LaMattina's Plumbing and Heating

The pipes of lamattina has come through time and time again. The do everything have to do it once. They've recently done my heating a pipe repair and have been nothing but excellent. When they are done - you can not even tell they're there. I highly recommend.

My hot water heater was going. I called LaMattina also work was complete by noon the next day. They were also comprehensive and very fairly priced. The owner went out of his way to test if my hot water heater was still under warranty.
I highly recommend.

I called because I asked him to come take a look and give an estimate and had a sewer main problem. He called me ENRAGED because he saw another plumber walking in precisely the same property then arrived. I calmly tried to explain that it was a big job (~$7,000) so I wanted a few quotes and I attempt to schedule people around precisely the same time to protect against driving my tenants mad. He could not hear refused to come back in. I called after and he said that he was busy taking care of his PAYING clients. I guess he's too busy and angry to get paid $7,000.

Seen a problem with the mail water line coming to my home the next week and repaired it.
Would contact for any future plumbing needs.
I needed a new bathroom and they replaced it quickly and without a fuss.

I'd 6 licensed technicians come give me the same quote for a remodel job, La Mattina's was the greatest (double another bids) and the most/only frustrating experience. The proprietor kept pointing his finger in my face when I questioned why his costs were so high and he would respond with"I've been doing so for 30 years... call the building inspector, we are great friends". The gentlemen said he"doesn't touch bathrooms for under $5,000"... but also told me he pays his technicians around $100/hr and that the occupation would require a day or two.... When I inquired why he justified (payment breakdown) with somebody pay him about $4,000 profit to connect PVC pipes for a day he became frustrated and impolite I needed to inquire cut on the appt. Short since he was making me uncomfortable.I expect he was having a bad day and this was not a true representation of his character along with a local practitioner. Although, he was and was on time educated in his area.

Last night I got home to realize that the heat was off again (brrrr) and known ... by the time I had hung up the phone there he was pulling into my yard! It was a quick fix and he cared for us! Yep... he has two fans in me and the Hubby! Our system is older and we've decided we'll have them do the replacement method. I know I will not get ripped off and that the work will be done! I'd recommend them to anyone!
The first time we called it was our furnace and a Monday Holiday went out sometime at the night before. I hit the web and found that these guys had an A+ rating from the BBB... I guessed, that's good enough for me! I figured I was in for a long chilly wait and got their support, called! NOPE! Within Minutes Bob called me and was at my door in seconds. They cleaned up the mess, fixed the issue and proceeded. I thought I was going to get hit with a huge bill... again NOPE! It had been quite reasonable!

I have use them again last week and there professionalism and dependability warrants notice. I will continue to use them all my plumbing needs
Best notch honest quality and extemely instant to completion. As an owner of numerous property's I have worked with different plumbers in the past. Bob LaMattina provided a level of information in his suggestion to me and completed the project not just on time but ahead of schedual back in November. It was amazing that they gave me a quote that they never added any cost and ended ahead of schedual.
