We had a problem with a main drain that is clogged. In setting up an appointment, joanie at the workplace was efficient and speedy. Jeremy was the plumber that came to our home. He resolved the issue was considerate and prompt and, above all.
We will certainly reach out to them in the future should we have an issue and appreciated the Greenlee team's function.

Our property management firm has employed Greenlee Plumbing for dozens of tasks and for over five years. They are prompt with their response time and quick becoming out to the job. That's the easy part though. The most important element is the job that has to be completed. They do all our water heater replacements, but also have shown themselves together with the smaller tasks on bathroom replacements water main lines, gas line replacements and repairs. They're back to create the repair immediately, there are issues that show up once they depart. Their prices are great and quality is exceptional. Would certainly recommend this firm!

My kitchen pipes have been 48 years old and fulfilled their last days. Brad and tommy came everything that was tried before we all decided to simply replace it. The job took less than a day and now I have pipes that will endure. I am worry free and joyful. They're professional, clean and incredibly educated. I contracted Greenlee to replace my water heater on 9-12-18 and a couple of days after my wife and I started smelling gas. Come to learn the installer used such as the gas line connection joint when they installed a gas line that was flexible. I ended up needing to phone the Gas Firms emergency leak line to solve the matter.

Fantastic support. An appointment was set and I was informed by him that he had been on his way and was on time for the appointment. He was very great and efficient. He put back everything as he discovered it, completed the work and cleaned up any mess. He took. I can't say enough nice things and I would recommend them.

We are currently renovating a 1950's condo in Buckhead at a construction where the water could be closed off for 5 hours one day. We wanted to change the plumbing in the kitchen so that we could move the sink, which we interviewed, looked a task. Greenlee has a couple of master technicians, and one was able to readily explain how doable our aim was and supply us with a dedication to show up throughout this period. AND THEY DID SHOW UP--Preston even showed. And he did get the job done at the kitchen! He and his assistant removed a solid cast iron bathtub that weighed about 500 pounds, and did what they could at this stage of the renovation from the bathrooms. Gary and Greg called me at 7 PM on Sunday to confirm and I phoned them back, but Gary said he had been sleeping and therefore could not get a team for Monday. Rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional! Do not waste your time!

We noticed that there was water trapped in our yard in the water 15, last night. Brian stated we will be contacted by Gary about the repair and answered the call promptly. Gary called back in 5 mins with a quote and that they can do the work tomorrow. Next day service! You could not ask for more when you have no water.
Brian came and fixed the leaks as scheduled ( actually he came early). There was not any CHARGE, Greenlee Plumbing honored their warranty. Brian is professional and extremely proficient. It was a day over 80 degrees. Brian left our yard looking in excellent condition.
Through word of mouth we had our plumbing system replaced 4 decades back from Greenlee Plumbing. Needless to say we're pleased with the ceremony.

Life savers! On the day my baby was due, a neighbor called to tell us we had a water flow. Water came up through our driveway. My husband and I were so worried we would not go into labour but be faced with a plumbing bill and will need to tear up the driveway to get at the pipes. We were sure it'd be a major job. We called 3 plumbing firms late on a Fri afternoon and Greenlee was available the very next morning. They replaced our broken pipe in only 3 hours and could conduct the pipe under the driveway without having to do any repair concrete work and the cost was so reasonable...a very pleasant surprise from what we were expecting it to be. We couldn't be more happy with all the work and service! Highly recommend!

I'll admit, I was a customer that is demanding and even difficult.
However: everyone I dealt with, from Brandon and Brian into Gary and Greg, made certain to put customer service FIRST. These men are honest, trustworthy, and do a fantastic job at a good price. They will be my call for plumbing needs, and are extremely knowledgable. (if they will still take my organization!)

These guys are fantastic! We had a main water line break in our front lawn. They quoted a great price over the phone and so were outside in two hours exactly as promised. His teammate and brian were guys, were considerate of our property, and did just a superb job. They affirmed the price proceeded to knock the job out and left our lawn appearing as if they had never been there. Amazing... simply amazing!" .

BE CAREFUL.... I had been quoted on price on the telephone ( I had been very specific on my requirements ) and when the builder got there it was DOUBLE the quoted price for a bathroom replacement. I escorted them to the door.
I also paid for a 50 gallon water tank, they tried to bring into a 40 gallon. BAIT and SWITCH. See what they do.

Another plumbing business with a huge fancy van tried to sell new corresponding parts for $ 1,990 and me a new water heater. Greenlee replaced my water ruler, therma few, and fixed all my toilets that leaked for a small portion of what another firm was going to charge me. They were rather nice, honest, and professional. Do not pay for the other guys advertisements and fancy truck. Greenlee will find the work done with integrity and honesty and fast.

Great experience with Greenlee Plumbing this morning. We called one of those"large names" first and was quoted an extremely higher cost once they came through the gates of our community. Greenlee quoted a price over the phone according to our description of the problem and that's what they charged when the project was finished. Brian was educated, friendly, and quite professional. Brandon.. .Personable, likeable, very professional master plumber. He did the tasks in a manner that is timely, was so clean and neat and most of all resolved my problems I was so worried about ahead. No plumbing stress!
