They were knowledge and professional. It was on Friday of Memorial Day weekend. We're very impressed and satified.
My 92 year old mum called s & k to resolve a flow problem . They convinced her that she had to replumb the house costing 6k that she does not have. We could fix the problem by cleaning the faucet screens that had become clogged. Before they take advantage of someone else they have to be reported to the abuse council.
I feel that if you have a pipes need, Cory will go above and beyond to be certain the job is done correctly. For instance, my house is under construction that is much, and he offered to come thru for a back after my toilet is in only to make certain all is in working order and that I am satisfied. Did the walk thru when this 3-4 day job was being done, because I had been in the office. He brought his group of Joey and Jet who did much of their job. They were extremely helpful in telling me in which the positioning of the pipes were also and they made a few minor alterations to make matters better. I have a ten year guarantee and they stay behind the job.
I purchased a fixer-upper and opted to eliminate the Poly-B pipes which had sprung 2 leaks for the owners. I went with Kempton & Self they have a solid reputation plus mainly They are a long-time business in Alachua county. More than reading the reviews, I asked around and they came highly suggested.
Hi,Never trust this company. My bathroom shower have a problem, i.e. no cold water. I called the company and the plumber came to test. They explained my cold water pipe was clogged and the valve was also damaged. It needed to alter the whole shower system that costs $600. Afterwards, I called another company to test it. It was that I just need to replace the spindle, which is just $60. By the way, my shower version is the Symmons temptrol.
I don't have any reservations recommending them.
I've used Kempton & Self twice. First was an problem with my workplace, and another was at my residence. They respond very quickly, work do a very good job.
Joe reacted our calls to both. Very polite and great job. The woman at their workplace was wonderful about letting me know when they'd be at my property.
It took them 4 visits and two technicians to correct a leaking toilet. They. Look out for the additional $10.50"mixed fee" for cleanup, even when the task takes less than 5 minutes and there's absolutely no mess.

We called Kempton & Self Plumbing Service to find some annoying things. Garbage disposal not functioning correctly, kitchen sink emptied gradually, bath sink drained gradually, had some leaky faucets. They showed up had EVERYTHING they had, including fixed everything with no problems, and a disposal.
