Hungry Plumber

I have recommended him to my neighbors and friends! Very honest and does a great job.
Jason has been a great plumber helping for annually. He has been in my place to fix my residence along with my Airbnb studio. He is very professional and comes punctually and detailed and thorough. He explains what will do until he provides and begins an estimate.

Jason has installed a water heater and taps and toilets for me personally over the last few years and is quite professional and respectful of property and the time. He is very neat and organized and will do the job for your satisfaction. That's why I gave him 5 stars.

I called the Hungry Plumber to explain the problem and ask for a refund because I did not believe he had done the work as I asked. He lost his temper screamed at me and hung me up. My husband tried with the identical outcome.
He explained it wasn't the drain at all, but rather our septic tank was full and backing up the 29, when he got into the house. He agreed to snake the kitchen sink cleanout but when we ran the water the toilet overflowed. I requested him to try to snake the restroom, and he also lost his temper and began yelling at me: That he was experienced and I knew nothing.
I hired the Hungry Plumber when one toilet in our house backed up. He quoted a price that was reasonable and seemed nice enough over the phone.
I'm writing this review, since I think people should be aware of this contractor's actions.This isn't about the money.
When he uses my info in his review or is in any way abusive, I ask for a restraining order and will go to court. He knows my place of residence, my contact info, and has been verbally abusive.
I felt intimidated, because I was home alone at the time. I said nothing more and he left. A different plumber came out and discovered the problem was tree roots growing into the lineup from the restroom later that week.
I have registered a complaint with the BBB, but I have been reluctant to post a Yelp review since when he receives a negative review, the Hungry Plumber tries to bully customers printing the name and address of consumers in his answers.

While I appreciate Jason came out initially he did not solve the issue, instruct me, or guarantee his work. . .not even for 48 hours! Other plumber spoke to guaranteed the work for 30 days. When I paid half the cost to the 18, to me that's simply not okay.
Jason was great to escape over an hour to clean my waste line. His rates SEEMED fair and the task was done quickly. Except it was not complete and two days after our waste line was backed up. Jason would have charged me again to correct the same problem I had paid and would not guarantee the work two days before he'd done for. He specifically stated,"No guarantee on drain cleaning of any sort".
I had another plumber out because they could reach us quicker than Jason could. Based on the work the second plumber had to perform, Jason did not do a thorough job less than 48 hours before. Additionally the new plumber recommended we place"origin destroyer" out of Home Depot down the drain to keep the roots from coming back, something Jason never recommended or mentioned. Given my experience 2 days later with a different plumber I am sorry to say I could recommend the Hungry Plumber.

I explained him the situation on the phone and he said he could come in 15-30 minutes. That night we ended up making an appointment because my tenant can't make it.
I call him again later on.
My tenant called me 8pm at night panicking cause one of the bathrooms was leaking and water was leaking through her downstairs neighbor's ceiling. I hunted on yelp and discovered Jason (I phoned additional plumbers with the maximum number of reviews . . Agency #1 and #2 did not pick up, plumber #3 wanted to charge a leg and an arm)
Jason and we communicated and let us know his schedule. He conveyed with us well so we did not have to wait although he was stuck at other tasks. He showed up at 1pm and also fixed the problem. He's professional and thorough and that he gets the job! (1/2 of exactly what plumber #3 wanted to charge me)

We're extremely happy with the cost along with the work.
It's better to be lucky. My first DIY project of the day was to replace the kitchen sink faucet. Step one turn off the water. . .POP. . .now I've a angle stop. . .wonderful. .
Speed dial plumber - vacation...
He quickly fixed the problem and came. I had him install the faucet, and fix a few stuff while he was there. Our water pressure has been low, and he said he could fix that also (something I would have never thought was an easy fix). After less than 3 hours that he was done.

I called the Hungry Plumber. He just finished with his final job of the day and was free to come ASAP. He was also the cheapest of those 7 plumbers I predicted.

I would call Jason. Personality and his rates are top notch. I wish I could have noticed his work's caliber, but I don't have any reason to think it's anything to scoff at.
Jason came to my home than he originally believed, which was fantastic. Upon taking a look at the issues we had (broken washer drain and two clogged bathrooms ), he did a fantastic job assessing the problem and knowing what needed to be accomplished. Jason could not get on the roof to snake the issue and clear the line. Instead, he recommended incorporating a clean out to the restroom, which could have brought the cost toward $3k. Because of this, we had another team come in and snake the line.
His personality and willingness was evident while I'm not able to review Jason's work. He had been a professional the entire time and was extremely valuable in working on our program, along with the program of the builders we now have in the home.

This plumber is almost too good to be true.
5) Gave excellent tips for avoiding the Issue in the long run;
2) Came almost instantly after I predicted;
6) He takes every charge card for your convenience.
1) Extremely open minded and honest over the telephone;

What more can you possibly be looking for in a plumber? This man is currently moving at my house on speed dial!

Great service, especially in a crisis! Very friendly, honest (which is uncommon ), and knowledgeable. Great pricing too. Would recommend him! He fixed someone else's error, but he did it in no time in any way.

In general, not simple.
Once here, we argued about the purchase price. He asked for blanket consent. . .and I had been unwilling to give it.
I've had drains cleaned before....and it simply didn't move well. He thanked me and left, when I explained this was not functioning.
This gentleman did not work for me. I found him to be unpredictable time wise. He obtained delayed; on two, he wanted to come an hour before hour appt time.

I have had Jason work on my location to clear a moving bathroom sink/tub drain and once for a kitchen disposal. He recommended what had to be replaced using a time frame before failure, showed me what was older and did a free review of prospective spots of difficulty. Have not had a plumbing issue and this was back in 2012. He work being finished and kept me up to date with components being arranged, had been speedy, and cost. Should I need plumbing repairs, I will contact Jason.

I called Hungry Plumbing on a Sunday and they showed up 30 minutes mentioned. He did a fantastic job. Thanks again!

Jason is great and has come to my home. He's on fast with his work, time, and HONEST. He even talked me through an issue on the telephone one time that somebody could have completely ripped off me for and charged me to come"fix" it. Definitely recommend him.

The plumber was more than an hour late. I called 10 minutes after our appointment time, and was advised they had been behind schedule and would be there in 10 minutes. That was a lie! When they told me that they would have to go under the house they were here for a couple minutes, and the next moment begin and they would need to wait since it was getting dark. I was mad, I advised them not to bother. I'd find someone else to fix the problem. I really don't understand how they stay open with such service.

Jason is a very prompt plumber. Referred him to my mother, very happy with workmanship and costs. Highly recommended.

I arrived home one day and saw my husband. Not certain what happened, therefore that I interrogate him. Apparently he's broken the angle stop and have water leaking. But fortunately hungry plumber has been there for the rescue. The job is wonderful and I do not need to be worried when he took care of everything for us, the cost is quite fair. Very consistent and dependable service.

Jason was prompt, courteous, and a source of information. He had been able to diagnose and repair a problem and also empower our household. All before 8:30 A.M. on a Wednesday. Thanks Jason.

We couldn't come to an agreement on cost. I'd think his attitude although this is common and way he walked out of the house slamming the door and talking nonsense is unprofessional. Beware!
Just seeing the response. . It's absolutely correct that I didn't respond to his one line enquiry like I am just viewing it (I don't log in to Yelp everyday!) . But there is a response a tell tell indication of what you are currently dealing with. All I will say is that I'm unable to give any information. The review is true by making sure you treat customers and you'd help your company. Don't ask details. . Anyone with a single brain cell will not give identifiable information when dealing with crazy!
