Ladd Service Company

I'm thankful to have come across Ladd and they are highly recommended by me!
I live in Florida but my mother had a plumbing problem in Kansas City. I had been distressed to find someone dependable and dependable. Its my mother! So, I checked yelp!
My own expectations were exceeded by ladd. The office staff Ryan the plumber and Lois and Christina were beneficial was on time, courteous and comprehensive.

Service, when talking with Roger about to repair or replace he believed about if it were his own house and what he would do in our shoes. PJ was our installer,we've never seen a professional job. Everyone is professional staff to consultants, installers and the techs. We will never use anyone else. Thank you Ladd! Dixie J

I had problems with another firm that left me in my property without use of 2 bathrooms. The plumber had suggested that the closed valve to my toilet was broken but failed to repair it. They have been quick and prompt and called lad and they came out and repaired the closed valve and even offered to attempt to see if they could fix the problem with my toilet that the other plumbing firm failed to repair. I love ladd! They are awesome

The technology was really nice but I had a feeling that he was not properly trained on my unit type (newer high-efficiency) so when he identified the problem with a $400 repair invoice (plus the $100 service call), I got another opinion. Turned out to be a problem and $115 after, it is fixed.

They deserve a 1 since the tech was fantastic. However its sn appointment and I Don't think the firm provides a hoot if You're cold or hot and
The workplace manager christie needs people skills. They will get you going financially and coming. They always say no appointments so you have to pay the 149
00 after hour charge or endure even when they'd come out and didnt fix the problem yesterday. I Don't recommend this Firm

Ladd Came very first thing once I made the appointment. Removed 12 inches of water out of my storm shelter and the dead snake clogging my drain (ewww) all for 90 dollars. I would have signed for the snake elimination my savings over all. So impressed with the excellent and price customer service.

Dave came out to replace a faucet replace a sink drain gathering, and stop a toilet from running. The toilet still runs where he replaced the faucet, and the pipe now escapes. I phoned them to give the opportunity to them and they wanted to charge me to come straight out. No thanks, I have paid you for you to screw up my plumbing! Never !!

Do NOT use LADD Service company!!!Lead time for a arrangement was somewhat long considering temps got chilly at night. We known as Ladd Service Company. Just thought it may be worth it to pay to get it done straight away, so mother could be hot. Looked in the furnace. Determined some how it was a draft blower @$511.00 (installed) as well as a controller board @ $417.00. At that price we decided to wait the order that was $150.00 with shipping. We were puzzled that Ladd thought there was a control board poor? No sign of the control board being bad. My husband set up moms furnace and the draft blower is currently working. We called to talk with the service manager and she did not see anything wrong up, not to mention trying to bill old mother for a part she did not want? But our loved ones won't ever use this business. Shame on LADD.
Story but one that needs to be told. My 75 year old mothers furnace was not working. My husband (who happens to be quite technical and has been a industrial maintenance technician for 25 years) when to her house to look at it. After some trouble shooting he determined that the draft engine was not functional. I attempted to get one at Grainger however to no avail.

I got a bid from Ladd based off of a referral from my builder on a brand new furnace. Another HVAC company is really used by me for my service but wanted to see what someone could bid me. The two bids were close but after also having him speech all of my inquiries and speaking with Roger the sales rep my gut told me to proceed with Ladd. I can't say enough great things about this business. Their customer service was outstanding. Was followed as they said they would and friendly, helpful. For the install, maintained a work area that is clean, competitively priced, they had been on time, and the install was clean and neat. On the day of the install if I had questions they address me would quit functioning personally and take time to respond to anything I wished to understand. I couldn't find 1 thing that I had issue with, since folks do meet with my expectations, that is rare, Ladd exceed them.

Can not recommend. Used for house that was larger -- plumbing and entire HVAC. Both were done poorly and messed up I needed to have another firm do repair work at price and on both. Attempts to negotiate a settlement were unworthy.
