Jack's All-American Plumbing

The pipes was backed up in our kitchen last Saturday in the day. Imanaged to perform the work myself and've been disabled from a bad hip operation.
He was on his way, got the job done, cleaned the mess up and was professional. He was smiling, respectful, and was pleased to assist us. What a fantastic person! This firm is strongly recommended by me. For him coming out so 8, very thankful.
Casey from Jacks called us to tell us he was already on a call when he was contacted about our property, but said he would call us. He showed up shortly after calling us back to say that he was on the road, also did.
When he came, my family was eating dinner. He was polite to my family and children. My daughter even made him a thank you card.

We've had today for a clogged kitchen sink, and Jack's outside to our house twice: once for a tankless water heater fault. We were quite pleased with the professionalism and service during both visits. The guys explained what they do, and were friendly, offered some maintenance tips, and the costs were fair. Today, chris took care of us, and I enjoyed our conversation about our pasts that were shared as much as I did his pro support.

We had an emergency on a Saturday! There was no way of waiting until Monday to fix. Jack's reacted within 10 minutes and came within thirty minutes. The job was not easy but the tech kept at it and saved me a lot of headaches and money. I was thankful I didn't need to replace the valve in my shower. The price was fair and The workmanship was excellent. My shower region was clean as before he'd arrived. Thanks so much!

Jack's All American Plumbing - All Stars - A Number 1 Crew!!!! - they came out to my home- I needed water - cold and hot hookup to an outdoor kitchen plus an overhead natural gas heater - they gave me the team with Chico and Mark to get the business done a day before Thanksgiving - specialist consultations and experience together with suggestions to find the outdoor kitchen completed with gear and equipment better than I had on hand. I had a plumbing crisis in our house. I called Jack's at they had been here at 8:15am. I was blown away by how nice and exceptionally knowledgeable the guys were. They weren't Jack from the way. They explained everything. Later moving all weekend, I hadn't showered in 2 weeks. They're a bit pricey but they do a job and you can feel confident. You want the best If it comes to pipes. Jack's is certainly the best.

Hats off to Jack's! I love help and their kindness! I have to comment that Chico, (the super kind gentleman who came to repair my own drain), was truly among the nicest folks! Thank you so I completely recommend this company!

I won't ever use Jacks plumbing ! They sent 2 guys put in a 1 piece toilet and to substitute a toilet flange. It took them more than 2 hours and almost $600. . .Seriously, just what a joke and rip off. When I asked about the cost, the man tells me so they get some lame joke doctors could be plumber paid more. I'm satisfied then I called to speak to the owner and they have been on a island holiday and will not be back for a week.

Called two other pipes companies Saturday morning....no answer. . .their weekend answering service picked up right away. . .said their plumber will contact me shortly. 15 mins after, I was called the plumber that was on-duty, by Tim Short who weekend. I was informed by him that he was in SLO on a different call, but could be in my house by. Sure enough. . .he came at 10:30.

The valve in my shower shattered night leaving me no way to turn off it, as fortune would have it. Employed the master"shut" valve into the house to secure the water flow until the next morning (Saturday).
Tim was a sharp, knowledgable plumber. Before starting, I was advised by him of this cost both in parts as well as time. Bottom line. . .he had the water running in about half an hour and the valve.

Had these men come out from another corporation following dreadful customer support last week. Arrived promptly and were considerate and very pleasant. Finished in under one hour and was precisely what was quoted on the telephone and pricing. Will definitely use them again and will refer others also. A+ in our book.

I phoned this business on a Saturday before Thanksgiving for a shower that does not have any hot water coming out and wouldn't turn off entirely, plumber (Mark ) told me that he can do it the following morning Sunday so it would cost me $190 the first hour. Since I had already removed the shower manage to see why it wouldn't turn off Mark asked me to take a picture of the part and send the picture to him he could get it from the supplier that he knows because of it not being available anyplace in the morning. He arrived Sunday about 30 minutes late and told me that he needed to call AAA to get his truck door started and was locked out. He substituted the part that is leaking in less than 5 minutes seriously! All he has to do and Because I have removed the cover is pull out the part and swap it. Failed to reinstall the cap and started his paperwork charging me $310 including parts (worth $75 which cost just $45 but it was out of stock locally so I figure it's far better than waiting), he was going to depart when I asked him when he can reinstall the cover, during that time he advised me that there is no hot water and the ceremony part that he brought is overlooking the pressure balancing unit and that I will have to telephone kohler to get that missing part for free and when it arrives he will install it as part of this service call. Called Jack's now to get the part set up as I do not have hot water in my bathtub and now Patty the woman tells me that I will have to pay again to the service call that was not completed? There is reasonable charge for solutions and then there is rip-off. This is a ripoff.

Called for removing a shower add to request a quote. I was told I'd find a call back but never did. Not good customer service.

Jacks went over and beyond to get my hot water heater. The manufacture could not get us the part and jacks found a way. The workers were friendly and professional!! Thanks Jacks!

Outstanding customer support. They got the work and were on time as I had anticipated, and the fix didn't cost quite as much. Ivan was the plumber they shipped and that he did a fantastic job!

Wow, excellent service from Jack's. Hate to make a service call, but it had been needed. Mark showed up shortly afterwards and took good care of us. Fantastic guy. If we need any other help with plumbing, this is who we're calling!

When my water heater stopped working, I called Jack's back in February. Everyone I was in contact with were professional friendly, and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend and was quite pleased with the support from Jack's!

AWESOME"home town" company! We had a slab leak between two bathrooms, had to get homeowners insurance included etc - wow. Three estimates were pursued by us - ! Jack's All-American Plumbing provided a email estimate to us. Jack's was reliable, honest, hardworking and completed the job as promised! They had been conservative as possible cutting on the wall and did not leave a mess! (Thank you!) Jack's explained everything. I would not be afraid to employ Jack's All-American Plumbing again (but I really don't want any more plumbing difficulties!)

Leak in an underground gas line resulting in our kitchen island cooktop with a home on slab (yikes. . .horrors!) Lead us to Jack's....and Brian saved the day. Very honest, professional and informative. Took his time. Did the job. Wonderful and highly recommend!

While plumbing companies attempted to sell us on things which were not needed, Jack explained our choices and's discovered the issue. Happy to have found our move to plumber!

I find it interesting that if you desire a Lompoc Plumber, then you are going to see just one to three reviews. Well, I want you to be aware that Jack's All-American Plumbing has been MORE THAN fair , more than efficient, greater than specialist, and more than kind and my clogged drain was terrifically rid of all debris. It was a breeze from the very first phone call to the maximum kind receptionist who made me feel as though I was in good hands. Unlike another plumbing business in the Lompoc area who said,"Oh, we do not move on roofs to unclog your drain. That is not done anymore," and billed me $270 to get undoing a bathroom in my tenant's flat, trying to unclog the drain, and wasn't able to do it! ENTER Jack's the day, All-American rep, Tom. He did what he would this morning (from the roofing!!!) To discover the problem and unclogged our drain brilliantly. He pointed out where the sewer line supplied spot points to me and was under the floor. I strongly recommend this firm for all your plumbing and any requirements.
