So glad this company was recommended for me and I am overjoyed with the service The tech Justin came instantly and informed me of what they'd be doing and he set out to do that. We had purchased our house and we have water problems and not the region was cleaned by them so we'd be in a position to indicate for future reference. I would certainly recommend this organization and love their fast response time and courteous service that is informative.

A&J Drain Service ReviewWe were satisfied and had utilized A&J once about 4-5 years back. When another drain problem occurred (we live in an older house with lots and a lot of trees round...) we instantly thought of A&J again. We also called and set an appointment for the next day if we had been available-at 9:00 am. The service from the office was missing them and they called back to make sure the arrangements were set. Jeremy came right on time, immediately assessed the circumstance, and decided the best plan of actions (i.e., if it's was better to go through the floor drain in the basement or by means of the exterior clean out). He was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient and has been respectful of the property (the clean out is right next to a flower bed...). He checked to ensure that the service had been successful and the drain was clean in the directions. We were charged a price for the service and the receipt has been at our email inbox in 5 minutes. According to our expertise, A&J is a fantastic local company and we would have to give them an"A+" on service and value.

Here's your Pro-Tip from Sean: Don't forget to rout out your lines ahead of the holidays, as a matter of regular maintenance. When the home is suddenly full of twenty relatives - whoops! What may happen to be a small problem turns into a large problem at a time that is terrible. Thanks!
I've used A&J a couple of times all. One time, it was freezing cold, a vacation, and dark; they showed up as champs, and so were polite and specialist under clearly challenging conditions.
We had Sean come outside to trouble-shoot, and wound up in the gutter with a video camera DVD of a drain line. Plus some thoughts for low cost fixes; all in good time, and for a fee that is fair. Very professional all the way through, from service to engineering to paperwork.

Fantastic customer service, about the ball and fast, got the work done and at a reasonable price. To get a drain that this is the way to go.

The company was great to take care of. The technician was polite and professional. The company went above and beyond to make sure I had the documentation to your job that I needed for closure. And the price for the work was unbeatable. I was quoted $130 for the job, but it was taken by an Angie's List coupon down. Nobody else came near that price.

You have lost my business!! I phoned and emailed and left them messages via Angies List etc January 8, 2017 and also. They responded!! Needed to call another business which I will use from now on. I called 24/7 Limo support and am very disappointed? Wish you luck so called 24/7 Emergency Service.

We called J & A out back up. Not only did they resolve that problem that was immediate quickly, they also suggested what we could do to find out what was causing the sewer back up. This firm is highly recommended by us. We used the camera to view a jet flush and the line to receive our traces back .
