GRS did an outstanding job repainting the exterior and refurbishing my home. The house is currently pushing 40 years of age although the timber and stucco have been in decent shape, the were in need of work to preserve and protect them from the elements. Shay and I met to discuss his services and I found it honest and I had been impressed , though his price was not the lowest quoted. He conveys all the insurance for his employees and is a contractor that is certified. He offers a guarantee on his work.
I was quite pleased with how quickly the job was begun by his team and with their focus on detail. David and Jose worked very hard every day and were able to accommodate my change of heart when I was not pleased. The paint that was new was ordered and did not delay the project. Thanks Shay, for all of your help!

The reviews online looked decent. I had help ahead of our guests stayed over for the vacation . And although I wasn't expecting anyone to be free, I thought I'd give it a shot. This firm achieved named"Shay" and stated,"Hello this is Shay from green remodeling solutions I was just reaching out for your handyman." -- NOW -- Remember my job asked for ​that day ONLY through Yelp messages... When I replied"hello. Are you or anybody from your company around today? ." They just wrote back"No." ...

I just bout my house in west hills I needed reomdeling and I found this Company
They remodeled my kitchen and two bathrooms, the process took one month shay and oren was at the home everyday managing their employees and we can not be more satisfied than that which we are Thank you.

Fast to respond and really favorable. They arrived and finished when they said they'd. They did an incredible job and amazingly reasonable too. . We will be happy to work with them again and would highly recommend them.

GRS was discovered by us through a number of friends that did a job together .we contacted them and we set an appointment. Michel and shay were super nice and professional. We did our main remodeling that included two bathrooms and Kitchen. The consequence is amazing they stayed in our budget and they delivered in the timeframe they guaranteed. We are very Happy and will use them.

What a waste of time. After talking to their handyman who told me he'd be by at noon I took a day away. When I called at 2:30, they said they'd attempted to call me (no calls in my phone). They said it would be 255 + to set up a new front door. Why does their site say $155 for 2 hours of support? I lost a day of cover - what a waste!

Good job and good communication. The roof side has been replaced with new wood and everything goes well. If I have project I will come surely.

Great experience! They supplied an estimate and Located them, scheduled and came out and did the work faster than expected and under budget! Great communication, friendly, could not ask for better. Highly suggested.

MY FLOORS!!!! Initially I inquired if after they eliminated the floor heater if they can use the flooring so they'd fit perfect. He said yes no problem. (See attached pictures). This is the very first and second time they did it.... I only wish he'd have told me they cannot take action and to find an expert who deals with hardwood flooring.... My floor is uneven, the feel differs, and color is off because they stained and sanded them.
The workers were extremely nice, but we felt as though they rushed through the job to get to the next one and were needing to finish tasks. I know we weren't a major money job, but still felt a bit shafted. I wish the owner looked at the final result and would have come. Rather after I started sending him my worries he was never to be seen again and requested the worker to pick up the previous check...
Overall 3 stars for its workers who did the best job they can for the amount of their experience.
Green Remodeling Option owner sold us high expectations, experienced and technical staff, liability, and quality of work alongside a cost that was competitive. At the end he came off as a used car salesman that sold us promises. He never returned to the work site in order to oversee his workers or the work. More importantly after the consultation he never made himself available to discuss our questions and concerns in person, during or after completion of the job. Very Disappointing!
Problems first came when one guys moved the washer and drier. So he did his best to move them by himself he was the only one available. As they're so heavy that is not dangerous, but that resulted on my brand new washer. Additionally he also scraped up all the recently epoxied garage floor by slipping the washer and drier around instead of picking them up.... Likely because he was by himself! After they were done my washer began leaking.... They came to take a look and of course it didn't escape and it leaks off and forth, which never occurred prior to the move and is annoying. I figured because it was new I could just call the washer company, but they wanted to charge $200.00 for support, so I'm stuck figuring out that. After moving the washer and drier we were left with no hot water for 12-15 hours! Unacceptable.
In addition to all of this we found claws, razor blades, screws, etc., all over our driveway and backyard. Their leftover lunches threw away they left lying about. Not a big deal except we have a 6 month old pup at the backyard and use our driveway. We needed to check every time we arrived home so we didn't damage our tires along with our pup didn't have access. This was very upsetting.
Here are my issues.... Initially I inquired so we can make certain somebody was home what occasions they could start the job. That question never addressed until the very first day when they showed up and stated they'd be there all afternoon and has been ignored. We didn't aim for this and had work. We trusted his workers and him so we abandoned the situation . The following day two different workers showed up, with no formal introductions or heads up from Green Remodeling Solutions. I've heard stories, but trusted the circumstance, as I felt my initial concern was ignored.
This review is somewhat overdue, but I feel it is necessary! We purchased our first home and had the laundry transferred from in the house to the garage. We wanted to have the floor heater removed. Green modeling solutions gave us the best package deal for both so we went with them. There were two workers who we were initially introduced to and throughout the whole time they were awesome.

I recommend this corporation. Request shay and he will take it from there. We are really happy and We'll use them again
Green remodeling solutions remodeld coping and our roof with them was a genuine ride that is easy. From yanking on the permits to the finished product. They came every day left our property clean at all time., no nails and no debris we've got small kids and that was a concern.

Friendly and easy to talk client service. Reasonable pricing. Clean and professional occupation was done in our toilet. They are strongly recommended by me.
Until I came a cross, I had difficulty finding excellent handyman.

We hired Shay and his GRS staff to remodel our condo, and as he said from the beginning... regardless of how large or small, they will provide professional work. He had been true to his words. The GRS staff was responsive to our questions provided updates during the building progress, and possible alternates the costs and communicated of the design decisions. It seems like total cliché, but we will surely participate Shay and his staff !

I needed to re-do my roof after putting off doing my roof for years, together with the rain this year. Shay showed me and explained the procedure clearly to me never all roofs would be exactly the same. We ended up going with a cool roof that's very efficient and we're extremely delighted with the entire procedure. Construction wash and could be a drag but Shay and his crew made it straightforward. Hope I will not require another roof for a very long time but would recommend.

My husband and I hired GRS to our kitchen remodel, new windows and panel project. We enjoy our new kitchen and the truth and are completely happy with our upgraded home that we save on our electricity bill! Oren and shay did a fantastic job from the beginning. They are professional and what we appreciated most was we were able to combine projects. We've had parts of our home updated by different builders for 1 project and it wasn't a fantastic experience. Choosing one contractor with the skill to take care of it all made it so simple. The GRS staff took care of our home and they were very clean and organized. They fixed other things around the house when they didn't have to and also went beyond and over. Ultimately we plan to update the exterior and we will definitely choose GRS.

Green Remodeling Solutions was an solution for my home! This company came highly suggested so I had them come in for a free quote, although I had been looking into a couple of remodeling companies. My project was BIG. I had my roof replaced, all windows replaced and the attic insulated. Shay stole my heart and arrived. His knowledge closed the bargain. In time than estimated, I have a brand new lovely roofattic and windows! I am ready for the winter. Shay sent everything promised and backed up and in almost no time at all. We have a little bit of a"fixer-upper" home and were concerned about who we were going to find to care for the work until a friend recommended Green Remodeling. Boy. We started with windows and the roofing for the time being we plan on utilizing them and because they've done such a great job with pricing. Shay is easy to get a grasp of and answers all questions we have.
