We bought a home from a family that had put in a brand new hvac system in Wingate. The home had been renovated and the hvac was really a plus for us. After moving , we had a water flow in the a/c running and my husband had been traveling and I did not know what to do as things would have it. I talked to the lady and called Hinson Mechanical and that I was told someone would be out the exact same day. First of all... I was amazed somebody would come out the same day however they did - they fixed our problem instantly and I could not have been more fulfilled!! I would strongly recommend the whole group of Hinson Mechanical since they are professional and arrive in a timely fashion - as with us. . It was exactly the same day service!! How great was that!!!??
Very unresponsive. I had a water heater needing replacement. Took photos emailed right to owner and as requested. 2 days later spoke by telephone and was promised a quotation and installation date. Sent another email emphasis and the criticality of this repair have not heard back. I will go everywhere.
