Four weeks after moving into our house, we noticed a reduction in our water pressure. We seemed on Yelp and saw H&M had excellent reviews. Harry came out. He quickly solved the problem, as he worked, explaining everything. We were impressed with his knowledge and professionalism.

Brent, harry's son, works in HVAC. We have had him service our house and avoid a problem. We're also very impressed with fantastic service, his honesty, wisdom and rates.
I had a hose-bib shut-off valve which was hard to open and shut. This is the valve used to shut-off water in the line that is hose-bib to guard against freezing. So I called H&M, I wanted to find the valve replaced before the winter. I expected a similar encounter and dealt with H&M several yrs back. Just H&M arrived on-time, they listened to my concerns, and what exactly the kind of repairs I had been open to. Knowing that pipes isn't known by me, I requested the plumber what would he do. He indicated disassembling / cleansing the valve. I agreed and expressed that I understood the valve might be too far gone to save. H&M reinstalled, cleaned, and tested the valve ; and it worked. I continue to be very delighted with the outcome. Next time I need plumbing support, I'll be calling H&M first.
Guys that do good work. They stated they would arrive in 10 and came at 10 sharp. They were able to analyze and repair the issue and were very professional. Would highly recommend.
All these are guys are, in 1 word, HONEST. We had an company earlier this week, perform its inspection and they said we had a leak in our upstairs unit. Last year, the company that was unnamed recommended we put in an intake port to our upstairs and they said we needed three. We had three. My antenna went up with this most recent trip (two warnings) and that I phoned H&M to get a second opinion. We had NO freon flow; and you need to cut the seal around the unit's top. The contractor hadn't cut on the seal, so they checked for a flow. These guys are honest and I appreciate them more than words could express. I will be utilizing H&M from today on.
I left a message at M and H which I had no heat, and of course, it was the coldest morning of the year. They called back within an hour and stated he had two forecasts but should get there around 11am. Around 1045, I received a call in Brent at M and H stating he's on his way and should be there in about thirty minutes. He arrived in, figured out exactly what was wrong, had to go pick up the part, and everything worked again by 2pm. It seemed to pay for the services and the part. ($345) Couldn't be more happy with Brent, H advertising M, their reaction time, and their costs.
I inherited my moms house. I'm not familiar with the septic system and a few of the bathrooms was clogged. I got a prompt return call from the owner himself and called H&M the day after Thanksgiving! I have never had such a great experience! Harry was individual and he explained exactly how systems work and he also fixed. He was simple and did not attempt to talk me to things or any services that I did not require. He even looked at the gasoline line for my grill and took his time inspecting any plumbing problems! If I ever have the need to get a plumber in the future I will certainly call H&M!!
Harry is an honest business man. I know the job is going to be done properly without any worries, Though he may be a bit more expensive than other places. This is well worth the price. He won't upsell one. H&M Services are strongly recommended by me.
On Memorial Day weekend, our house A/C stopped working with very high temp heat outside!! Called H&M and Brent came out mid morning on the Sunday prior to Memorial Day and fixed us up! Very professional and knowledgeable about the issue. Even fixed a problem with our water heater while he was here. Prices and great service were good. Don't hesitate to call them! We will ALWAYS hope H&M!
Great in a Crisis!I came home to find water gushing out of the garage due to our 10-year-old water heater eventually having gone bad. Harry, the proprietor, answered my call himself, walked through shutting off the tank, and assured me someone could be out in an hour. He gave me quotes over the phone for a few alternatives on replacement water heaters. Joe came on time and I paid what I was quoted. Harry and Joe were both courteous and skilled. Thank you, guys!
I can't say enough great things about the quality of the H&M guys' job and the service. They're all professional, courteous and friendly. If necessary, I have had them will call them again and do work at my home several times.
Highly suggest H&M services. Called for support and over the hour Brent was servicing our air conditioner fan motor( 1997 model) that was on its final leg. The fan motor had to be substituted, but Brent went above and beyond returning to have our air conditioning running trendy with a new fan motor. So we have signed a maintenance agreement to make sure we are taken care of.
Joe was my technician. He immediately fixed it and found the issue. He wrapped extra pipe insulation (I had available ) around the fixed area to provide some additional insulation. In addition, he took the time to locate the entire house water shut-off and the shut-offs into the two outside spigots (because I had just moved into the house and didn't know where they were), also gave me a lesson about proper water turn-off procedures in order to help prevent this issue later on. Immediate service, a very affordable price, and a plumber technician! Highly recommend!
