Jason the Plumber

Our guest toilet in our home in Laveen, Az had a shower manage that would. It turn enough to reach the water. After assessing several mentioned Jason the Plumber. Checked them out in Yelp. Looked good. Called him and obtained the proprietor. Told him the problem he was really knowledgeable about its issues and the Moen Bath Faucet. Quoted his $95 fee and what installation and a part would be in whichever direction we had to go. He had been out promptly in the afternoon. VERY polite and professional. He substituted the cartridge inside the faucet part that is from the wall. He showed me what it should look like and the harm from the older one. He informed me that we've very HARD water here. Great to know. Clean cut and wearing a shirt that is cool with company logo.
I strongly recommend him and also the very moderately priced (aggressive for your area) services he provides.

Contractor came out to quote job and returned to perform the work. I had used them and their prices were reasonable and more affordable than other plumbers. This time I had a drain pipe flow changed a valve to water valve and fresh exterior faucet as it corroded. The 3 jobs required about 1.5 hours. I would recommend them to anyone that needs plumbing work.

I was joyful and had used this plumber in the past. This trip, however consisted of items. I must have gotten a quote before the repairs, but I wasn't concerned, because he was fair in the past. I was billed 480.00 for a little bit of work. This provider charges a trip charge for every individual piece of work. I will not be using them.

I needed to shut the water off and had a pipe bust that has been attached to my house. I could not get a hold of anyone to come out. I found Jason's advice on Yelp and on Nextdoor with excellent reviews so I contacted Jason, told him what happened and he came out and fixed it right away. He patched up the wall and painted it the exact same color as the house. As he left a plank broke and dropped off my fence. Jason came out on Christmas and mended that also. Jason is now my head to plumber moving!

Jason altered 3 bath taps and came out. I was told one price and it was that price if he finished in an hour. We love Jason and adore our faucets. .

Excellent support! I left a message with a telephone service who said I might not get a call until Monday and called on a Sunday. Jason was at my home in another 30 minutes and called 10 minutes after. He spent a couple hours (such as a trip to Lowe's for parts) working on our own water heater along with a couple faucets. Was professional and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend and use again.

I chose Jason the Plumber because they are close and that I wanted a plumber that the water leak could be fixed and that I could get my water turned back on. This is a Saturday. He responded quickly and showed up within 30 minutes. He was very considerate and explained what he had been doing along the way. Hose and A valve required to be replaced because I tried to add an RO system in my kitchen. He had the hose and valve replaced the fee for components was reasonable and so was the labor. I'd have expected a greater charge even. I've placed the number in my phone and will consider to utilize Jason the Plumber for any plumbing need.

Jason and his staff where extremely beneficial. When I called I talked with Anthony and Maria and they answered my own questions. Jason and I talked together two times over the phone. It was affordable and vet reasonable. They asked me if my situation was a crisis, I told them I want it completed as soon as possible but was elastic. Jason told me to call him pick up my water heater. Once I picked it up I gave him a call and he said he'd call me the next day with an ETA. He came Around 2pm at my home and telephoned me. He explained to me he was going to do and why. He answered before he started he went over my choices and all my queries. Within 2 hours maybe less I had warm water again! I was planning on disposing my old water heater but Jason had it loaded on his job truck and would haul it himself!!! Other plumbers charge for the haul of their unit that is older. I really hope I don't have any plumbing problems that are other - however I have somebody I trust and can rely on. He is a master of his craft!! Thank you.

Before meeting Jason, I called a second (seemingly highly Yelp rated) plumber concerning the problem of the water not working in part of the home, and that I kept getting information from them about checking the screens on the faucets or whatever. Jason did not give me this BS.
Here's another small, neighborhood business that I can suggest for you, and that I could not recommend it highly. Got a plumbing problem? Call Jason.
We heard about Jason via a mutual friend. Not only sealed and did we have leaking out pipes but among those valves there was only about shut out of an entire wing of our property off water. Jason repaired the broken valves we'd quick and got right on it. He was fantastic to work with and his prices were very fair. He gave us a one year guarantee on labor and parts.

We have used Jason a couple of times affordable, and does quality work. Much like the other reviewer we were assisted by him using a toy flushed down a toilet by a young child. While he was here at no charge he took care of a couple of minor things.

5) Quality. 1 thing I notices is that it was just done. And while bend pipe is allowed, and among the opponents I had out to give me a quotation mocked the coper bend line I had because they only use"high quality" aluminum bend lineup, Jason hard piped it. He took the time to pipe / solder coper on everything but the lines, which was great! Does this look great it will continue!
It took a while to get a grasp of a one, however after about a month of back and they could help me find precisely what I wanted. After that was take care of and the provider issues were resolved (I needed something special) that they could move things around and schedule me for just a couple of days out and installed a very nice hybrid heat pump unit for under half of what any one else was quoting.

I am not a noob, and a few businesses I was considering where telling me so much BS about how they need to do this and for code and that was complete BS. I know codes altered so I went and looked it up and code had not changed, although I know because I know the code. But not Jason, Jason's office manager Twila told when she didn't know she checked with a few of those plumbers or suppliers or looked it up her self and me what she new. And yet another was like - we need to rip out all of this and re-drywall and re-paint and rebuild this platform etc.. A cavity probe demonstrated it was completely unnecessary, while, in all truth, this is not bad advice. And the cost for this additional work absolutely outrageous.
1) They'll work together with you to get you exactly what you want.
I really kinda wanted something better then what I had, which was a stock 50Gal Electric bradford white although I needed a water heater replaced. Unit that is good, but nothing. I started a spreadsheet. After some research this fell to just five. Jason won and I am very happy with the outcomes.
2) They do quality work and have some kind of warranty, though I guess I will not be utilizing it.
3) They're seriously worth the cost! On the bottom unit I was looking at they had been 15% - 30% cheeper then opponents. On the higher end unit I had installedJason was%55 cheeper. Mind you that the rival assured my their $3500 unit had a life warranty while the one I got Jason only has only a 12 -17 year warranty based on what fails, but I'm probably going to move in 5-10 years so that was OK with me.
2) They don't convey by email - I know that is common for all of them but I really prefer email to really talking to people.
7) They never hard sell you. 1 competitor gave me the entire DOOM address or You need to accept this quotation and most of them insisted on phone conversations where they would sell you. I mainly delt with Twila the office manager and she worked together with me to find an option I liked.

When we had base escape, called him. He came out and I called him up and looked at he everything told us what to do and we did. He found the leak and the obtained it fixed. A bucket load of cash did not bill. This weekend my son comes back from vacation and there's 2 inches of water in most bedrooms. The house smelled My call, and everything was to Jason.

Called on yelp following my choice at 845am signaled him because of service area restrictions of his own. The gentleman who answered took my name, number and speech and said he had another job on the afternoon but could head my way after - phoning to give me a window. It is after 8pm and haven't learned from him to state he couldn't make it today. Disappointed and a bit annoyed I need to waste another day waiting on a plumber. Since he was a referral by an extremely rated plumber on yelp, unfortunate especially. I will be calling that guy.

We had an upstairs bathroom that could cause water to flow a light fixture at our kitchen downstairs if the toilet was flushed. 1 plumber I predicted recommended I call Jason in case and was worried it could be a larger issue. He came out the same afternoon that I called. He did a great job was quick and effective, and I was impressed that the cost was so reasonable. Glad to have a plumber to call on when I want one in the future!

Desired help with shower restoration. Cartridge could not get it out to substitute and got stuck inside. Jason morning called, he fixed it and had been here within several minutes. Shower is back to normal and working state in no time. Highly recommend!!
