Our television room had no ducts along with yet another area of the home had airflow. Two different businesses came out and you said it was impossible to add ducts they wanted to install a system for that room. The company would not even look up in the loft; they said that the only method to do the job was to run duct work. We discovered Matt Getz at Padilla and he designed two choices; they both were about half the cost of the other two firms' estimates. Bottom line, we have heat/ac in airflow and our television room to the place that had nothing. Big thanks to Matt for his ability to figure out a way to address our problem. Well completed Padilla!

I had provided them with the inspection record. They just doing visual inspections and mostly read the report and agreeing with all the inspection report. The entire thing took them about 20 minutes. I had been expecting them to have some testing gear, the technicians to do water tests to see if there is a leak behind the walls and stuff like that, for instance. Or HVAC men to inspect the condenser degree of this unit. It was a visual inspection.
2- They had originally stated that their report will require around 48 hours. It arrived after 2.5 days and it was only after I followed up on the next afternoon and asked them for this, they stated they are working on it then shipped it over another few hours. I had originally told them so I would appreciate it if you can send the reports that the inspection contingency deadline is actually close and they said they'll do their very best. And after looking at the one-page reports (cost breakdowns), they need to have taken less than an hour to compose each. Additionally they recommend replacement of these units and verbally. I asked them to incorporate these verbal statements in their reports. Nevertheless, it wasn't there. It was a price breakdown. This wasn't much of a review and much more by HVAC men and technicians like a price quote.
1- For each inspection (plumbing and HVAC), two inspectors arrived. The HVAC guys were overdue by 40 minutes which caused the realtor representative to overlook his appointment.
On our home purchase, the general inspector recommend scrutiny. I worked with John Padilla for both these services and am not happy. It was easy to do both inspections and it was affordable also. Their breakdown reports of this prices helped in the negotiations. However there are a couple of things in which I think the Entire thing could be improved:

John Padilla Plumbing is your official plumber for the HOA condo construction. They've completed several jobs in my unit, and tasks for the construction. They put in a brand new water heater for the hot water and your construction hasn't been better. They are strongly recommended by me for any Plumbing need. Ricardo Vasquez installed the construction water heater, and has completed work in my own unit two times. They are the most professional plumbers I'm aware of in San Diego.

I've used John Padilla Plumbing my home plumbing needs for all. His staff is respectful, professional, exceptionally capable, and constantly in communicating with you.

These folks do exceptional work. We purchased a home in the greater San Diego region, and we contracted John Padilla Plumbing, Heating & Air to perform multiple repairs and updates that were found during the review procedure (for both pipes and HVAC work). The work has been completed, on time, with the same quality and care that someone may reveal to their home.
I will certainly be calling again after the AC unit in my home and its rusty end unavoidably meet, and for any plumbing matters I'd need in the future.
There was one SNAFU during the process- we were unable to fit our washer into a washer bowl that was set up (this was nobodies fault- that the washer wasn't on site, a standard size pan was set up, and we didn't know there was a problem until we moved in with our dumb large oversized washer.) John David, and team prioritized our issue right away, and made all right.
We live in a age where there are many companies to choose from to do pretty much whatever you want done. Quality is # 1 in my list, when choosing. But, great customer service quite closely follows quality. Politeness, communication, professionalism, timeliness, and the desire to deliver a quality product all factor and John Padilla Plumbing, Heating & Air struck the mark.

My water heater sprung a leak and he replaced my water heater and installed a new one. The exact same day JPP came to my rescue. The job was done in a clean and professional manner. You're love Justin, if you adore problem-solvers! As newish house owners in North Park, we had to have our HVAC system serviced. It had never been serviced because it was installed 12 years ago by an unknown business, as it turns out.
Justin loves problem, and is knowledgeable, down to earth. He is definitely not a salesman since he could have told me to have that, this, along with the other thing and I would not have been the wiser, particularly with a 12 year old system. We obtained a thorough run-down of what could be achieved down the street but nothing was immediate. Was the cost of the checkup. Justin and Carlos make a fantastic team!

Disappointed we paid a great deal of money for an inspection were discovered. The traces are all corroded and the parts of a pipe were totally open and exposed. Smelling was my face or sewer everyday when I brush my teeth. Had I understood I had tens of thousands and thousands of dollars in repairs I could have negotiated with the sellers, or proceeded to some other home.

Shout out to Nick and Oliver! Thank for the great customer support. They came out to check for a faucet. I showed them the following plumbing dilemma in the shower while they were here. They went over and beyond and fixed the matter. Such a simple thing but wow what a big positive difference for me! Thank you so much!

Had a plumbing crisis with all the kitchen sink and called them. They came and fixed it. Their providers were also used by us two or three years ago for a new air conditioner and were very satisfied. Although I hope not to need them anytime soon, they'll be the very first ones I call if needed.

I read the testimonials and discovered this company on Google. If my water heater started leaking the company could not come out for 2 days although I had a different plumber lined up for different pipes jobs. Called John Padilla and they came out immediately with a brand-new water heater and at a better price!! I bought the water heater but kitchen faucet, a new bathroom and repairs to other pipes issues. Extremely helpful and productive. Great support!!!

My HOA sent a plumber to clean NOT John Padilla, our kitchen drain. The HOA's plumber dicked around for 4 hours... reported that there wasn't any soft substance, only a solid immovable black sludge. He abandoned after 4 hours because my renter needed to go to work. The plan was that he'd come back the next day with a camera. And there could be an excess charge for coming back the next day. Since we had zero confidence, '' I said not to come back and that I predicted John Padilla. I told the dispatcher the whole story about the camera along with the black sludge. He said he would have a plumber in my house between 10 and 8 the following morning. Ricardo came at 8:20 and cleared the drain with no problem, in ten minutes. Best $100 I ever spent.

Javier, Thomas and justin worked on the installation. The whole team is top notch and extremely knowledgeable. I understood they love what they do. Because he clarified what he had been doing each step of the way, I compared Justin. Thomas was very accommodating. He had been patient with all the questions I had and went the additional mile to do small things like ensure as they progressed my place was kept clean. Javier worked quietly and diligently about the furnace/heat exchanger unit. They're a fantastic, skilled staff. I highly recommend the business and the staff.
I went out with 3 firms for bidding and Jimmy won me over with all the offer. He was Project Manager and was on the project daily until the conclusion. He was always available to answer concerns and any questions .

As a custom builder my team or sometimes I get too busy to work on our homes. You want a dependable substitute who get the job done and will step up. Justin at John Padilla plumbing not only showed up a few minutes early and prepared to operate, but he went over and beyond completing plumbing/HVAC job around my home for me. I even had a water main break while he had been there. Justin was not afraid to get his hands dirty & installed a new valve fast to get us back up and running and jumped in.
