Great job done by Jerry the Plumber! I had two homes have plumbing problems go out in the exact same time and JTP came out immediately and managed equally. Saved me a big headache with my tenants of needing to put up them and cost. Thanks Albert!
Just recently called Jerry the Plumber to purge my sewer lateral. The plumber managed to inspect my sewer after it had been unclogged and was very courteous. Come to find out I had difficulties with my lateral and they could replace my lateral. Jerry the Plumber is amazing. Good, honest and reliable plumber in the Santa Barbara area. Not to be confused with Jerry's Plumbing.
It has been a couple of months and I can see the post put on Jerry the plumber. . .they do not deal with home depot. Ever!! Along with the excellent reviews were not posted ever?? Yelp is starting to suck...
Whatever you do, don't ever use Jerry the Plumber. First of all, I had been shocked to hear we would be charged an additional $60 in addition to the $150 setup and disposal fee to take a toilet down a stairs with 10 steps (yes, that's $6 per measure ), but when he quantified the setback by the wall, he said there was no possible way the toilet could be installed. I received a recommendation for another plumber who not only installed the toilet for $90 with two or three inches to spare, but refused to charge a refuge fee. STAY AWAY from Jerry the Plumber! Not only are they incompetent, but they will pile on unnecessary fees. Be aware that they only reason that we had him out at our place at all is because our toilet was purchased by us from Home Depot. If you do the same, be certain they contract with somebody else.
