Superior service at a price that is reasonable, The point is, in case you like the sound of that, you will want to phone them. As always, thanks guys, you're the very best. Regrettably, I'm sure I'll see you again. LOL.
5 STAR!!!!!
On many occasions we've utilized the services of Andrew and Mike between my loved ones and myself. Always results and good with communications and excellent service.

The BEST!2. He had been in attire
4. Extremely professional and detail oriented.
The best part for me was that his mindset! As I said he was happy to be here workingout. When I had questions and concerns that they we're always replied with a real reply of" No Problem" Sure, Ill test it out. It was a joy to perform with him

1.
3. He had been considerate and happy
We have had Hillside perform some major plumbing jobs on our apartment units twice in the past few years.Today we just wanted a bathroom replaced and a small turn off valve behind the bathroom replace also.
Hillside sent Patrick outside to perform the job.

These guys are all amazing! It's tough to find but these men were amazing. Mike diagnosed the difficulty we were having and had a crew. They are fairly priced, on time and do work.

Original Review: No return call after 24 hrs... and I can't use the sink in my bathroom. As they were local, called Hillside. If you're too busy to return calls, hire a person to answer your phone.
Postscript: The owner following my review try to call back, Mike reached out . He is correct, I got a call at approximately 6PM. The caller, with not listened to my voicemail, hit redial instead of calling my cell and never followed up. I don't use my landline, besides for outbound calling and Caller ID is blocked so I am not even sure how that amount was available... I'm revising my evaluation based on this, Mike's attempt and also the fact that there seems to be lots of satisfied customers, why I predicted to start with.

We had a few issues with my mothers plumbing. Bathroom Sink got clogged. Hiilside cleaned it quickly, super cheap also and came out. I told the guys about another funky plumbing issue we'd but told them nobody lived here need to repair it.
Two months later, home was for sale and I did not have the time before it was purchased by someone to resolve the problem that is funky. I didn't think it was a big deal, but when the inspector did a report he made it sound bad. Buyer wanted $1500 to repair it. Called the boys at hillside and they were here the moment. Found a clog that was difficult at an elbow under the home but were able to clean it with some skill with the snake for $160. Now all works well. Happy, I am happy. I told the guys. They said theyreceive repeat business and keep their clients contented. Thanks Guys

Mike and his team are the best. I am so relived to finally find a plumbing company that I don't need to worry about being ripped off by. Its bad enough once you have an issue that needs a plumber and having then to worry about if this individual will try and take advantage of me makes it much worse. They have done a lot of tasks for me ranging from a kitchen copper repipe, snaking, to finding a pipe in a bathroom wall. They have the professionalism and do quality work. I actually recommend them to everyone I know that is looking for a plumber.

While on site they provided some aid with a bathroom line that was leaking. They replaced the old valve and stem quickly and at a very reasonable price. They had been clean and left behind no traces they were there. All this in less than an hour or so.
I would use them again without a moments notice. I would highly recommend them to anybody who might ( unfortunately ) require a plumbing service.
I had what I thought was a backed up kitchen sink. They arrived on time and inspected the sink to find that there was no problem other than perhaps a blockage I'd attempted to flush. They inspected to make sure there was no problem and didn't charge me a cent for it.
They're reasonably priced, on time, provide customer support and provide top excellent work.

Since they had just had to substitute a short nozzle and were here, they asked if I had some other issues. I have an upstairs toilet that was operating so that I had them take a look. A quick shortening of a fill hose and a replaced plastic cone and we're in business!
Hillside would be recommended by me to anyone looking for an excellent plumber and will call them again if needed.
Had a leaky water heater this morning so I gave a call that is Hillside. They let me know they had but could stop by about 4-5pm. I reserved the appointment and said to give me a call if they'd be early/late. I got a call about 3:30 informing me they had been running a bit behind but would be between 5-6. After assessing the situation they explained everything to me (including what looked good and what needed fixed - that is always helpful) and after replacing a hose we had been in company. I love that they walked me through what to be aware of in the future as well.

....These guys are the most thorough plumbers I have ever met. Work is the best of standards and should be educated to all or any technicians for ways to get the work done right the first time, in Los Angeles.
I'll surely be calling them to get some projects I have in the long run.
Thanks guys!
I recently remodeled my kitchen and'd Hillside Plumbing out a few days, and each time they did they were friendly, extremely effective and no hassles.
I'd give it a 10 if I still had all my fingers!

Having had Bad Plumbing Experiences (therefore, the drill snake), I was wary of calling someone fresh, but my additional plumber was on vacation.
11pm. I have spent hours snaking a sink drain to a stinking mess in the kitchen and no avail. My wife has lost her patienceon her first day back.
August, got Id adore.
Nice to know a plumber you can depend on. My Dear Wife said,"I told you so." I told her I would save a few of the sludge for another time she place potato peelings down the garbage disposal.
Mike said he'd be here at 1:30 or 1. He predicted before that to affirm. He got his much bigger snake (get your mind out of the sewer! ) ) , cleaned the drain out from the outside: no clutter, very fast, very reasonable price.

VERY Pleased.
Tried troubleshooting myself when I am out of my league, know. Saw these guys on their reviews and Yelp.
Problem: Kitchen Sink backed up.
I have my plumber which I'll utilize. Do not squander time - look at their testimonials and rest assured you're getting a professional that is reasonably priced five-star plumber.
Polite professional, guy and took the opportunity to be sure we n't leaked from beneath the sink. And, surprise surprise, the bill was $100 as mentioned.
Spends about 90 minutes and fixes the problem - needed to go 60 ft with his industrial snake (I know I couldn't have done this ).

Someone else's customer now.
Sorry hillside plumbing but your ability to schedule and communicate with your clients sucks.
Signed,
Lets start out with five celebrities, for not showing up now lets deduct, at the time they supplied, which I could have accepted if they would have predicted, but they did not, so lets for failing to phone subtract another celebrity. Once I called them back they show up did reschedule, and completed the work in a professional manner. For my next plumbing need several months afterwards so I give them another chance. No display and no call. That is 2 no-shows.

I had been having problems with my regional plumbers. Every my sink or toiler would jam up, the pipes beneath the house would leak, so they billed me to perform my chief, and then told me that the pipes beneath the homes needed to be replaced. To the tune of $4500 to get below the house and $3000 for your main. In the process of (so they say) snaking my rear toilet, they struck my toilet. I was DONE with all the regional plumbers and help. They kept trying to twist me rather than fixing the issue!
Mike had the problem diagnosed and repaired within one hour and came to my house. He snaked the pipes in my roof, which the previous plumbers CLAIMED they'd done when they hadn't, when my toilet struck!
My house has not had a single plumbing issue, 6 months after. I didn't need to spend $7000 to repair my ceased up shower, I wanted an honest attorney. And Mike. Its rare to find an honest Plumber, Electrician; a craftsman. Mike is just that, a craftsman.
While I do want that socalled $4500 value of pipes below the house? I'll call Hillside Plumbing for sure.
Michael Bengerno and Hillside Plumbing into the rescue! Mike took over the business by his father. Its rare that you see somebody take pride in their job and when you do, you folks like Mike and Hillside Plumbing.

The job has been done although they didn't finish until evening and I was grateful for professionalism and their responsiveness.
The following day I went outside and noticed the trash from the drywall/demo was left outside on my front porch. It was not bagged, they didn't dispose of it by themselves. It was sitting on a sheet of cardboard. Granted, my trash bins may have been full for it, but they might have bagged it or disposed of it by themselves. Rather I spent about an hour it.
Now fast forward a few weeks and the toilet is stopped up, and the shower faucet is broken. I phoned them about 3 times before xmas to see snake the drain and if they could make a fast halt and fix the shower. They had been too busy and guaranteed to get me the day. That afternoon arrives and I get no answer. I reach them out again and friday rolls around and get no response. I've decided to move on at this point and I contacted yet another plumber (also highly rated on Yelp) on Saturday afternoon (now ) and they arrived immediately and were fast, friendly, responsive and more economical as well. So while these men are great, they are no longer my 1st choice once I am in need of a plumber. If you would like to observe the other plumber I went with....check my history. I will do a write up on these right. I feel somewhat guilty providing them their only score. . .and had every intention of leaping on the 5-star bandwagon, but based on my experience, giving them a 5 would be a disservice to the Yelpers.
During the install of the washing machine they advocated replacing a segment and discovered a problem. Of course this was an extra charge but it saved me a nightmare . Note that this form of work requires tearing out drywall but they won't repair it. You need to hire someone to do that work, or do it yourself.
Only did a home remodel and dependent on the Yelp testimonials I went ahead and tried them out. Here's what they did: End plumbing at kitchen sink (faucet, connect drain, hook up garbage disposer), Plumb a water line for fridge, hook up a recessed box for washing machine source and drain, fix a leaking valve outside alongside water main leading into house. Being that the job was over 1k they could come on short notice (within two weeks ) with a two man crew and were very responsive. I asked an existent Kenmore garbage disposer is used by them since it was fairly new and they asked if I had the flange still. I said I didn't and it was tossed along with the sink. They had a spare in the truck along with the install has been able to move.
When I went to utilize the sink that was new I noticed there was a few leaking going on under from the cupboard. Looks like something was not tightened or shut. I phoned them up and they stated it was a bad/worn out seal on the garbage disposer and they would have to charge 75$ for another visit plus materials. Since I figured the disposer was set up by them, I was somewhat bummed by this. . .if they didn't think the seal was up to level, then they should have advocated at the time it needed to be replaced or discovered the leak when analyzing the integrity of the system prior to leaving. It was likely getting late that afternoon and they wanted to find home....so maybe it was overlooked. No big deal, I guess. They came out the following day and fixed it directly.

I was not overly thrilled with this location. I tried it beause the plumber we use was out of town. They were not able to receive our sink unclogged but found other issues. I had no difficulty fixing the other problems but they charged us over $900! The estimate for the additional work was for $800 which I approved and had no issue paying but then I was advised to pay $900+! Disclosure would have been helpful to say it'd be then components. They handed me $20 off(woopee). I feel ripped off. The sink wasn't fixed. My move found that a leak and came back! I texted and they did not respond quickly. We played phone tag although truth be told that I wasn't calling and I just gave up. I would go with somebody else. George Bender Plumbing is the best. Dave managed to receive the sinks fixed and unclogged. I realize they did work but actually. . .not a great experience.

Fantastic guys to manage. Mike is among the guys you can deal with. Called mike and about one hour after my mainline was cleared. Thanks hillside

Patrick came about 10:10AM and promptly diagnosed the problem as being a leak in an old refrigerator supply pipe which was in use. He did a great job of cleaning up afterwards, as well as seperating some power conduits from pipes below the home and solved the problem quickly. Fantastic service, very fair price and friendly and helpful . Would recommend these men and we will continue to use them . Good job Patrick.
Discovered a pipe leak under the house (I thought) and known as Hillside Plumbing after reading Yelp reviews. Called about 7:30AM Friday morning and left a message. Mike called back in 10 minutes and advised he could have somebody there.

These guys are great. Mike and patrick are all stand up men that know what they are referring to. Dealing for four hours with them left me remember that there are people out there. Thanks guys. Hopefully I won't have to see you but you'll be when I have a plumbing problem.

I have Sloan FlushMates within our toilets and one started to escape. I called 1 afternoon last week and they came by in a couple of hours. They identified the problem and a different issue I'd not seen (not hoping to up-sell, it was untrue ). Fixed the issue that was next and had to come back with the part for the FlushMate issue. Told me and Do not charge me anything up front it would roll all together. Very few would do that. The project was just finished and it was done on time and within budget. Can't ask for more than that. Highly recommended.

There was a leak in the gas pipe near the valve out my home, I phoned Hillside Plumbing for assistance, the owner Mike delivered over Patrick while other regional plumbers told me they could not do the job on precisely the same day. Patrick not only fixed the pipe, he also wrapped it with layers of plastic and told me to block the sprinkler with a garden fence, so that pipe won't secure rustic and discharged again. He offered some water saving tips before he left. He's very polite, knowledgeable, and most importantly, he did an excellent job. I was not impressed with all the professionism, but also with the fair charge. I can't wait for him to come back to change my water filers (once he discovers the peticular new, as he explained )!
