Darrell at High Priority Plumbing is AWESOME! He called us to come take videos because he was digging at the sewer pipe which was busted so we would gave photos and videos for our claim. Him and his crew did an wonderful job and they cleaned up after a second contractor. I would definitely call and request Darrell again!

My experience with High Priority Plumbing and Services was nothing short of wonderful. From the moment that they showed up to evaluate my water heater's function, to the thoroughness of the installation the following day, as well as my communications using their workplace, it was nothing but professional and seamless. American Home Shield that is my house warranty provider chose them. This being said, ok, I'd like to address the majority of the negative reviews. It could almost promise you that it was installed well over ten decades back when it is VERY POSSIBLE that your regional building codes if your water heater has been shot. It's unethical for a plumbing company to install new equipment in the event etcetera and the plumbing are outside of code. This is NOT the fault, nor is it the plumbing company's obligation, or even the home warranty company. . .they have NO control over what the county or state construction commissioners do, therefore it is going to become your responsibility to pay for the plumbing and etcetera to be brought up to code. In my case in GA, it was $430.00. DO NOT penalise your home warranty company or High Definition for conditions that are beyond their hands! I will say that I would hire High Definition for all and any of my plumbing requirements for things outside of warranty. They're fantastic and WORTHY.
A ceremony ticket opened throughout AHS. The dispatcher of high Priority helped me get my ticket bumped to priority due to small kids and a baby in the house and they could come day rather than 3 days later on urgency that was normal. The tech was very professional and had a very caring attitude. He was able to repair the issue fast and made this leaves the wife and children contented! Thank you High Priority Plumbing!
Had my water heater repaired by Carlos He was courteous professional and only a nice man. I would recommend this firm for any plumbing services.

I debated between a 5 star review and a 4 but needed to go with 5 based upon Tyler's professional support and demeanor. It had been a relief to receive a serviceman that took on the job with a grin. He's also a keeper and a worker. Since this was a work order I was somewhat worried about how my experience would be, however 2/10 hit the mark when they picked that provider. Both of my toilets were installed incorrectly in case others wish to understand what my problem was they were rocking out of my floor. Tyler found that the builder did not glue the flanges to the pipe/floor and only drilled the bolts directly into in the sub floor so he re-glued that the flanges properly and attached the toilets into the cement slabs with metal fittings instead of the plastic Sioux Chief brand used by the contractor.
