From begin to finish these guys were the greatest; consistently professional, on time, friendly (A+), and also considerate of our house. The furnace is indeed magnificent! It doesn't sound like an airplane flying over our home anymore when the heat continues! And AC in the summer - escaping to the supermarket!
In the end, we decided on the new furnace, AC, an extra thermostat placed in the back-side of the home (score!) , and new thermostats. The thermostats are cool that is awesomely! I control heating and cooling out of my mobile phone!
By the start of the odyssey to acquire AC (eventually ) for our house, we've been lucky to have found quite nice builders on Yelp. But Grupe sets before they even walk through the door; they put on shoe covers in order not to monitor in any dirt! I'm also not that person that is likely to be a pest whilst somebody is doing their walk-thru; I'm likely to let them make observations, ask questions, and make suggestions - and then I'll compare what they've come up to what others have develop.
One quite important tip that Robert made was that the requirement for a new vent. I would say that my house (approx 30 years old) was badly designed because we now have vaulted ceilings, and all the vents are up high (who's dumb-a$$ idea was it to design a home with vents 15 ft high - heat rises, right?) ! He also pointed out that our furnace was older, and it would not be sensible to tie in AC on an old unit. Not part of the initial plan, but it made sense. (I should point out that there were a few different contractors that never said a word about the furnace - shame on them)
That I come home and walk through the door, I am reminded of how happy I am to be home, and how comfortable it is!

Don't trust these guys, they don't want to repair your current HVAC systems, they simply want to commission new ones. Beware, an extremely pricy scare tactic indeed.
The ignition switch was filthy.
Of times we experienced this business appear and take a look to see what the issue was.
They whined to commission a high dollar occupation which was not necessary.
Two representatives were sent out by them, on arrival that they took a three minute look and decided there was a crack in the heat exchanger.

I had a bad feeling about this hasty verdict, as our heater never had any issues in the last...
We hired another company to come out and fix it, $125 after the house has heated!
The worst part is the heater core wasn't cracked and a replacement heater core is under guarantee for 20 decades.

They told us that our only option was to replace the unit which would cost $4500-$5000.
I did a little research, and I found this out was a frequent HVAC fright tactic used for discoloration home owners into systems that are new.
I don't doubt the quality. . Nobody wishes to be deceived into falling THOUSANDS of dollars unless absolutely necessary, unless which has been for hiring an HVAC team, their original intention.

Replaced my furnace and added A/C. Rob gave me a great straight forward quotation and came out. Perfect experience begin to finish. Installers Ron and Zach were professional, neat and productive. Great community family owned company. Highly recommended!

I'd Rob and also his helper come out the look at my home and give me ideas as to what I need to do in order to cool my property. Rob was educated, but I felt like he tried to up sell me. He also explained I would get a bid. It's day 4, and I am still waiting. I sent an email, but no reply.

I would give Rob at Grupe Bros SIX stars if I could.... He did not mend my furnace, he came out on a few of the busiest days of the season, diagnosed the issue, then told us we were still under warranty and should call the people who installed out system. He would have charged us a whole lot of cash - rather he did not charge us for coming by. We

Lots of excellent reviews , telling of owner and a company who really operate with heart. My wonder with Rob was about an early day of a frozen day, when he took the time following what must have been an exhausting day to help get my furnace. In a matter of a few minutes he obtained the results that are desired, although I don't have any idea what he did.
Here is the deal. There are lots of competent HVAC firms out there, but few which you may depend on for honesty and thoroughness complete with presence and a patient.

After calling a few companies and getting the tricky upsell, I proceeded with many friends' recommendation and used Grupé to install a HVAC system. This comprised HEPA filtration and UV to aid along with my sons allergies. So far I am quite happy with the outcomes. The service was great and the pricing was competitive also.

So, amazing customer service, flexible scheduling, fixed the problem on the very first visit, professional and cool repair guy...I am very happy with their small business. It's a super hot weekend, and I am really thankful I chose Grupe Bros. to fix my AC! I recommend them all the way. Thank you, Rob!
My air conditioning made a decision to break in the very start of June, and with the 100 degree weather coming I needed to bite the bullet. So I called they plus Grupe had been ON IT. . .even prepared that afternoon to come over. Regrettably, I work 25 miles from home, as soon as my aunt may be there so that they were willing to send someone out around 6pm. She stated that he was professional, and Rob was dealt with by her and could not be nicer.

Rob came - and I mean HIGHLY - when we asked about for a plumber, recommended from a builder friend of their family. He showed up BANG punctually, and did the work quickly and flawlessly, without moving a cent over the original quote, and... well, an entire professional.
The upshot? Yeah, still hurts the pocket to bring in a pro. However, Grupe Bros redefined to me what a professional is. Next time we see a renegade drip, there will be no hesitation on who I'll call.

After the arrival of our first child, we had to have some work done on the restroom, and there was 1 place we called. Rob came straight out, wouldn't enter the home without shoes that were covered, and was respectful as it came to performing the job and toddlers. Not only that, he went out of his WAY to save money at work - that he told us exactly how much it would cost, but cautioned us that he'd have to go through a wall to get to some plumbing, meaning the next $400-500 to a drywaller. He took the excess time to avoid doing that.
But then I pick up the telephone, and sigh wistfully when water starts dripping from the ceiling.
This was a year or two ago.

Since it was set up fifteen years past I have had lots of different people servicing and repairing my furnace, and these people are the most educated, competent
and beneficial by far! Highly recommended.

Rob is with. He's dependable, and priced reasonably.
I've lately had them was impressed to issues and dedication to doing the job correctly and do some plumbing work that is extensive. Ask to bid although cheaper, weren't worth it and jobs were willing to cut corners.
I've had him do tasks for me over the years and he and his workers have been great. They clean up after themselves!

Grupe bros, Rob, Jamie and team are great! We purchased a house and it had a new water heater in a site that was bad and since the original leaked. It moved and installed a new one. Also during a routine cleaning, there was a leak discovered. Thanks to their thorough and detailed work and installation of a new furnace, our household is now warm and safe. Rob and his team installed air conditioning in my townhouse. Not only was his pricing very competitive, he (generously) passed on a $200'off season' discount. His team was professional and left my own house spotlessly clean. Groupe Bros is strongly recommended by me!

Last week during the heatwave our A/C broke and because we moved into the house and did not install the A/C we did not know where to go. Thankfully my parents knew of these, having had just put in A/C themselves together with Grupe Bros.. The Grupe Bros. came out the same day (other firms said they could come out the following week) and fixed our A/C and the price was quite reasonable. We were saved by them from the day of this week and sleeping at an 89 level house! THANK YOU!

Grupe Bros. did it! We had a 25 year-old furnace go out, complete with filters which were like dusty mittens. Rob managed to install a furnace in a method and recognized the issue. Also they went beyond and over to have a look at our additional systems and update and state them well. All in complete service with a smile all, and knowledge and awareness.

Great experience with Grupe Bros.. Heating. While I was freaking out about being burned by another heating firm natasha on the telephone was friendly, and even remained calm. Rob took a glance showed up very quick, also gave me an quotation. He gave me plenty of choices so I didnt believe he had been"selling" me anything. We chose to go with a new wall heater, the following day and it had been installed quickly and efficiently. They went around and re burnt of our pilot lights later turning off the gasoline. I truly appreciated their attention to detail and how quick they completed the job! Thanks guys!

I just read the other reviews and realized they would be difficult to top... But I will try. We had an emergency, difficult plumbing issue the week. We called an extremely reputable firm , in the bay. My husband phoned our wonderful contractor. He highly suggested that we've got Rob do the job. Rob and his team came all the way to help us. For HALF the amount he and his team did the job the time. The crawl space entrance was so I must know every one of these. They were HONEST knowledgeable, friendly, respectful, RESPECTFUL, clean and even nice to my dog. We enjoyed them so much we had them install ac and a new furnace. This was something that we'd intended to do before my husband retires and we had been looking to find someone to trust with the occupation. This is a business that you can trust!!

I can not say enough good things about Rob and Grupe Brothers. From start to finish they have been prompt and professional. Rob made sure we were happy with the job and answered all questions.Two years later everything is working perfectly. Hats off to Grupe Bros!!!

Rob and his team were awesome. We met them for a quote the final invoice, Rob, Rod, and Natasha in the office were excellent to work with. Super very considerate, professional, and patient . They explained the effect to our family and all of their respective steps throughout the way. Their communication was amazing as well letting us know when they'd be so or only 20 minutes late. Respectful of our small kids our time, and our residence. A huge thumbs up!
