We had a bathroom upstairs that generating and had been leaking water stains on the ceiling stairs.
This team was fantastic to work with. Jeff asked what the difficulty was, was quite professional, answered my telephone instantly had a team out to our place.

Hands I've ever dealt with! We have used Jeff Boaze Plumbing for our construction as well as our property. Honest, a fantastic crew, and professional, extremely responsive. Had a significant kitchen sink clog over the weekend. Drano did not work. Desired a plumber . I utilized the Yelp app to message Jeff on Sunday. He was at my house by 10am and called me first thing Monday morning. Snaked out the drain immediately. Friendly and moderately priced. Will use them again.
Our water heater started leaking and we didn't detect it . After a fantastic experience with these guys whether it was still possible to get things four months ago, I called to see. They reacted immediately and from the end of the workday we had a beautiful new water heater already heating up and installed. Very professional and fast working crew at a very reasonable price. Will be my go to business from now on. Highly suggested!
Called Jeff, and he left time to deal with my crisis despite having other obligations that he managed to have handled together with his team. Turned out,the PRV was corroded and falling apart on the line coming into our house. . While pulling out tree roots he dug it out. Once he established what the problem was he found he'd require a part. It was late afternoon and when he made to get the part I expected he would not make it back until the following day, and we would have to go with out running water. Not so! He came back with the part and one of his team and then fixed it within a couple hours. After all the good service I found that the final bill was very reasonable. Plumbing issue be calling Jeff again.
We awakened to a water heater that was broken. Jeff and his son came from our house, gave us an estimate and came back having a hot water heater in days. We would definitely use them and were Pleased with their service
Complete ripoff! They charged us $185 for a 15 min job to unclog a bathtub. We waited for an estimate and instead they unclogged the bath tub and advised us the fee is $185. We were not surprised. When my wife asked Tyler why so much, his answer was even more shocking. . "well, it is expensive to live here and $185 is our fee to show up". Well, then why were we told about this series up fee once the trip was scheduled by us ? This can be an unfair business practice and I wouldn't ever use them again.

Responding to Tyler's answer: That is wrong. Her nor I encourage the work to be completed by you. We had been under the impression all along so you could give us an estimate, that you were performing a review. You eventually told her 185 is your fee. If so, why was that fact not mentioned when scheduling the trip? Isn't it unfair business practice to have a fee to show up like she was told by you and not when booking a trip, mention it to the customer?
I messaged Jeff Boaze Plumbing because my water heater was leaking. Not even 24 hours later and my water heater is already replaced. Tyler was quick and very educated. He let me know when we was on his way and revealed over the 1 hour window they had supplied.
I then got on to yelp called a couple of businesses that are regional, they would just come a week away.
Subsequently came the quotes and replacing my present 40 Gal unit using a 50 Gal device that is ultra low nox (needed by code in SaC county).
If you're looking for courteous and friendly service, give these guys a shot.
We came back to locate our water heater not working. I attempted piloting it, to no avail.
There was water leaking out of top as well.
Jeff Boaze folks inspected the heater, came straight away and determined that it's rusted on very top and needs replacement.
I've used this company twice this season - after to get a bathroom leak and another to get a shower/tub issue. In both scenarios, they were able to come out to the house and responded immediately to my yelp request. Very impressed with their service and would certainly recommend to others.
Zach and chris did a great job and were reasonable and fast. They came fit us and we're fixed before noon. Great support and will phone again!
I enjoy doing business when it is a family business and I really liked doing business. His son and jeff , Tyler, we're in an hour of my own water heater going out at my home. Tyler was a pleasure to work with and I meet with a business person with a optimistic outlook. And that was when it was 100 degrees out, despite him spending hours. Tyler completed the job quickly and. As I'm convinced that my expertise that is great is just their usual manner of business, I wouldn't hesitate to urge JB Plumbing to anybody.
They charge you $200 to come out and provide you an estimate on a repair job. The only company that I've dealt with far that really does this. Yesand even beneath the house. If a plumber needs to charge you to give quote that should be a red flag. As a consumer you need to be certain to make the quality and offer for any jobs you get done. It's all up to you and only you to be certain that happens when spending thousands of dollars for a fix, if you don't do just a diligence to make sure that you are getting the ideal price for the occupation. They said they'll credit you for the occupation, but if they are sure their quality and prices is the best, then fee for an estimate?
Chris and tyler were very professional and checked the water heater from. They agreed a new one was required. The next morning a water heater was installed by them. They were quite thorough in their work and we have a brand new water heater we could trust.
I called Jeff Boaze plumbing because our water heater was leaking. Our water heater has been the original and over 20 years of age. I called Jeff and clarified the circumstance. He sent over Tyler and Chris and they were within 15 minutes!

This morning Chris from Jeff Boaze Plumbing came here right on time, and replaced our previous garbage disposal (that was smoking when he initially switched it on to check it out). He gave me some information such as running a bit of dish soap once every so often, regarding stopping problems before they start. He replaced some of the previous insides of the toilet that had been running by itself through the day at different times and moved on into the master bath. No more of that now! When he was finished, he was efficient, knowledgeable, pleasant and tidied everything up. This morning A very fine young man who solved my two issues in only over an hour.
Professional very large quality workmanship! This is the second time that I have used their services. Do your self a favor if you have a plumbing issue and give Jeff a call!

Can not say enough good things about the company. Our hot water heater went out this weekend, and when we called they were here immediately. Their quote was like the stores that are big, however they also installed it the exact same day, whereas we would have had to schedule it this week. Very hard-working on a hot afternoon and professional, this company is the thing to do. Can not recommend them enough.
4/27/19: Saturday morning and the water heater was not working.AFter a cold shower (brr!) I left a message for Jeff. Jeff figured out exactly what the issue was, and called me back, and it ran again in no time. A weekend with water is a prospect that is far greater! Thank you, Jeff!
