Simon is a honest professional that I would recommend hiring. My condominium building management necessary someone like him with a Master Plumber license with insurance policy before they let the pipes touch. Also, although you will not appreciate the standard of his job value his humble, unassuming personality.

On time, he showed up on the work afternoon and started working immediately with no delay. He went down to the building's basement to drain the standing water from the pipe after the most important water shuts off. He laid something similar onto the ground to rosin paper, making sure he abandoned the job place than before he started. He did what he do during the process, he explained to me. Every step was done to make sure he did not need to re-do it. He had a much higher standard because of his own work than I'd expected. He corrected the unit to make sure that it functioned properly and inspected any leaks after the replacement work has been done. He analyzed times to the unit before calling the job done. The job site was cleaned up by him .
