Dan even asked about my mother's health, '' he understood she had been in the hospital out of his visit.

We've been a loyal clients of I Got Plumbing for about ten years. The work has been quality. Abraham's brother and another employee came about a month ago to quote a lot of work. We asked services, they came out and took photos, we never heard back from I Got Plumbing. After a few requests I Got Plumbing will not even return our calls. If you like to get ignored, hire I Got Plumbing. You are fired I Got Plumbing. We bother or will never call you.

I phoned and spoke to Martin (among two brother that owns the firm ) on Friday. Needed someone to appear and give an estimate for some repair work. Sent him my info, he emailed me back and said he would pass the data to his tech and get back to me to affirm. He made sure to say Monday wouldn't be a problem. Sad to say, it is Monday night and have yet to hear from him. Nothing worse than a contractor.

He got to work identifying the problem and adjusting it, and was knowledgeable. We had a main line clog which he was able to clean and get things draining and flushing again.
He removed his sneakers to go upstairs, but he put tape on the wheels of his snake system so that it would not track anything. And he set a runner.
Called at 8am, and my doorbell rang at 9:12am!

Great experience the 2 times they have been used by me. They're professional, honest, have done a great job each time. One time they replaced and fixed the inside of a toilet tank and another time dryer and cleared a drain. Would recommend!

I predicted"I Got Plumbing" to assist with a toilet that wasn't flushing properly. The tech arrived punctually, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. . .and charged me exactly what I'd been quoted on the phone. He even provided some extra suggestions on how to maintain the toilet functioning as if it were fresh.
