cost for the job, and I knew that I was in great hands, after talking with him and his group. He reacted very quickly and has been available next day. He has been friendly with my pets and was quite good about covering his shoes while walking through the house. He was able to come the next day to complete the task after the estimate that was free and gave a quote. He was very apologetic and ran a little late but remained with me the whole time. I really appreciated how he remained in touched the whole time, although the timing worked out well for me at the finish. I felt comfortable having him and enjoyed chatting with him while he finished the job. He was super fast and efficient! I highly recommend him and am planning to work with him! Thank you again!!

I searched in Yelp to determine if I could find anything related to the matter and had a leak issue in my house, so I read Good Guys Homecare there and I called them. The gentleman on the phone was careful and very polite, he scheduled a consultation with one of the agents, Jean who showed up at my door within an hour and gave some advice to me. He instantly figured put the problem area, which to my surprise had nothing! He was very knowledgeable and gave me some hints as to what the next course of action should be. I highly recommend their services, I understand they will be called by me with any potential problems in my property.
Jean is definitely the best! He came and explained the ins and outs of electric tankless water heaters vs traditional ones, although he was supplied details on the problem by us, believed we had the solution. Fortunately although I thought the space wouldn't allow for a more efficient heater Jean is very knowledgeable! Scheduled the setup for free and Jean had the water heater in very quickly! We are SO happy that we could finally both take a shower without the water. Utilize Goodguys, they are who I will always go with and the best!
I had a plumbing issue and contacted my home warranty company. They sent a crappy plumber and was attempting to bill me for something that I didnt want. I panicked and found Great Guys Plumber on yelp. They literally responded within 10 minutes (I frankly less than this ) and was able to get out to my house the same evening and fixed everything for me. Great Men Plumbing is amazing if any difficulties arise and that I will always use them in the future. You will not be disappointed I promise!
