Years later, JDs Plumbing is the reliable and most responsive service I've worked with in Denver. I started working with JDs Plumbing many decades ago after I bought my first home. Since then, I bought another home farther south and have moved. JDs Plumbing is reliable gets the job done-the right moment. Their plumbers are knowledgeable. Before they start work, you'll help through why and exactly what they will need to perform. Afterward, they'll let you know why and exactly what they did. Through the years, they've set up a couple of water heaters, a sump pump, RE-piped fixed several pipe leaks, a few sinks, and set up a bundle of appliances for me. I suggest JDs Plumbing.

Had Tony and Jon outside for a sewage line repair in our cellar, they were very professional/knowledgeable and did a great job repairing our"crappy" situation. They provided excellent insight as to what caused the problem (bad previous layout ) and the new solution must prevent future problems. Super fast response and reduce their own estimated fix time in half. Really appreciated in keeping the mess to a minimum and from the rest of the house with shoe covers and tarps their care. Highly recommend!

Ihave always gotten good support and've used them several times for various plumbing jobs that were simple. They usually can come out the next day or the exact same day and arrive in time. They're careful to not make a mess, and clean up the work area. They charge by the task instead of by the hour, which I think is a good system. They seem expensive compared to plumbers from, but they are fairly priced for Boulder. My most recent project was to replace two bathroom sink faucets (I provided the taps ) for which they billed about $550.

She ended up not wanting to emerge. John came by to deliver the sump pump and he ended up putting down a tarp and glancing down for her. Of course, with all the water that has been down there previously, he came out entirely filthy, but he"rescued" her!
I cannot thank them enough for not just their speedy service and work, therefore I didn't need to creep down 43, but for being compassionate during my time of need and allow me to get my terrified cat. They had been amazing, and I would use them again. In fact, we need to get our furnace certified, and they said they can help with that when we want them.
If I could give them stars, I'd. During a review for the sale of our property, we found out we had water under the subfloor in the cellar. My husband has moved for work, so I am lonely, and I know nothing about home repairs and maintenance. They immediately called JD's Plumbing, after calling a recovery assistance. This all began around 2:30. Tony was by 3:30, and by 4:30, both of our sump pumps were replaced and the water was gone.

I called about a filthy shower in my cellar. . My appointment was the following day @ 530... the day of my appointment I got a call at 527 stating my technician was running late. . .he finally showed up around 630. . I took him to my cellar bathroom..while down there he broke a soap dish that was on my bathroom... At the end he did clean my clogged drain with a charge of 218$. .

Tony and Brett and friendly and I didn't feel like my wife was being taken advantage of. Ive and honest ised previously! Keep it up guys!!

Because the drain in my basement started to back up I called JDs. Brent fixed the problem the identical day that I called, and made recommendations. He gave me a great deal of good information (and coupons!) And was very considerate and professional. I would recommend JDs Plumbing to anybody.

I had water ruining the basement below and coming from a bathtub. After 2 past technicians who could not diagnose and resolve the issue, Tony arrived and fast and efficiently took out a tile to show a hose in the jet system which had come unhooked. The issue was repaired by Tony and billed what I believe a VERY fair fee to do so, although another plumber said the bathtub had to come out! He then asked if he could help with anything else and gave us estimates on some other things, which we will have him perform. He even climbed into a sump pump pit to test it out (no cost ). We have found our plumber!!

We needed a water line repair for our sprinkler system from the crawl space; JD's Pipes came out within the week and were polite on the phone. Two guys, Jason and Tony, did the repair. They were on time, courteous, and efficient. We would urge them and use them.

So incredibly pleased by my experience with JD's Plumbing Service! My master shower has not had any water for several weeks now. I travel every week for work, so this has been a service. I had a couple of days at home, and known as JD. The proprietor, John- exceptionally friendly and personable, said they might have somebody and that they would call beforehand within half an hour of arrival and answered. A woman allow me to know that Matt will be coming within 30-45 minutes and called me back at 11:30 AM. Sure enough, the proprietor John and Matt arrived at 12:10PM, right at the 40 minute mark. They were both incredibly kind, respectful and comprehensive in describing to me (just one woman) what was wrong with my bathtub. Never did I feel taken or gauged advantage of. They told me the cost upfront- before beginning their job - and explained what they would have to do to repair it. They went above and beyond my expectations, even fixing a"floppy" sink faucet at no cost. Would certainly recommend this business! Keep up the fantastic work! - Chelsea Kimbrough

Followed JD's Plumbing services and bought the garbage disposal that is fancy and twice their craftsmanship collapsed leaving water in the cabinet below the sink and throughout our wood floor. The following day we reached out for also the first time they arrived. It occurred and are currently waiting to see they return to resolve how the garbage disposal fell off the base of the sink. . .water everywhere. . .stay tuned. - Jack

They came out on a Saturday and worked with me on a minor matter. They did things to keep down the cost and actually was a great help.

We yelped plumbers phone was answered on the second ring and literally 1 hour from the phone call the job has been done! We forgot to utilize the yelp deal we purchased however, the price was reasonable .
They communicated well about time frames for service and were clean and courteous. I'll be storing them on speed dial up for future reference!
Bonus is that in the event you have additional issues with your own body within 72 hours, they come fix it. It was not due to function, although We'd have them come back as the drain furthest back in the home was clogged.
I love great customer service and also prices and JD's delivered both!

He did a good job, but I think because we did not get a excellent attitude from 26, our tech was having a bad day. I felt as the project was a burden when he needed to visit the shop to purchase materials. I will not be calling later on although, the task was done fine. Way over priced to put in dishwasher, dishwasher and trash disposal. . .even our insurance said we were over priced. I am not a huge fan of the $25 excursion fee to perform an estimate. No quote that is free.

Had over $5k worth of work done to include replacing leaking valves replacing a hot water heater, and adjusting the routing of a drainage pipe which ran to another from 1 side of my residence. His Lucas and tony did everything within more and their proposal, to include with rebuilding the cupboard beneath one of my sinks which were ruined by a leaking 33,, assisting me. I am highly satisfied with my decision also have absolute confidence in each the work and to have the work done by JD's.

Called around 1pm. I had been told a tech could be at my home between two and 4. They said they were on their way and called at two. .

John S, and Steve were friendly, professional, and respectful of our home. They did not seem to mind explaining me everything. They meticulously replaced our two primary water line valves and the pressure relief valve. I had also discovered so that was replaced by them too, that my sprinkler valve had been misbehaving. Prices were honest, and work had been done. They checked my job and tightened it in their own way out.
Overall, I dislike having to manage plumbers and rarely leave favorable reviews but this was a good experience and I will recommend and reuse JD's later on.

HIGHLY Urge JD's! I had just listed my home when my water heater began spewing water, less than 24 hours prior to the house and broke. I was frantically calling plumbers and could not find any that could come out the same day (they were booked 3-4 days outside )! John has been very understanding and called me back. Get my water heater and he was able to get someone out. John was upfront about the pricing (which was very aggressive ) and he even explained the warranty to me.
It is never fun when you need to call a plumber, however, the professionalism and responsiveness of John gave me peace of mind and maintained a busted water heater that is old out of destroying my open house.

I'll certainly call JD's time that I need any plumbing work done.

I was overcharged by way ! Store that they charged me! Plus $50 for a shower handle. Manage because he could not get the shower handle with an allen wrench but that required just 5 minutes. This wasn't a labor job that is extensive. All together they billed me. Considering that the plumber got the work done and has been competent I feel like I had been way cared for.

Answered within 2 rings and had someone knocking over 20 most minute . Not cheap but certainly reasonable, did a fantastic job. I'll use them again.

I phoned John, of JD's Pipes on a Saturday afternoon, under the bathroom sink blew-out after the pipe. John managed to contact his tech, Jimmy, who came out, at the end of his day and then also fixed the pipe just in time for our visitors and for Jimmy! He did not need to come out - . However he did and that he figured out the issue and the solution instantly. He had been knowledgeable friendly and honest. JD's Plumbing daily would be recommended by me!
