I've been coping with a plumbing issues for over a year. We finally chose to find out the issues and received many quotations from several businesses. High Priority Plumbing did work and has been really easy to use. They found the origin of the problem and worked together as a team to devise a remedy. My plumbing was operating excellent since. They are strongly recommended by me for any plumbing service.
Old Republic Home Warranty assigned HP for a Service Call the pipe from the sink leaked into the cupboard and Dishwasher would not drain.
I had a poor experience with Higher Priority Plumbing.
Paulette and confirmed that my email was caught up in their archives and Caitlyn in HP both reached out to me.
HP's diagnosis was wrong and could have cost me a great deal of money for a fix which did not resolve the main cause. HP did not identify the down pipe from the sink missed a seal and did not identify the present vent from an old system wasn't attached.
I have bumped up this review in the 1 star based on their client support with a follow up on the issue. Caitlyn reviewed diagnosis and the support call , along side my response, and it has opened up a communication line with the tech to understand the way he missed the root cause.
The tech identified the issue as a result of the backgrade of the waste pipe and confirmed no congestion. As it had been deemed an installation issue, ORHW would not cover the fix. HP quoted me $900-$1200 to replace the pipe since he said the'bow' would continue to create an issue.
A local plumber came to review the issue for a second opinion, he tracked the issue to the point the waste pipe combined the main waste line, he eliminated the join and the pipe had been blocked thick with tile and grout washed down the sink out of renovations (HP claimed no congestion ). He encouraged that the waste pipe to remove the backgrade and removed the congestion. In addition, he identified the pipe did not have a vent and contained this along with incorporating a seal in the downpipe in the sink (the reason I had a flow when the spout was holding water). The fix cost me $240.
Original Review:
As I waited for an answer to an email I had sent to HP about the 20th May 2019, I had been holding off from a review, I did not hear back. *view revised note over.
They were sent out by our home warranty business to check a bathtub. The shower is currently broken! High Priority took no obligation. Had to get outside a different plumber. Shower works but is still broken. Will have to replace it. Terrible support. I rarely leave reviews but don't want to see a different homeowner get ripped off. Steer clear of this plumber!!!!
I had a bad Encounter with High Priority Plumbing. The technician was rude and condescending to our grandma because she didn't speak English. Making her feel bad due to the language barrier. Technician moved on and was quick to close the claim. When I called the technician he was rude to me coming across as racist since the grandma could not speak English.
This company was appointed by ASH. First visit they said the washing machine was the one and there was no leak in pipes and came out.
I had to phone over and called back them in. This time they needed to send a supervisor. Supervisor identifies the problem. It took my problem to get fixed. Leaving us with no washer. I wouldn't recommend this corporation. There are far better ones on the market although it's a common problem with plumbing companies.
I will start with I had been referred through a home warranty AHS to Top Definition Plumbing. Although I fear having to call a plumber but decided to roll the dice and see what happens. I have tried so many. I did not expect much difference and read the reviews on here.
He is not hard to get along with, and the two of my tenants also liked him. Both repairs he left for me were situations that were difficult he went beyond and above to get mended for me. what??? Would you believe that... I am badly a trust worthy dude who does not do that annoying thing a good deal of Plumbers do by mansplaning well small woman water flows down sort of thing. He managed business clarified what I had then went to his job. I wish more of my AHS adventures went like that. Understanding the reviews on here I wouldn't chance using anybody else.
The next week I had another house acting up with water pressure. Cj rolls up at the start of time provided impressing me with his Pipes skills' window.
You may imagine my surprise when I had a fantastic experience occasions! Cj was such a surprise. He showed up at the Start of period scheduled's Window. Something which never happens with other contractors for me. My first fix was a pipe a Plumber had stood me up over and had attempted to charge me a lot to fix. Cj figured out a scenario that AHS coated and he was even liked by my tenant.
I was skeptical about Top Priority with the other reviews here when this vendor was delegated by AHS home warranty. But that changed as soon as Thomas came out to the bathroom and kitchen repairs. He was professional and finished all of the work. Highly recommend this firm according to my experience with Thomas!
AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE!! Darren's level of knowledge has been I had some difficulty with my water heater and he fixed all of my concerns, right away... He educated me about some potential causes for my pilot not working properly. I was more than pleased with the job will definitely be referring others and done their manner!!
Thank you!!
Where do I begin. Water Heater went out and had several estimates along with customer services. Researched a little more and came across High Definition. I can't recall the young woman who answered the telephone, I think her name was Paulette. However speaking with her was that the first indication I select the location that is right. Her customer service was phenomenal, something that tends to lack. My husband told me the problem and within an hour had someone outside to the home straight away. That's when we met Charlie and he had been a life saver as he detected that the problem, gave us time and a date and he had been a man of his sentence, he really showed up two hours. Great character and functioned very clean. Needless to say we are very happy and will consult with this business to friends and our loved ones. Because I would sneak Charlie in a heartbeat to bad I'm not in the plumbing business.
They had been advocated through my home warranty company, after coming into the house the plumber that they assigned told me that the pipes under my house was completed wrong and would need to be redone and attracted to code. They were just out for a plumbing leak. I had another plumber come out of Angie's list and has been quoted $485 to resolve the flow that High Priority Pipes was advocated for. I'll file a compliant with the BBB.
Horrible - will attempt to RIP off you. Don't use.
Recently transferred from a condo in Downtown. Discovered that we had water coming out of our water taps, so we reached out to our home warranty providers, who suggested that we use High Priority Plumbing to scrutinize and replace our water heater. HPP did an excellent job from start to finish and made us aware of any outstanding issues with our old water heater and provided great info . Communicating with them was fantastic and we'd definitely use them in the future (even after our home warranty expires!) .
If you have any issues with 10, don't use. Had a gas escape from our water heater and they were sent out by the warranty company. They told us there was a leak and came. We've Atlanta Gas Light come TWICE - before and after the trip of High Priority and a leak was there. HP's plumber promised us it had been fine - mentioning the gas leak was not coming which Atlanta Gas Light stated it had been coming from. Finally we called a real plumber who fixed it. This plumber did the job and stated it had been the fuel line connection. The idiots at High Definition shouldn't be trusted with anything. They're a lawsuit waiting to happen. Look anywhere else for plumbing requirements.
Edited to represent response under: Three other specialists were immediately able to smell the leak and came out. It would behoove you to acquire actual equipment to test for a leak instead of rely upon the odor of your technicians since that can end up being faulty. Please have the equipment.
High heeled was called outside by our home warranty company for a blockage. They arrived for the initial inspection and decided that they had to conduct a camera on the outside sewer line, however in order to this, they'd need to install an outside cleanout because they claimed our home warranty would not cover running a camera from a bathroom . They came out, billed us $1350 to extend a cleanout, which was actually already there, a few inches and run a camera because they claimed to believe our difficulty was tree roots in our sewer line (it wasn't). Therefore we had to cover it out of pocket this work was obviously not covered by our home warranty. They did find a problem with the town's sewer line. That didn't solve our issues, although we ended up getting the city to fix their issue at their price. So we called a plumber, who was excellent, billed us less than half of what High Priority solved our difficulty, and did. Save yourself time and money and go elsewhere.
Jeff, from Top Priority Pipes, just left our home and I am thrilled with the level of service we received! We had been having issues with water pressure. Jeff was very thorough. I was also very inquisitive about the process and that he was very patient explaining the pressure regulator.
We now have pressure all over the house! Thanks,Jeff, for the professionalism and follow through.
High Priority Plumbing workers are Professional, polite, timely, comprehensive, honest and ready. Gabriel Tremble instantly found my pipes issue and arrived at my home and solved . He loves his job and loves and is a professional his organization and is very proud of what he does and also the household that he works for. High Priority Plumbing is also. I strongly suggest this business and this professional ( Gabriel Tremble). You will be happy you called High Priority Certification!
High heeled Plumbing is my"go to" plumber. Higher Priority has supplied plumbing service on three occasions. Each tech who visited my home has been friendly, respectful, and helpful. CJ was awesome at installing my bathroom faucet. Thomas and Dakota applied their experience. They answered my questions honestly and offered valuable advice. I am delighted with the excellent service High Priority consistently supplied.
Our call for support was returned promptly, a convenient day and time for us was arranged, along with the plumber, Chris, arrived promptly. He was professional, pleasant, effective, in doing the repair and moved. The repair was made by him and did an superb job. We are going to be calling this company, when we need plumbing services. . .and requesting Chris.
I worked with Eric at High Priority Plumbing to resolve a major issue that involved replacing part of the water line, in my house to the road , because of a leak in the copper piping. I really don't think I've ever met a plumber in my entire life. He took the time to educate me about the issue, to walk through the practice of testing for water damage, and submitting insurance claims (which is not fun). If you need a plumber ask for Eric a High Priority Plumbing. You won't go wrong.
I don't recommend this corporation. My home warranty company utilized a hot water heater that was leaky to be checked out by them. High Priority told my house warranty company that the renter stated the water pipe going into the water heater had been leaking quite a while. The renter was questioned by me, and he said he told the tech no anything. The renter also said that the first man who came out talked mad that he asked for one more tech. If there HAD been a flow, the renter said he would have noticed it, as he moved to relight the pilot light times. Shenanigans like this is the reason why High Priority gets only two out of five stars!
This is a dreadful company they've not and lied fixed the issue.
Jeff from Priorty was fantastic. Professional was fixed the issue and punctually. We had a company and not fix the issue. Jeff was performed in an hour. He is an excellent man and explains you everything. Highly recommend them.
New
Arrived. When you speak to the home warranty people request a different company.
Apparently our bathroom that was broken was explained by him to the home warranty people as a' pre-existing' state last week, although it clearly broke. I think he was just lazy.
Looked in the bathroom. Came in and informed me our bathroom wasn't covered by the guarantee that covers toilets.
