Fantastic service. Fantastic attitude. They're my new visit plumbers in Tahoe.
Jonas came out on a Saturday to check at the shutoff valve on a propane leak. Confirmed leaks including at the secondary relief valve. About attempting to a replacement I had called Ferrellgas and they indicated that we try to take it apart and wash it. Jonas did that and managed to address the escapes. In addition Jonas indicated we cover the port leading under our house that is located at the shutoff. I did as he suggested.
Hoffman and excellent service is neighborhood. When we've got any problems We'll surely use them again. Thank you!
This is a small local company that does mediocre work, nevertheless the largest problem with them is that after they have your credit card number they begin adding charges long after the job is completed without any telling or permission - probably relying on the fact that people won't dispute them. So be for-warned in their shoddy business practices and select one of the plumbers that are more honest. (And that's putting it nicely!) .
PS - Loved the manner that Karri within their workplace lost her temper and cursed us out....totally unprofessional and impolite. Our neighbors observed the conversation and chose another company for a major job.
UPDATE: The owner indicated that they're amenable to work problems out after being chased out by Karri has bothered to reach out to us whatsoever. Very disappointing.
Integrity at its finest! My house was freezing so I believed my heater was broken. They came out ti the cabin. I suppose with all of the snow we burnt through it that we believed. I appreciated the service that Hoffman plumbing gave us since we have to turn our vacation rental over! As far as pipes they are at the very top of the listing! Thanks guys!
We were assisted by jonas with connecting our washer/dryer in our cabin and installing a gas furnace, hot water tank. He was at teaching us for tackling the remodel on options great. We really appreciated his thoughtfulness and speed. I would recommend Hoffman Plumbing!
I've been using Hoffman Plumbing for 20 years, from fixing leaky faucets, garbage disposal replacement, and pressure regulator valve. They are honest friendly, quick and efficient. Most importantly they are reliable. I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else.
The Hoffman's are very reliable, and instantaneous. They maintain their appts. We use them for our cabin opening and closing. Takes the stress out of final screw up. Plumber. Eeek, Spring launching leak. Hoffman's repaired it right and in no time.
Jonas out of Hoffman plumbing was right on comprehensive time, and also a pleasure to perform with. He took time to answer all my questions so that I could get to know the plumbing in my house better, and my questions were answered by him . Certainly the plumber I've worked with in the area. I highly recommend him!

Great service from the guy who came out I think his name was Joe. Friendly I called on Saturday if they don't work when we had a pipe break while toddlers, my wife and me were up in our family's cabin in Tahoe. He did an wonderful job and was very friendly, knowledge, came and left no mess. I hope everybody uses them, they're my go.
