I understood about Inception Plumbing and was pleased to see Darrell performing well/staying busy.But now I understand why he is occupied and his reputation is so superior!!!! It's just how the man does business. (Btw I have used national plumbing firms - not again)

When my mother (who's house he worked ) was stressed that it wasn't very"right", he arrived BACK overthe same afternoon, 7pm! He did it right the first time, but wanted to ensure she was happy.
He was EARLY to get a consultation. And the following day when he arrived to do the work, he was running behind but predicted to give us a reasonable expectation of when to expect him. And he was not there. On time.
