JO came outside to repair a toilet. They replaced all of the parts round the leak instead of merely stopping up it for the moment and took the time to do the work right. They were quick, polite, and did the work right. Thank you!

Armen came by my home on a warranty call. Even though the warranty did not cover the issue, I hired J.O. Plumbing to install my new faucet. Within two or a week, a trickle started to develop. As a homeowner, it's not. I will not telephone JO Plumbing for any future jobs. I need someone to repair my drip.

My sister was having trouble in her home with the pipes and her water. We called around but nobody seemed to want to help her or could come to take a look. We discovered JO through Yelp. And it was a great choice. They arrived same day to evaluate and address then were able to schedule her another day for a work. They finished in two days and there have been no problems since. These guys are amazing!

I recommend him, hands down, super fair! Company tried to convince us to purchase a tankless water heater for $16,000 and arrived earlier in the week.
I had a dreadful inspector that did not point out so many malfunctions with the home. I've had of, from electrical, A/C like every contractor, roof, windows, gas leaks, water sprinklers, etc etc and furnace has made every fix so debilitating dishonest.
So when the water heater burst, and Vach showed up, I had been anticipating another debilitating and dishonest experience. I had been SUPER AMAZED at how the situation was approached by considerate Vach. By introduction to fix, he was not only efficient but also using identifying/troubleshooting, super instantaneous. He fixed it in less than 20 minutes.

This business was delegated to me by my guarantee company to fix the water pressure problem. They came and opened the pressure regulator trying to fix something within it up. They said nothing is wrong with the regulator and they attempted to up sell a different product to me they would install and according. If something was wrong with my pressure regulator it would alter and that would be covered by the warranty, I had called my insurance company and was told.
I wound up calling a handyman who's also because the water pressure is climbing I have a problem with the regulator a licensed contractor, who said, he changed the regulator with wham and a fresh one the problem was fixed! He did mention that in the event you work with pipes companies that are known by guarantee companies they'll try their very best to do less and up market you to make money, since they are not paid by warranty companies . I figure"honesty is the trick to success" only if you have integrity!

J.O.'s came out in record time and after making sufficient holes in the walls that were dry, determined I had a leak. Yeah I knew that.
Regrettably, it is in a location that required approval for policy (concealed by a structural column so they have to now make holes in the outside stucco and expect that it may be accessed that way).
What exactly do you do if you know you have a leak? You hope for the best and call your possessions.

The bathroom in our guest toilet n't worked which was a HUGE issue. Joe pipes's costs were the very reasonable although we went through multiple companies trying to get charges! They have the job done quickly and I am so happy with the results. I have urged them to friends, complete five stars. If you want something give them a call!

J.O. Plumbing was assigned by the home warranty business. I have had many experiences with home warranty companies and I know they can take to get out to look at the problem. J.O. was able to come out on a Sunday with afterwards I called them to set up something each the Home Warranty business.
With the guarantee company said it wouldn't be covered he said they are out in 3 days to fix the problem As soon as I called to inform them - I am sure at a really inflated would be. I informed them I had a plumber- .
The technician looked at the flow and told me that there was a 50/50 shot at being in a position to fix it. He tried and couldn't. He said what had to be performed had to be accepted by the guarantee company. I know the answer is that it wasn't covered. He left my home without doing anything regarding the flow - and told me to place a bucket under the leak.

The owner of this company was the rudest person I have ever dealt with on the telephone. I went through American home Shield which is an insurance company that protects her house and resolve the problem and the contractor is assumed to come back out to your house, if the issue isn't fixed then. However rather than fixing the problem I suggest you do not and this gentleman and I use that phrase very freely he was less than a gentleman started yelling at me on the telephone I would not ever use them either

My home warranty company assigned this place as my contractor for an issue I was getting in my guest bathroom. The same day of the assignment, Armin from J.O. called to come to my house between 5-6 pm which was perfect for me because I didn't have to miss work! He was professional and arrived within the time period. I had been a small mess when he arrived but he had been patient and didn't hurry me. I also had a thousand questions about some pipes issues to see if my warranty covered them. He was still kind and gave me a few recommendations to help find solutions, although they were not covered. Within 30 mins, my problem was completely fixed to my satisfaction. He had fixtures and all the tools necessary to find the task finished. I strongly recommend!

I had a name Armen come to fix a mistake made by the contractor that American home guarantee send over. It was day and night from the plumber they sent over. Not only was able to fix the problem the plumber couldn't he did it in an hour where the plumber worked for four weeks left it then when he showed up. If builders were used by First American home warranty like Armen I would be a good deal more happy paying their monthly charge. Thank you Armen for your help end this nightmare I have been working with for the last month.

My homeowners guarantee company refered to JO Plumbing me. I put the request they came out, called and changed my own garbage disposal unit all !
I have a brand-new disposal unit that's quiet and strong. They are strongly recommended by me!!!

Armen was amazing. I had a shower at my rental home in West Hills that wasn't draining. I talked and contacted with Armen. Armen advised me he would be able to come out the following day, nevertheless, if he had a cancellation or time, he would call me to come out same day. Armen met with me at the home and phoned me the same day, as promised. The clog was challenging to clear. Armen was persistent and worked to clear the clog. Armen was professional and respectful! Great job...I will certainly use him again!

Very impressed with this service. They came out on a Saturday, which is astonishing to get a guarantee company to send a person. Armen is quite educated, kind and polite. Fixed the 3 issues from the home fast and without mentioning that it won't be covered by the Warranty company, and that's when they come out exactly what all the mechanisms say.
