Those two fellas, and that are really good, humorous, honest men. You can inform Danny really cares about his clients (and his title together with referrals) and just wants to have a fantastic business doing what he enjoys. Just a straightforward dude who's been doing a long time, wishes to do work, and knows his stuff. You can't beat that. Best tradesman I have fulfilled in Indy. Would happily be a benchmark that is personal for him any moment.
Danny and his people are some of the nicest (and most educated ) tradesmen we've had in our home. After purchasing a house with some concealed plumbing leaks (most missed on the inspection), we finished up with five distinct leaks concealed beneath the walls - like a complete kitchen insurance case. Danny fixed the first time to each and every escape right, and charged us one trip charge. This included taking apart bathtub gear, 3 sump pumps, and a kitchen remodel. Danny worked with and about insurance and all the builders, got the right components and most importantly educated us the entire way. He had been one of the contractors we walked away with using hope and a comfort level with after moving through a complete remodel.

We have only needs repaired and a sewer vent stack which has been diagnosed. The plumber showed up on website and said there's no problem using the vent stack but there is soap scum,"You just need to look after your belongings." He was there to the service call charge and not anything more. He never intended to do any work. I cannot recommend such an business.

The person that answered the phone the first time make an appointment and I called to ask questions was professional and very polite. She was able to get me scheduled and on the day of the appointment to get my water heater looked at, she kept me updated about the plumbing crew would arrive. The team were very professional and explained what they had to perform. They called me an hour after they were completed to create sure my water was warm. Appreciate them will use this company for my plumbing requirements in future.

Indy Water Heater Softener has been to my house to repair once and also to add a shut off valve that the second to put in a water source that is outside. Both times Danny was POLITE and one time. He knew his job and did exactly what he said he would do. I would recommend him to any one and I will call him if I want more.

Our 18 year-old water heater stopped working. They called me back immediately after missing my telephone. They came first thing the next morning in precisely the time they agreed to. They were able to give a quote that is fast, go get a fresh water heater, and put in it all over precisely the exact same day. I asked them about transferring a shower head and they were more than happy to give a quote even though they had to dash to another jobl. I highly recommend them and will use them for anything plumbing!
