Then the other company came out to the quote and quoted a ridiculous price for both services which I thought would occur so I figured out how to perform the cartridge on my own (thanks YouTube because it is really simple and only cost me $20!) And Independent charged a reasonable price for your toilet install. Jesse is such an excellent business representative. He has been a professional and came within the time window. He was happy to explain things so between him and Kristi I've learned a lot and enjoy that knowledge that is new. Although I hope to not need a plumber for a long time, if/when I do I'll be calling them again for sure!
I phoned Independent Plumbing and another firm to compare estimates for installing a toilet and replacing a bathtub faucet cartridge. I talked to Brianna who had been really helpful and asked her boss to call me. Kristi answered all of my beginner questions and called inside an hour or so and taught me so much because this is all new to me. And she gave me a flat price for your toilet install when the other firm wouldn't so I had a feeling about going with them.

I'm very happy with the service provided by Independent Plumbing, Heating & Air. Roots had invaded the drain for my house. Two young guys (sorry I did not get their names) came out and cleared the drain. Very professional and friendly. Strangely, the identical thing happened to my girlfriend's drain in Arden Arcade the day. She hired a firm near her home. For the identical service, she paid more than that I did. I suggest Independent Plumbing, Heating & Air. Great service and reasonable rates.

My washing system's gray water backed up to my kitchen sink, the repair has been to snake the pipe. Were professional, courteous and very nice. They got the job done and left everything clean and tidy after they were completed. Thank you independent Plumbing.

I've paid Daniel roughly $3,000 for 2 jobs in my property. Everytime I've had difficulties getting a response to my emails or calls. The first time I asked him to substitute or near the conclusion of life. He said he did. I was frustrated that about a year later when I heard another pipe required to be substituted. This was. So when the pressure for your kitchen sink faucet dropped dramatically in recent weeks, I had been frustrated. I contacted Independent Plumbing. No reply. Contacted them. No reply. I don't think this organization is unethical. I do think they will say anything - if your messages are actually returned by them.

This company is the best! We have had an exceptional response time and customer service and have utilized their services times. They are strongly recommended by me!

Although Independent plumbing was prompt to arrive as requested if we had our sewer line the work done was not up to code. They set up a clean outside but did not cap it off and it was installed in the middle of the yard becoming a danger in itself.
They won't answer the phone or return my calls to describe exactly what they did.

They saved the day ! I had another plumber and nothing was fixed. They decided what needed to be replaced but I needed to go pick up the component after speaking to the water heater firm. I called Independent Plumbing and not only were they cheaper, they were available today and picked up the component for me! John and Justin substituted the component and everything is working good! They were quite nice and I would recommend them!

I called at 5:30pm and obtained Dan on the phone. 2 guys who lived in my field of leasing to come fix up a straight in the bathroom that caused leaking to the cellar were quickly dispatched by him. He explained two guys were needed for roof access which is your only way to fix it. I obtained a text approximately 41 minutes after that it was mended $400 after... Job was performed but I hardly believe it was $400 worth :(
Let's do the math. $10 per second... Eek.

Thank you Independent plumbing for help my handicapped mother with her leaky and clogged sink once I couldn't! Independent plumbing was the only place in town that could give same-day service within an hour of calling! They treated my mother with respect and kindness! I'd recommend them to anybody! When they came out after another plumber screwed my kitchen 26, the best example I could think of was. (My wife hired another man; she hires Independent .) Independent came two hours after I called at 2 pm on Wednesday to save my children.
I have hired independent plumbing several times, and without fail, they're hard working, fast, courteous, and prompt!

That's when my wife told me . Daniel had Justin out within the summertime to my place, and was GREAT on the phone. Subsequently, HE came by as well! Justin used the PROPER 4" head to the snake and had my own lineup unstopped in roughly a moment! NO BS! NO tools that are unsuitable! NO bait-and-switch tactics! Only great service at prices that are fair that are VERY!!!
I had used Bonney previously, so I called them when my line obtained backed up. Their guy ran a SMALLER snake my 4" main and then told me he couldn't clear it and that I would have to pay $320 for the"hydro" support to get it pressured out. When I didn't wish to do that. . .he wrote up me and invoice. . .told me to phone them once I was prepared to fix it. .

This plumbing business is the definition of customer support! Very responsive and they could keep my water main leak during this drought to a minimum. I was informed of work which was being performed and I managed to have a bit of mind at the day's end that all went to work again the way. This company is on my cell contact listing. Call them for all of your plumbing needs! :-)

We had a faucet on a Sunday afternoon. A person from our Nextdoor team online recommended Independent Plumbing. My husband phoned and was told someone would be out within two hours. Our bell rang, before that time was up. It took twenty minutes to him to diagnose and fix our difficulty. And then only charged us $109. (I had expected to pay a whole lot more on a Sunday.)
My husband mentioned to him that I had done a Yelp research on the company before we predicted and that there was only one - ONE - client. Figuring out that customer had been unhappy because there wasn't any easy fix to her difficulty, therefore it cost the high end of the quote rather than the low quote. She was even told what she could do to keep the issue from occurring. Because she had to call them back outside to fix the same problem apparently she chose to ignore that sound advice. They did. For FREE. She must take her review that is poor down since it isn't entirely honest.

We discovered these men and after getting a few quotes to insert a gas line to the cooker, they gave us a more half the other areas we contacted. Daniel saw otherwise as it could run from the heater and it passed code and areas said if we didn't do the pipe from the 22, it would not pass code although daniel was useful. Inform us about $1000 right away. His workers were fast to put in it then they added the cooker and came back and ordered that the town review. Later our toilets were added by them at a discount cost since we did a lot of business and changed the tubing. Lastly the water valves were shifted by them to the washing machine. Fantastic service at an inexpensive price.

Being a drainage hose enthusiast, I'm still not clear on why *exactly* the guy who is in my kitchen right now is indeed impressed, however what I am clear about is that the guy in my kitchen is a professional dishwasher technician and he IS impressed by Daniel's work. That part I can know.
A service technician from the dishwasher company came out to replace a motor thingy today. (Manufacturing defect.) When he pulled out my dishwasher from under the cabinet, he said"Wow, whoever installed this did a wonderful job!"
Look at the hoses, and also the length here, and this over here... Usually when I pull out a dishwasher, it's a mess beneath. This is only really, really wonderful. Whoever did so to you, they did a great job."
(I mean, *are* there levels of excellence in hoses that don't leak? Either they leak or they don't. These are the sort that don't leak.)
Just over a year ago, Daniel fixed a dishwasher installation that a different plumber had messed up and came out. He did a beautiful job, charged me less than the plumber did, and much more than year old, none of his work has never leaked.

I had a problem with my water Heater, they were functioning and able to diagnose it and find the part in up within an hour. I went through a few Plumbers in Sacramento and finally I can trust a company which does work rather than over charge. (Two Thumbs Up)
I will use them again. They're reasonable, efficient and trust worthy.

Daniel and his team are amazing! They are not only cost effective they tell you everything up front. No hidden costs no" nicely I might want to bring this or change that". Good quality that is honest work. Physically and It's so nice to find an owner of a company come out be in each and every job. We were lucky to come across Independent Plumbing when we bought our house. Justin and daniel came out did the review gave us the estimate within a day which is faster than anybody else. Does he come out right any issue we have or I have a question on he answers it right off and never hesitates to tell me what I should do how to conserve the cost whatever he just cares about his customers. Daniel will forever be our plumber!!
