Contacted got set-up an appointment and a fast response back and Chad through Yelp. He's thorough, prompt and courteous. Fixed our leak and replaced the fittings in our shower for a price that was reasonable. Thank you Chad! Definitely recommend this business.

They replaced a water heater for us and did a great job, but once we tried calling back to get distinct repairs (we had a couple minor leaks) they didn't call back. We attempted texting, which seemed as if it was going to work, when we attempted to schedule, but communicating fell off. We will try someone else and gave up, I believe.

Give a call to Chad! He's prompt, honest, and thorough. He arrived at my place and fixed both of my toilets for a thing that was reasonable. Not happy with this company. Wasted two mornings waiting for them to react. After was forgivable is reckless.
I understand everyone is busy, but so are the potential clients. Dont give options and your customer to meet and you dont appear or attempt to get hold of them, which leads to a wasted day. He has great reviews and I had high hopes, but I will look elsewhere.

To me the price of repair has been reasonable as originally quoted and payment can be made through credit card or check. I repair from Kawamotos Plumbing and am happy with the service and highly recommend them without hesitation!
Got an update on repair day of plumber's timeliness call from the plumber , who later arrived within the time interval. The plumber introduced himself as Chad and that he had been very professional, friendly and I would later learn productive and knowledgeable. In my amazement it didn't take him long to track down and unclog the house drain. If I didn't know any better I'd think Chad is a plumber in addition to a magician.

After Kawamoto's did a great job of replacing my crap disposal I phoned them to replace my 20-yo toilet and stop the drip. After I paid for it chad Kawamoto scheduled a date and time responded quickly with a quotation, and even picked up my new toilet and gave him the order number. Talk about service! I will call on Kawamoto's again and have already referred this business.

Quick, if a gas water heater conked out, reasonable and professional service!! Definitely the business to call for replacement of water heaters (both gas and electrical ) and plumbing needs.

Left a message and a call back number for the company at 9:31 a.m. to get a slow draining toilet. Three days afterwards and not even a return phone call. I am puzzled how this company could be rated highly in yelp. I can't envision what their grade of service is like, if a business lacks the courtesy to return a phone call. . .terrible probably.

Chad Kawamoto you're the man! With choke competition out there this one is the"Ding""Ding" Winnah!!! AKA. . .SOLID!!! I phoned him on a Friday night and he called me right back as the H2O connection to our washing machine was leaking. I texted him a photo of this leaky valve and"WALA" like magic he calls me back and say's,"That is easy to fix" and gave me instructions about what to do. He even volunteered to phone the company. I simply had to pick up it. Better yet he offered for me to call him so he could walk me through the process. . I'm afraid it is. There are still a few bradahs out there looking for us common people. Saved choke $$$, solid customer support, and I'm gonna go to Burger King and treat my family together with all the money I saved to a meal.

We live in a townhouse and water leaked to the unit. A gap was in their own ceiling drywall. Chad (owner) fixed our drain drain and bathtub drain, and completed the plumbing job and gutters at the other unit efficiently. Since he had been here, we inquired operating and whistling shower sound, and he repaired it!! I am extremely satisfied with Kawamoto Plumbing!!!
