Upon conclusion Mario and Gabriel did a thorough job walkthrough describing the system's operation, programing, etc.. In conclusion, we could not be happier.
We did run into one issue that is operational a few days and I called Anna immediately. Kelly sent Ryan out the next day to troubleshoot and solve the matter. Since it is what becomes important after the first sale, I appreciate Kelly's Client Service.
I highly suggest Kelly Plumbing & Heating and have contracted them to get plumbing needs at the house.
Did my due diligence on local plumbing and heating contractors and to replace my heating system that is 22 year old that is existing. Called Kelly Plumbing & Heating to get a quote. Jim Kelly also discussed the project in detail in a language and came out within the week to get the job walk I could understand. Received a timely proposal and decided to award the project to Kelly (they were not the cheapest, but surely in the ballpark) based in their positives online reviews and so thankful we did. No issues. Within a couple of weeks of placing the order, Kelly's technician's Mario and Gabriel were onsite demoing the existing furnace and installing the new HVAC system. Work was done inside the window of time and their attention to detail was impressive. At the close of each business day both guys left the work place each evening clean and upgraded me on the progress of the project to completion.

Installers Mario and service and Gabe came to set up the 2 systems needed when it had been decided what would work best for us.
Highly recommend this company and it had been great working from our initial contact, installation and accounting office.
We could not be more happy with our new mini-split systems using the heating choice and keeping us cool. Mini-splits systems are fantastic for loft spaces and to get a system.
Kevin worked out on a computer our new HVAC systems. He was attentive to balance the load to handle our bedroom wing and our open floor plan.

Plumbing and kelly Heating replaced our old furnace and air conditioner with a high efficiency two zone unit which permits us to restrain the upstairs and downstairs temperatures individually. The new condenser beyond the home is quiet! Jim Kelly replied my many phone calls worth of queries before I pulled on the trigger. The builders, Mario and Nico, were great. They have been prompt, very tidy inside and outside the home, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was working when they were finished. I can highly recommend Plumbing and Kelly Heating.

The Kelly crew showed up on time and very professional. Eric and travis took the opportunity to spell out everything they went to do. When it was up and installed and running. Travis showed and told me things I would have never known being the proud owner of a brand new WATER HEATER. The cleanup was amazing. I would advise Kelly plumbing and heating to anyone.
This company is Anna Answered the phone and took my advice. When she said she'd, she called me . When does that happen? LOL
Anna gave me a schedule date sooner than knowing we were with a girl in the home out of warm water with adolescent attitude.

I would advise Jim Kelly and his team . My water heater started leaking and they had been there on Monday morning. The place they had been working was cleaner then once they arrived. The work was completed when I had been at work and was exactly as quoted. Here are some before and after images.

Kelly has completed the maintenance service the previous two decades and set up A/C two years age and our Heating. Now ryan Bishop did the upkeep before and only finished the job again.
Ryan manner has been outstanding. He left the premises clean and neat and took the opportunity to do a good job. He answered all my questions. I'm sure he's a valued employee at Kelly.

Ryan Bishop is a HVAC tech, and it has come out into our house for the past 2 years to support our system and make sure its correctly. He has been on time and went through everything meticulously. He is also happy to answer questions regarding the installation and machine programming for those controls. We have had great support and service from Kelly from the start of our currently and remodel through their system services.

Ryan Bishop out of Kelly came on time and prepared to perform the job. The PM was performed by him at the time that I was expecting. He did a thorough inspection of our equipment, proposed replacing 1 old part on the heater, and set it all back together flawlessly. Everything works flawlessly and we could not be happier. He was very professional and he was a nice fella, which in the world, makes all of the difference to me. I will call Kelly.

Very delighted with our newest A/C system's installation. Our installers were respectful, efficient, and educated. They kept us on their progress and given clear explanations. We got excellent service from Anna, the office manager/owner. Owner jim Kelly and estimator came out and supplied us. He experienced, educated, and has integrity. I particularly enjoyed his attention on doing things. One was that the confidence we had in his recommendations for our brand new Trane AC system and Jim Kelly.

It was time to replace our 2003 Trane HVAC units. In 2019 I contacted Kelly, Ongaro together with Moore Home Services to create a price proposal for installing a furnace and ac unit and for eliminating the HVAC units and to review our house.
Oh yeah. Anna Kelly is the office manager, and she also is a professional because she functions behind the scenes in creating the jobs move forward, but you'll never really realize it.
Proposals arrived at the range that was $20,000 with Ongaro Kelly at $13,000 range, followed by Moore with a $11,000 range. It was NOT a choose who to go together - Kelly received our $1000 and our favor down payment.
In closing, if you desire a affordable and just proposal followed with a HVAC system that is professionally installed, I recommend that you allow Kelly Plumbing and Heating to provide those services to you.
From the three builders, Kelly was the only person that spent more time below the house compared to in our kitchen speaking to us getting our situation. The Moore representative did not even venture down into our crawl space. But when Mr. Kelly did come up to the kitchenhe offered his suggestions relative to his evaluations as to which Trane models would address our HVAC needs.
Kelly's suggestion had HVAC equipment as Ongaro's but what made the difference for uswas when he discussed with us Kelly ran himself with confidence our requirements.
I had been impressed with all the job that Eric and Trevor performed, I gave them each a $100 bill, as my expression of a"Thank you for a fantastic job!"
Back in June 2019, both Eric and Trevor from Kelly Heating and Plumbing arrived, and they instantly instilled the same great confidence in their own HVAC skills as did Mr. Jim Kelly. Following four days of crawling in and from crawl space and many conversations with both Eric and Trevor in figuring out solutions to the job's many struggles, the new Trane Air Conditioner was up and running; only in time since the Marin June heat wave started its attack.

I would like ro recommend Brian Bishop, from Kelly Plumbing and Heating in Novato, CA. He has set up a fundamental A/C in my residence, serviced another one, preserved both components along with also the furnaces, etc..
Brian is punctual, very educated, considerate and takes the time to explain the cost and what needs to be achieved. All his repairs have ben excellent and done, don't need a follow up.

It's a pleasure to have people like him performing your job. You are aware that it's going to be quality, on budget and on time.

Kelly did a great job! Woohoo, as they state. Ryan put together of what was needed, an articulate, professional estimate. The work was well done, explained, questions were answered, and the place was left clean. Anna reviewed the time frame, offered me an appointment immediately, and helped me get the license. Everyone was friendly and productive.

We wouldn't anticipate any company but Kelly to put in AC or heating. We have yearly upkeep now and Ryan did the ceremony. He is quite professional and thorough and explains that he did. Well worth not worrying about our methods.
