Jim Thompson Plumbing has been our contractor's choice when we built our new property. We proceeded in a few months ago. Noticed water from the cupboard under the kitchen sink could not figure out where it was coming from. Got in touch got an IMMEDIATE call from the plumber's office. They offered to come out immediately, but we told them it could wait till Monday morning (today). Got a call ahead of time with the ETA, two plumbers showed up, fixed and finally found the problem after everything imaginable. They've all been professional and so pleasant, but what I really thought was awesome was that after the guys left I found a pile of folded paper towels on the kitchen counter tops they had used. It!
