Will recommend Jake's and will use them again.
Desired repair work to get a leak in copper piping. Was able to accommodate and within a couple of hours of calling, technician showed up and finished the job.
Kudos to Andrew, was polite and even took off his shoes when entering the home. It. I felt that was very courteous of him to do so.

Most efficient and excellent service. They managed to demonstrate horn the repair of my flow into their already full schedule. Stewart took care to avoid raising the mess the flow had caused and was friendly. He clarified what was clear and needed doing. He also shared tips. I Suggest Jake the Plumber wholeheartedly.

They assisted us replace our old water heater and softerner using an affordable price and great support. Jake really knows what he is doing. He diagnoses problems and finds solutions in a really professional way. His followup review was valuable. He was nice enough to help us fix a couple other smaller issues on the side. Definitely recommend!

They did a fantastic job clearing my drain however, abandoned my cupboard sticking out of the wall. I had moved it out until they came so that they could access the hose clamp to acquire in the drain and it was just put sticking out of the wall. Called to make it repaired, was declined.

Monday night... No hot water.
Tuesday morning... Yelp! Help! I want a plumber. ‍ Jake the Plumber had great reviews and seamed like a real man... (and a real plumber)! They had a plumber prepared to stay late to so we could have hot water back on today and answered the phone. Same day support, I didn't anticipate, but you never know until it is chilly, how much you require bad you want a hot shower! Price was approximately $1200, which comprised removal, allows, the water heater and disposal of the tank that is old. I wouldn't say cheep... but I feel like they did a good job, at a reasonable price. Plumbing sucks!

What began as a frustrating experience turned into customer service. Adam in the workplace was very professional and helpful. My cash was 100% refunded. They'll be considered by me in the future for any plumbing needs!

I had a brand new water heater installed by Jake the Plumber. They did the job the day after I called, which was amazing since my 30 year old existing one leaked and I was going from town. Stew did a great job, and the price was reasonable. Highly suggested!

Kelley was knowledgeable and very friendly, and didn't seem to mind me being around, observing and learning. . .educating me a bit, answering questions. Also very friendly with our kids. Got our boiler back up and running after some effective troubleshooting.
Will use among the free quote Friday's to get a new sump pump quote in the not too distant future!
After having called around to a lot of the other plumbing and heating companies, I was very turned off by the few bigger ones charging a hefty service call / traveling fee (ranging from $68 to $149). . .just to come out to see what's wrong / provide you a price! . . .and then hearing in reviews very hefty, flat-rate, fees that are non-transparent are quoted by them. I liked off, that Jake the Plumber charges hourly you know before getting into it how the pricing works. . .and, for me, I do not mind being around to make sure they work efficiently, not functioning up the clock.

He was running just a bit behind schedule following needing to track a unique role for my boiler but called before he was actually late to let me know, so I was not wondering (all fine with me).
The one thing I'd suggest / appreciate later on using Jake the Plumber, is they have a comprehensive list of parts in their bills -- was left to Kelley's memory when I asked him just how much of the parts were. So I took his word for it However, all seemed about right.
To that end, I truly liked they gave me the choice to text or email photographs of my boiler / the issues needing addressed, and Kelley managed to call me the day before support to ask me more comprehensive questions and get an notion of exactly what was up, giving me a ballpark assortment of the number of labor hours the project should cost. . .but with that call in Kelley, I had an notion of exactly what I was getting into -- enough to feel comfortable committing together with the traveling fee ahead.

Our upstairs shower was some of the plumbing and was needing some water pressure difficulties. Jake installed new lines & flushed our system and our own water pressure will be 100x better than it had been. We had some repairs of leaking faucet heads, to a couple, and an extra tap installed out. He was even able to save us some money by creating a custom fitting instead of replacing a complete faucet meeting! All in all, Jake was clean and quick, and he taught us how to perform some repairs. Should we have some plumbing issues in the future, although we're thrilled with our plumbing today we would not be afraid to reach out to Jake!
We are the owners of a 1920's bungalow at the Uptown area and we let a laundry list of plumbing issues accumulate.

The best! I recently opened a salon in St Paul on the east side ( long story short ) I was coming out of my pocket with so much money trying to receive my sinks installed. I was happy to locate Jake the plumber! They understood what I was going through. They were courteous punctually thoughtful and most of understood I wanted them to assist that we are well over my mind. They went over and beyond in every way, worked with the city of Saint Paul took care of the issue. I'm so happy for the connection that was established with this one-of-a-kind company. You will not be disappointed. I would never use anybody else for my company or home or for any Services I may need later on. All these are real people with real families who are here in order to assist men and women that are actual. Hands down the top.

I called for a new hot water heater that evening & had water by 5:00 on a Monday morning. Fair price, great service! My favorite was I didn't get the pitch of this $40-70 service call to quote a HWH. He requested me to shoot a photo & text it to get a sense of what I needed; brilliant! I get that it is a quote not a guarantee. I'll use Jake's again. Maybe it's great the gig with State Farm didn't work out... (spoof on the TV advertisement )

I had water backing up in my cellar and have a 1940's house at the West Como area. First off, Jake was the only real plumber who answered on a Monday morning. He was very clear in his communication, gave an estimate gave me a timeline on arrival, and was considerate. He spent a fantastic quantity of time pulling out roots that had grown over the line and needed to clear the pipe to the road. When all was said and done, Jake did a great job, his quote was correct, and he snaked the floor drain only. Jake will be used by me again, and I suggest Jake The Plumber for all your plumbing requirements.

I discovered a burst pipe and contacted Jake the Plumber first Friday morning. I received a call back five minutes when they opened and John came 30 minutes later. He replied LOTS of my inquiries and did a quick scan of the rest of my pipes, fixed the flow, and done the work efficiently and fast. I will certainly be following up for repair work that is additional with them!

I would definitely call them again or urge them.
Truly a great service provider and honest about work. I needed to have 2 separate service requirements due to an issue with water shut-off in my building and both times the service has been great. They were neat fast and clean with a effort to be certain they left everything cleaner than they found it.
The technicians (Steve and Stu) showed up on time and were very proactive in asking a lot of questions about the job to be certain they may be in and out without having to charge extra. Both plumbers displayed acumen and expert wisdom in their own craft.

We had been on the fritz prepared to climb sky high and our AC in dire straits with temps and humidity. Kelley from Jake the Plumber came same day! He was knowledgeable, friendly and managed to perform complete diagnostics that resulted in figuring out the issue (in time to get the heatwave!) . He helped us with information about our heating system which will mean this winter, we'll not encounter issues. Beyond the call of duty but he was pleased to be helpful about that, too, since he was seeing the system and here. We are definitely going to create Jake our go-to for pipes and heating/AC problems.

That I contacted Jakes and We're on the marketplace for furnace repair and or replacement, they responded immediately and were useful and very professional. Unfortunately my job is urgent and they didn't have a technician available (active time of year) but I wish to give them five stars for immediately and professionally responding to me. None of the firms I contacted have responded to me and I sent my inquiries over 2 hours ago.

I recommend Jake the Plumber! We had some difficulties with our facet and they had the ability to be around the telephone and walk through the steps on the best way to repair it! Was such an easy fix! Plus they saved me around $100 bucks. Any plumber could of sent a technician to repair it and just went ahead to charge. This was a very educational experience... Now I will know what to do if this happened again. Thank you Jake!! I'll certainly use you again

Very nice! I scheduled a water heater mended my water heater and to be installed by Jake's however I got blessed by obtaining a detector and resetting the unit. I had a different company come out initially but they could not do exactly what I did ((?????)) . I called Adam in Jake's to cancel the install and"no difficulty". By the way Jake's was $400 less expensive than the other company!

Good knowledgeable support. Remarkable skill. We had a misbehaving pump in our septic tank. Another had worked on to no avail ealier it. The problem was diagnosed by jake and in short order the pump has been practical. Experience counts.
