If I have clogged drains, I'd certainly recommend them and will use them again in the future.
$125 and they were off to their next job, asserting if we had any further trouble with the drain within the next few weeks they would be right about to fix it at no further price. However, I don"t believe this is going to be a issue.
I called and was able to make them fit me. They came on time, were quite favorable, did the job quickly while explaining to my husband what they were doing (the blockage was only about 6ft to the drain but they removed it through to the street for us to make certain there weren't any clogs) and tidied up after themselves also. I suggested they take a look at our bathroom drain which is clogged with hair (yes we've got somebody with long thick hair at the family and it's constantly clogging the bath/shower) but they said what my husband was doing was the best way to strike it and keep it under control. They were honest although they charged us more and could have just gone ahead.

I've been waiting to get a good rain to review. They came out to wash our drains that were outdoor. It was a bit more costly than other businesses, but they could schedule quickly. Together with the light rain that was previous our drains were bombarded. All of the drains were cleaned by them . With the rain we do not have a area with water. I would highly suggest them.

Right before the holidays, I would back up into my kitchen sink and garage sink and had a kitchen sink line that drained slow. This line was link into laundry line and our dishwasher that was located in the garage too. I initially had another plumber out. He worked for 45mins on it but stated I had a line. I was somewhat suspicious since it seemed like that other plumber was having a blunt conclusion to go"fishing" as James calls it. . .lol. Needless to say, I was not excited about shedding $ out 7-10K to replace my lines that operate under my home and this was what the other plumber said he'd do. Like going to the doctor, I predicted for a 2nd opinion on James. He did a fantastic job walking through the issue, asking questions and laying out his plan of attack and showed up on time. He was normally interested in fixing the problem without doing unnecessary work that would hit my pocket. 30 minutes from starting he had unclogged my lineup and helped me. In addition, he includes a warranty just in case the lineup clogs again.
Needless to say, I will be phoning James from today on!

James billed a VERY fair price did a wonderful job and is somebody I will certainly use again. He is also a very wonderful guy. I HIGHLY recommend his plumbing services.

After reviewing neighborhood YELP reviews we chose to call James to resolve a few leaks occurring under our kitchen sink. He repaired the leaks in a timely way and was truthful. He obviously is very knowledgeable. He returned my calls and gave me a few suggestions to attempt and find out if I could fix the leaks . When I was unsuccessful, he came over. I would recommend him and with plumbing needs, he will be our first call.

When he said he was pleasant, would and also did a fantastic job clearing out the 24, james came immediately. There were several places that had extensive work (digging up, etc) and James was honest and candid about what he recommended doing (which by the way, he recommend going through somebody other than him for that job b/c of costs).
So glad we found James Alexander (from yelp). Because of the recent rain we found out our area drains were totally clogged and our patio/backyard started flooding.

If your external drains are plugged telephone James Alexander. He's one of only a couple technicians who have fast as well as the gear to unclog it. Bearing there is not any significant root system which require additional work, you'll be delighted with price and the results. He's personable and really sweet . We utilized James and I'm thankful I discovered him. Our tankless water heater expired and - well - good luck finding a plumber that is employed on people from the Conejo Valley! After a few calls, I had been known to James, and he had been terrific! Prompt. In our contemporary world where honesty and honour are sacrificed in favor of the fast buck, it is refreshing to find someone like James who chooses true pride . Will use again, and I highly recommend him to anyone who is trying to find a good working spirit. Thank you James! :D

James does all right. When assured, he made a day appointment, returned calls immediately, showed up and fixed the problem. We had a drain congestion that the other company couldn't remedy with two crews. James was a recommendation from our plumber that no longer does drain opening jobs. This was a job but the area was shielded by James and cleaned up later. His rags were white and fresh!

What a joy to find someone who knows what they're currently doing out to the problem within a couple of hours!! Knew what could be wrong, troubleshot and confirmed, and had it repaired and back up and running over 90 minutes. Gave me multiple options regarding how to fix with costs associated with each choice. I am happy that I discovered James Alexander to assist me with this plumbing issue. He is in my contacts list. Highly recommended.

We had already had another plumbing firm out to repair the issue however they were unable to solve the issue and desired $2300 try again and to set up a cleanout.
James was spot-on together with his guidance and recommendations and was able to address the issue in three visits, giving us a temporary remedy to offer some relief for a few days until we could repair the issue, and also fixing a few minor things along the way (along with the other plumbers ignored), so that we would not have more problems later on.

That we didn't have to take any time from work he was very instant and worked to schedule evening appointments. He listened to us concerning what had been done, and used that advice rather than making us pay for needless repair attempts and inspections. He didn't charge us snaking the drain from within yet another time, since we weren't sure whether it'd fix the issue and didn't wish to pour more money down the drain if it didn't work (we'd already spent $300 on the other plumbers' failed attempts to repair the issue ). James mended out tub drain in expert fashion. During the project he sliced his finger open. He and his assistant were going to leave the job to visit an urgent care center (clear ) since he had been bleeding and likely needed stitches. They left our home and a few minutes came back stating that they wanted to finish the job . He proceeded to wrap his finger with gauze and duct tape, then completed the job. Moreover, he worked quickly and charges a price. I highly recommend James for all of your plumbing needs.

I had a leak in a tube in my ceiling Now. James managed to come out once he completed his job. He was efficient, more timely, polite and moderately priced. He discovered the leak and mended it. I would highly recommend his work. I come fro a household know a good one when I see good work!!!
