" I am a senior citizen and Joseph G. Michel & Sons is the first and only call I create when I want a plumber. He sets up a scheduled appointment calls back in hours keeps his appointment and is able to repair or replace anything. Being on a fixed income, I appreciate his openness replace if needed and to fix first. I've had several crises and this is the only number I predict. Stephen Michel assesses the issue, calls back instantly and comes. He is professional, honest and knowledgeable. Helen R." Steve has remodeled my kitchen and two baths. He is neat, clean, on time and, best of all, his attention to detail has everything completed superbly. I'd use him again and I've recommended him to friends and colleagues.

Will be my go-to plumber from now on! Quite quick, friendly and reasonably priced. I had a horrible leak under my kitchen sink and Steve fixed it. He even noticed that my sprayer was busted, which I'd completely forgotten about, and offered to fix that. Price was excellent and prices and all repair work were detailed on my receipt. I could not be more happy.
Irresponsible person. I accepted to work his schedule around, although he made an appointment to support my home at an odd time. The day and time comes, and it is a no-show. No telephone, no voicemail, no apology. Overall joke. I have no idea how someone this unprofessional was in business as long, rather than received bad reviews. However he gets 3 thumbs down from me.
Thank you Steve! He will absolutely be the plumber if we want any plumbing work we call. He was receptive on a Saturday night. When he stated he would showed up. Managed to fix our shower that was reasonably priced and wouldn't stop running. He was able to have it fixed in a unit that needed to have ALL the water turned off to the building, not our unit. I couldn't be more pleased. When my daughter called from across the country telling me she couldn't turn the water off it's very stressful! Thank you for the yelp that is other testimonials, even though they weren't recent when calling, I relied upon them. Be assured they are still relevent!
Simply reliable, professional, & willing when are needed to state. No surprise bills. Have done nearly a dozen plumbing repairs in my house over several years and happy on emergency or after hours servicing. You just cannot go wrong with these guys.
