I used Grove to put in Furnace and a in the house.
When they arrived to place in the unit, they were on time and they worked very hard to find the unit installed and working. They did a wonderful job, cleaned up after themselves and they were very knowledgable about the gear. I recommend Grove to my friends and acquaintances. From 5:30 one of the sons and a technician of Gary Grove were at the home. Instead of just ordering components, they predicted the disrtibutor, located a Unit, then made arrangments to pick this up and deliver it to my home the morning after to re-install. At there was a Grove truck in my own driveway, the technician arrived, and began the practice of placing in the unit. . .at 7:30 the new Unit had came, and from the home was cooling off. That went out the window using the client service, When I was worried about paying a bit more.

removing an unsightly conduit that was no longer being used, the team went beyond and over but was attached to my home in the area where the AC system was being installed by them. Having them manage this has been an unexpected bonus.
The one thing that could have been better - if the team came to perform the install they had a plan showing where the different elements were to be set up. Prior to the team came to do the work, I'd have preferred to see that strategy.
I has been pleased with the courteous service as well as the job and had grove heating and heating install a ductless system. Since they were working to make sure that I was happy with the work, they discussed different details of this job.
Moral of the story, find a good, reliable, and reasonable general contractor who will work on the side. They're more upfront, honest, and be sure that they do the job right since they pride themselves. Companies try to charge you much, but do the job.
Another one of those rip offs, when you go through a company, they overcharge, and just do the job. Days following the service you learn the problem still exists. Run to this problem all too frequently with these firms. Had a pipe which regulates condensation in the HVAC system that led to a copy of water to accumulate in the pan, at least a couple gallons of water just sitting at the pan, not draining. Guy came the pipe out. Supposedly used a shop vac to vacuum the water, but by the time the identical quantity of water still remained in the pan. It would take a few days for the water to completely drain gradually, ok cool After he was done, explained. Three days after, water still at same amount, maybe 0.5 inches reduced. My husband realized he asked him to come over and take a look and went using a HVAC tech into the gym. Guy came over, did the job RIGHT. Took the HVAC unit got to the pan, sucked all the water out and chucked it, now the pan free of water, when this firm came out since it should have been done.
We had the care contract and have had issues with the technician and lack of knowledge. After service calls they immediately wanted to replace the device. Preformed a repair that collapsed. We have another opinion from
A competitor which shows wrong identification. They aren't interested in repairing. Grove wishes to sell a unit that is new to you! Wrote letter to owner and has been treated and advised, we did nothing wrong. Had another company mend what Grove had failed to locate the real problem and tightened and mend our unit, a leaking connectors. Our unit works. We paid 2000.00 into Grove and got nothing. We asked the owner for a $800.00 refund. Was told no! Poor customer support and horrible technicians! The fact is you did not fix anything! But wanted our money. The honest way admit your mistakes, is and refund the client!
I made an appointment for them based on the reviews. They seemed nice, but a full day after the appointment was created, they called me and told me that I had been out their service area. I do not know but I attribute that, they did not inform me when I made the appointment, having given them the address. I have wasted.
Courteous, Professional and Efficient. Sales rep William knew competition, knew his product and was able to convince me to proceed with the instal. I am so glad I did.
Professional and Fair. We thought we'd an A/C problem since it suddenly stopped working. The tech, Mike, inspected our unit and came to the conclusion that it had been an electric wiring problem instead of the A/C unit . Called an electrician and all is working great. As a result of their honesty and courtesy, I will certainly call Grove if/when a heating or cooling issue arises in the future.
Was professional and helpful. We needed to replace our furnace. They did not try to up sell, which was nice for a change. Their estimate was $1,100 less than Belair's for an equivalent product/warranty. Installation was completed over the week and everything was well explained. Thank you to everyone at Grove for maintaining my loved ones warm this winter!!

They spent some additional time before doing the job to make sure we wouldn't have some difficulties with escapes, they were very careful about leaving the area clean and free of debris, and they came back quickly after I asked some changes from the finished product, which they performed to my entire satisfaction.
GROVE Heating & Cooling installed a small Mitsubishi cooling & heating system in our family room that was big. We went to a room that is great from a 3-season room we could use that we have A/C plus heat in the room. As scheduled, were tidy going about their business, were mindful of averting the managers, and respectful of different things going on in the home the installers showed up promptly. PHIL, AUSTIN, and ARROW did a great job with the installation and we are delighted with the outcome. We would employ GROVE Heating and Cooling for any HVAC system needs.

It stopped blowing cold air (obviously on a really hot afternoon ), therefore at 4:30 in the afternoon, I called the support line. By 5:30 among the sons and a technician of Gary Grove were in the house. The Unit needed catostrophically failed. They didn't know why. However, I guess A/C Components might be lemon. Instead of merely ordering components, they predicted the disrtibutor, located a Unit made arrangments to pick this up and bring it to my house the next morning to re-install. At 6:30 the following morning, a Grove truck was in my own driveway, the technician arrived, and started the process of putting in the unit. . .at 7:30 the Unit had arrived, and from the house was cooling off. Just splendid. That went out the window using the customer services, if I was concerned about paying a bit more.

I recommend Grove to neighbors and my friends. They had been a bit more expensive than a couple of places Only a notice. However they are owned and operated. And that makes a difference for me.

I called in the afternoon on a Saturday, and my AC ceased working at night and they were able to have a technician out on the same day.
Only had a new furnace and A/C unit place in now. I don't do reviews, but felt compelled to. The Grove team was replied and explained and on time every detail of this new system. Your doing yourself a disservice if you don't at least get a quote. When it's time for a brand new water heater they will be my first telephone. I hired my A/C to be replaced by Grove and add a heat pump at the house. They offered me a price that was lower though they told me they're not the cheapest in the city. They did a fantastic job. They were prompt and tidy. I recommend Grove if you are in the market for a HVAC alternative.

We needed them make sure that some oil furnace repairs had been check out our brand new systems and moved into a home that was new. Their support person was excellent. He did exactly what we clarified his test, needed, and answered all of our questions. He provided plenty of background information regarding geothermal systems, and advocated to spend less, given that we intend on replacing the unit shortly. We spoke for more than half an hour. He was professional, friendly, patient, and friendly. Will be using them in the future.
