We have had a water heater and water softener set up by Lake Norman Plumbing and they did a great job. They cleaned up well came on time and completed the job at the estimated time. The men doing the work were pleasant and well-spoken. Steve, the owner, is a man that is great and we would recommend them.
Called them to fix knocking in my pipes. Showed up quick (which is rare nowadays ). A PRV valve was substituted by them, did not fix it. They substituted a shower valve, did not fix it. Told me"These things are catchy, could be everywhere". Gave. When my pipes knock, I think of them daily. Nice guys, not great plumbers.
Just plain good plumbers. Do what they say they'll do to what they state it could cost. NO Bull. My water heater eventually died after 15 years. Called a few other places which were too busy or believed my situation could get them a ridiculous price. The phone was replied by steve . Asked a few simple queries, guided me to obtain gave a bottom line price to me, had his guys there same day water by dinner. On Time, On Budget. You couldn't ask for any better.
