At my house I've renters and they sometimes have needs. Well I got the call that my water heater is currently spitting just water that was cold out, no heat. Ughh, I live out of state, what to do? My current firm has been flaking on me out of Glendora so I read the reviews of the location here and gave them a call. I usually don't try companies whom I know nothing about, but chose to give a call to JB. They replied immediately on the phone and said they might have a technician on site.
Tech came onsite, first substituted system and thermal coupler did not come on, this was like 150 bucks. We found that my water heater was old, the sort you can still mild, so I decided to replace. Me stunned by saying they had many in the shop on hand that he could tap into. I advised him to go. Well two hours after, they had a new one in and the project was completed. My renters was a update, verified that water come out everywhere in the house and done fast. Nothing is done fast and without difficulties. So notch will use them as my move to plumbers in socal, and review for these men.

Outstanding response time. Jerry was quick to come and access our shower pan escape. Our shower was mended by them and did good work. Good support. We've used them a couple of occasions and they are quick to react. Will for sure use them if we have repair issues and some plumming.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!I phoned them out for a flow detection only. I wanted to identify the source first then get my insurance board, I was very clear about this when I chose with Jeff....so I sent them to my fathers house who's an senior in his eighties and the plumber told it would currently cost him two hundred and twenty five bucks to get him to tell my father where the escape was...that I called the operator and asked him exactly what he had to do different from the advertised price of five dollars to the two hundred and twenty five....he could not answer me and finally said he could not do the job since they do not detect leaks beneath concrete. . .that is indeed contradictory to stated earlier statement....so his plumber then as my father was hoping to have a shower he realized the plumber had closed the water off and abandoned....so I must wonder....was he being malicious or just plain incompetent. . .either way no good....DO NOT USE...

JB Plumbing responded to my house within a hour from my telephone call. My plumbing problem was a flow in my wall. The flow was immediately discovered and repaired, after investigating the flow source. A little pin hole at the aluminum piping which was concealed behind a wall. I walked my claims adjuster through his detection process and called my insurance company and JB speak. I was happy and very impressed with the service and professionalism of JB.

I called and they sent Johnny out immediately to come give a quotation to me. Hired!! Johnny cleaned up after himself, educated and knows what he is doing did the job and is the best kind he insisted. I found me a plumber if I ever need one no longer searching. They left my area tidy and very clean put the wet towels.
We agreed to repair the issue, but it would take to finish. He capped of this flow, Yey, I have water. He predicted the Water Restitution individuals to come out to take care of walls & carpeting.
Crossing technicians to get a early same-day appointment.
But I was very happy with Memo, Johnny &, his helper.
He was quite knowledgeable, considerate and explained.
When it is all done I will post another review.
Here I am with a pipe under concreat plus a carpet that is saturated.
All were busy or couldn't come until late in day.
Following some discussion and cost discussion, I decided to bite the bullet and have the house repiped.

I would advise JB Plumbing to whom needs fast and knowledgeable plumber. The support was requested by me for sewer out of them. I was contacted by the manager back in less then 10 minutes. His technician Cory came to my home within 1 hour and gave a good support to us.
One plus point to them is the technician helped the ground to clean up after he is completed.
Customer support, quick reply and expertise technician!

Work itself seems solid and well-done. The reason behind my critique are client service
1) my initial appointment was overlooked. After reaching out to the business myself I needed to reschedule later in exactly the day just. The reason provided was that the machine went down this weekend and ALL appointments were missing. That was a lie to avoid an awkward situation or else they have appointment administration practices. I can't recommend a business.
2) I was originally quoted $1100 (on the high end) by Ryan when he gave an order quote. Another day, his very first quote to me when he began work jumped to $1350 that we were eventually able to knock down to $1155 by substituting components. So my eventual installment price utilizing basic components ended up $55 over the"high end" of the originally quoted price. The reason was price of materials, but if you're knowledgeable about the components used in drains, they are all between $2-$15, the cost is almost entirely in the labour. Once again I had been lied to or else they have quote management practices. I can't recommend a business.

Excellent response time and educated staff. We needed them in a pinch and they we're at our house over hours and worked hard to finish the job. We've used them and I urge them to friends and family. Thank you JB Plumbing!

Had a back up in the kitchen. Called JB Plumbing and they came right away and took care of the issue. I highly recommend this business, they are honest, reliable and clean. Jeff is his partner Johnny as well as extremely hard!

10 Stars + and many more for Ryan. I had a minor leak at my primary assessed shut off valve and Ryan diagnosed and of all resolved the issue and with a cost. Ryan is a well seasoned and very professional plumber. I was quite happy with fast service and the prompt reply. I will surely be utilizing JB Plumbing in the future. . Don't neglect to ask for Ryan, If you call!

I will certainly call for those pesky plumbing problems that arise from time to time as a homeowner and support of the sewer line again upon Ryan.
Ryan and his helper John were Square with me personally. I had called JD Plumbers in to review cracking in my slab which maybe could have been from piping or sewer line. After consideration of the area since they were confident that this wasn't a escape or water difficulty instead settling I had been advised to conserve my money. They could have easily soaked me for analyzing they understood wasn't vital.

Cory showed up on time and did a great job at a reasonable price. I recommend JB Plumbing.

We called and scheduled an appointment. We had been contacted following 10 to reschedule for Monday....in the conclusion they were not able to make it we needed to cancel.
We had been contacted by phone from the company. Another opportunity would be liked by them. Will update.
They mended our bath fixtures and came out as sceduled.

We had flow in our copper pipes and chose to have the home repiped. Brett gave me a quotation and came out and we chose to have the job done by JB Plumbing. I received 3 quotes and his was that the middle price range. I made the choice that was right. The JB crew were professional, honest and respectful.
