Evan and Chris are amazing!! So quickly and so specialist (my husband drained the water tank before they came ).
Water heaters broke on Friday.
They took just 1 hour to finish the water heater installation!!!! Including took off the older one and disconnected all the pipes.
Called and Sylvia helped a lot to set the appointment up on Saturday.

Today, Chris arrived right as I understood a BAT nesting was in the eave of my door. He helped me shoo out the bats, after fixing my sink. . .and get video. Good Land, thanks.

This plumbing firm is loved by me! I have lived in my home for 30 years, and over that time have had my share of plumbing problems. I used a variety of plumbing companies. None were ideal. Subsequently, around 4 years back, I asked a trusted neighbor for recommendations. Good Land Pipes was advocated by him. I never used anyone else after attempting Good Land Plumbing. I phoned in the afternoon for the kitchen faucet that's currently becoming looser and looser due to this wet and timber beneath. They ordered Chris to come around 3pm. Chris is proficient in plumbing , passionate, quick, and a man. Everything was cleaned by him in one hour. I would certainly call decent Land Plumbing if needed later on.

This firm has heart! I highly recommend them in a crisis situation; they came through for me. I gave up, after several attempts to relight the water heater. The morning, I turned to Yelp and came for Good Land Plumbing across amazing reviews.
I called at about 10. From 1:30 pm, EARLIER than guaranteed (when does that happen?) , if necessary, Chris came out WITH a replacement water heater! After neglecting to relight the water heater, he opened the burner compartment, managed to turn on the pilot light, which began the burner, which began hearing my water. He was helpful and a pleasure to use, I learned a ton, and that I couldn't be more happy. That I was able to take a hot shower and wash off the hospital ick, that night.
Thank you! Not only did my hot water heater not require a replacement or new parts, I have located. They have 24/7 emergency phone numbers, just in case. They're local and I couldn't be more happy together.

Of couse, my kitchen faucet leaked in cabinet below and exploded. Sylvia had Terry here within the hour and called back immediately! They're the absolute best and constantly always are on scene asap!

The Goodland plumber has provided expert care information, and excellent professional customer service. They're respectful timely, and easy to communicate with. On a Sunday the proprietor will return calls and answer questions, at no cost. Could not recommend this company!

I had been so INCREDIBLY impressed by Andrew and his team (Mike, Robert, & Mike) during our bathroom remodel that I would really like to inform the world. In all honesty, I have not ever had to"call the plumber" before, so that was my first experience dealing with heavy plumbing (such as slab and loft work). They got the job was record time, and were efficient, completely professional, clean.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend decent Land to anybody!
Our job was a complete bathroom remodel. . .splitting one 70's style bath with a bathtub into two little shower-only bathrooms. . The plumbing was the element and I was just surprised to see how talented Andrew was using the pencil! Everything was right where it done and had been supposed to be. I anticipated a mess but Andrew and his team kept everything. . .even with the amount of dirt and slab which needed to emerge.
(P.S. I forgot to mention how helpful and pleasant Silvia was. She helped me organize the job at the beginning and was in addition to the charging and works at work. THANKS!!)

Goodland Plumbing is strongly recommended by me. They've been my plumber for over a decade. They've always been on time and their service is excellent and they do great work. I also trust them and the recommendations they make. Their office is easy to get a hold and a fantastic plumber is constantly sent out by them. Whenever we have a plumbing issue, they are always there for our family.

Very fast response time, very friendly staff. Came out same day, fixed our problem and also snaked 2 of our sinks for free. Completely recommend!

Andrew and his crew could not have been more professional and mended my pipes crisis on-time, under budget, and very clean. I've called many plumbers in the Santa Barbara/Goleta over the years and will call Goodland for construction needs and your own pipes. I wish I phoned them !
